Stay away from this shop! I bought brand new Pirelli tires from this shop, they installed it, send me away, the next morning one of my tires was flat. Calling back I was told they are too busy to do anything about it. After making a trip they confirmed that it is a faulty tire but there is nothing they can do, asked me to call Pirelli directly.... Their promise of warranty is worth nothing. Small detail to add is that after a total of 12 phone calls made to this shop owner, I have decided to buy yet another tire elsewhere.

I would have given 5 stars for customer service but when I asked about the manufacturing date of the tires I was given only the date of the newest tire and later on I found out that one tire was week 49 of 2020, two of then were week 40 of 2020 and fourth one was week 35 of 2020 (almost 1 year old at the time I bought the tires). I feel I was purposely deceived about the manufacturing date of the tires just to make the sale.

F stands for Friendly, Fantastic and F stands for Francis as well. Heard rave reviews about this shop and went in to discover that I wasn't oversold. I knew my requirements to the precise technical details and mr Francis went bananas over my knowledge, even jokingly asked if I would like to work with him!.. So began my journey of association with his shop. Both Francis and Brandon are very friendly, polite and accommodate your requirements & requests to the best of their possibilities. I have recommended this shop to many friends and colleagues - everybody's had a positive experience. The balance was a bit off when I first got my winter tires installed, but didn't bother going back as I was very busy to make a trip to the shop from three cities away, so I got it rectified locally. But, I'm sure he would've fixed it right away had I called in to inform of the issue. Now that I've moved in closer to the shop than before, I think I'll be frequenting this place more than I thought I would!

Called a bunch of tire places and these guys were the cheapest around. Got 2 sets of tires (Continental DWS06 General Altimax RT43) and both were cheaper than other places. Spoke with both Francis and Brandon (father and son team) and both were friendly and helpful. Was running a bit late for my appointment, which is recommended because this place gets busy, and they were accomdating enough to put my other set first. The shop is pretty standard where they have magazines and a tv but it was clean and tidy. Didn't feel sleazy or anything like that. I was able to see my tires prior to install and it was a current year fresh batch. Seems like they only order in what they need so you won't get old stock. Another big plus is my books is they use torque wrench to tighten back your lug nuts/bolts!! If a tire place don't have that I don't go there...means they like to do things quick and dirty. Francis even called a few days after to make sure I was satisfied with everything. Overall I would buy here again and recommend to others.

I was scheduled at 10am and due to a rim issue he got me rescheduled at 1pm as I was very worried that snow is coming during the week. Went there for winter tires for my 2016 Civic. Francis was very nice and helpful, and even showed me the tires before putting them on the car, and then showed the car/ tires to me before driving it out. Did a full walkaround as well. Car was left as clean as it was. More importantly, I could only come in late in the day, and he stayed till after 8pm just to accomodate me. Price was the cheapest I found as well. (No real waiting area, but there is a sketchy pub right next door.) Highly recommended.

I did not have a good experience with this company I had called 4 days in a row in regards to a rim and tire set up for my rangerover supercharged each and everytime the owner did not know who i was considering I was told that he is working on it and will get me a price and the answer I got the third call was that if I don’t get back to you by the end of the evening you can move on to the next tire shop ??????? That’s not how you conduct business finally the 4th and last call I told him I will seek other options wth no hesitation he said okay no problem I will never be coming back here again if you are looking for a tire shop that takes care of their customer check out factory tires they’re amazing got me a price right away and made it happen

AMAZING SERVICE, PRICE & OWNERS! After searching for the specific rims i wanted for weeks i ended up purchasing a set of rims and summer tires for my Mercedes a while back from Francis and Brendon. They both are VERY FRIENDLY and HONEST people, unlike many other shops that are rude and dishonest with you and rip you off. They were able to walk me through each step, explained throughly what sizing & fitment to go with. They already knew what type of set up i was looking for before i even explained to them. Was quite impressed with how fast they were able to make the order and have it ready to be installed. Compared to many shops around GTA I saved about $500 for the same rims and tires. Definitely will be going to them for my next set up. Thank you guys!

All was well until I checked the PSI on my newly installed Xi3's, each tire had a different PSI! The front driver was set to 45, despite the installer stating it should be 33. I sent the Tire Shop a polite email, I was concerned because I scheduled an appointment for my sister's Odyssey. I recieved a call from the owner, he was irate and stated my cheap $5 tool was wrong (it was actually Altech that found the discrepancy), without even listening to my story he cancelled my sisters appointment and treated me like absolute trash. Yes the prices are cheap however don't expect to be treated with respect if you have an issue. I still cannot fathom why they would treat loyal customer who has referred two customers this way. I guess you get what you pay for.

A small shop I would not dare to shop from, if it wasn't the positive review on Google. Pricing is clearly posted on ad. Front desk person is kind and "polite" to spend time to explain the options, without any sales pressure. One catch, it is a small shop, need to plan ahead for installation appointment.

Worst Place Ever!!!! Purchased new tires and rims (DAI Alloy) from them and from the day 1, there was vibratiton. Have gone back twice for re-balancing but the vibration was still present. Owner of the shop has been saying from the beginning that there was nothing wrong with the RIMs from his experiences. I have ended up re-balancing through Nissan Dealer shop and replacing the tires from another shop registered as Michelin Dealer in the search of a solution to the vibration. I had to paid for the re-balancing from the dealer but the tires replacement work has been done through Michelin Warranty. When I was in contact with the Michelin Customer Service, I also found out that the Tire & Rim Shop was not even a registered Michelin Dealer. Another tire shop that has replaced my tires through Michelin Warranty told me that the two rims had runouts which made perfect sense on why I was still getting the vibrations. Since this tire&rim shop did not have proper equipment to measure any defects in the RIM and Tires, I was forced to go to another tire shop and pay extra to get the report in order to prove that the owner was wrong. When this was reported to the owner, he has refused to provide any replacement. I also contacted the Rim (DAI) Distributor directly where the Sale Manager Atbin refused to take any actions because I was not his direct client. He simply chose to side with the shop owner cause the owner was giving him a good business. I can understand that he has been in this business for long time but this shop just does not have the proper equipment like bigger tire shops that can detect the issues even before installing them. Sure the shop provides competitive pricing but you get what you pay for. Do not buy from this shop unless you want to get yourself into more troubles.
