Visited there today to repair a tire that was leaking. My appointment was on time and all covid precautions were exercised. The staff there were very nice, I did not get their names but two gentlemen explained everything to me clearly and worked quickly and efficiently. 10/10 would recommend and revisit !

By far the best place to get your rims and tires in all of Toronto. Prices are affordable and the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly. It's the only place I go to get my rims and tires, since starting to go here my entire family has also started going here and there has never been a single complaint. Even if they don't have what you like in stock they are more than willing to order in what you need. The store can get busy at times but with a little patience you'll walk out with exactly what you been looking for, if not more.

I called at 5 pm and they were able to have my tire in for me the next day. Went to get it swapped at 1:10 and was back home by 1:45 pm. Called again thinking the line cut out, got put on hold for 15 mins without anyone answering. Friendly advice: I was a guaranteed customer but you lost me and any of my possible references. Shity customer service goes a long way.

These guys really know their product and provide great service at a fair price. While I was there for the first time I noticed many return customers (suggesting to me that they had built loyalty with these folks). The only customer I saw who didn't seem to be happy was a person who seemed to want to get special treatment and the guys wouldn't budge. I kinda liked that. They treated her fairly and didn't play favourites. They took their time with me despite being busy and had great advice, not to mention more choices for rims for my truck than anywhere else I could find.

I visited this store looking to purchase 16 and 17 inch rims. There were 3 employees on site. I walked around, looked around. The employee in the showroom was having a conversation on his phone while the other 2 sat at their respective desks. Not one person greeted me or offered any kind of assistance. so, taking my business elsewhere....maybe customer service training is in order.

I was in an emergency situation and when every other location was closed on a Saturday by 2pm. This location stays open the latest until 4 or 5 PM. The staff was courteous and they gave me options to dealing with my problem. The prices are reasonable and the rims are gorgeous. But if you have any situation with your car dealing with tires in any way I would say to go to this location.

Don't get their TPS tire pressure sensor as it always shows a deflated warning until you drive for 5 -20 minutes. When you start your vehicle in the morning you need to know before driving away that your tire pressure is good and their sensor doesn't detect properly until you drive away. OEM TPS sensors function better and their implementation is awful. I get a small vibration from the wheels having replaced all four wheels with new rims and new tires as they don't seem to be able to get a good balanced wheel from their dynamic balancing equipment even after rebalancing a second time; It is so bad that our dog throws up when in the car. I went elsewhere for another set and didn't have any of these problems. Sales staff are very knowledgeable and experienced yet the end result I have come away dissatisfied. Would I come here again? No.

Service was horrible. Waited in line for 30 min and when it was my turn I told the guy my tire type and he said its impossible because those are only for trucks. We looked it up online and before he could price it out, the phone kept ringing and he always answered it and made me wait even longer. Anyways went to next advisor and after seeing that he put the phone down and started to help me. I said I dont like your service and left. Very bad service, dont make the same mistake I did.

I think not again in this store. I was try to make appointments in Tuesday and Thursday, but this store just told me come here anytime in weekend, and they will open in 10am. So, I come here in 9:50am, and ask them how long will finish when I was ordered. They told me is 2 hours. But after 2 hours, they let me wait 1 and half hours. But right now, I already waiting 7 hours. I don't know why they never try to told me the truth.

Very disappointed with their ethics!!! I purchased 4 Michelin tires with Premier Wheels Direct last fall (October 2016). Last week, I found out the tires are not exactly "new"; they were manufactured in 2012. I would appreciated if the store would let me know that these sets of tire have been in storage for years when they put it on my car. I would think twice before paying $825.00 for old tires.

I purchased my winter tires from Mike at the Brantford location. This location was far out of my way, but due to the unsuccessful attempts to contact their Scarborough location, Mike jumped in and was incredibly helpful. There was no pressure to purchase more than what I needed and he was completely honest. People like this are far in between. The young gentleman that greeted me and serviced my car was super friendly and very quick. Another 1 star review. Surprise, surprise. Walked in and waited at least 20 minutes before someone even acknowledged me - and I waited at the front desk. 2 employees were there, 1 on a social call and the other didn't bother looking up. Finally when I was being served, the sales guy literally served 3 people that walked in AFTER me without even giving me a price. In the meantime, the owner was coming in and out from the back and looked completely ok with the situation. When I finally received some pricing, it was for something I didn't really want and was the same price as the competition (he tried to sell me these wheels because he had them in stock). The second price for what I really wanted was overpriced by about 20%. Considering the reviews on here regarding the installation or lack thereof, I went elsewhere. I word of advice to the owner, first impressions are key in this business. BTW, they had a sign stating their commitment to customer service...what a joke.

I can't say I had a good experience. It took 3 hours to get snow tires I bought from them installed even though customers came and went while I sat. After the wait was finally over I failed to check my vehicle in the parking lot for any damages which I wish I would have because 2 of my rims are scratched and one has a small dent now. Needless to say I will NEVER return.

Very knowledgeable staff. Line ups are generally long, but once it's your turn the staff really takes care of you. Collin, the owner gives an "at home" experience with his customers. My only complaint is that they are usually never accurate with their deadlines. If they say your wheels will be ready the next day, I wouldn't rely on it. Give it a few extra days and you'll be good.

I came to Premier Wheels Direct with 2 troublesome issues to me about my vehicle. The one regarding my tire was fixed by an attendant and then another who helped me reset my car computer - both men gave wonderful customer service. But the other troublesome issue was also helped because Colin, the owner, told me who to go to within walking range of his office. This made me so happy as I do not know anything about cars except how to drive mine. Another notable feature about their office was their very tasteful arrangement of decorative plants along with a clean, refreshing fish tank to accessorize a large area displaying tire related inventory for car geeks. Covid -19 protocol was appropriately in place by all concerned. Thanks Premier - I will be back.

Went in to inquire about purchasing a pair of tires, spoke to Benjamin. After giving him the tire size, he said he had in stock but they were old and wouldn't want to sell them to anyone (great looking out for customers) said he could order a pair for me. Told him I would think about it. Came back a week later and gave me the same price, didn't try to sell me on a higher price. Ordered the tires and left rims to be swapped. Early the next day had a call from them that the tires were already done. Picked them up and put them on. Great customer service and quick turn around time, especially for ordering in a new pair of tires.

Called this place for a quote, I was quoted $300 above for Rims that 7 other Rim shops were quoting. Upon telling them how high they were this rep called MP said come in I will give it to you for what everyone is. I went in to see him only to find out that he wanted proof etc. So essentially he wasted my time for no reason. I would not do business with such unprofessional time wasters. Avoid if you want to save money and also save your time.

I shopped around for winter tires at many places and this place had the best price, and their quotes included tax and installation, which were extra everywhere else. Benjamin was very helpful and got me out of the shop in a reasonable amount of time. He was also very helpful in the selection of rims and decision on whether to purchase senors. I would rate the shopping experience and associated service a 4 or 5. My only issue was that I had been very specific with another person at the shop about placing my other tires in the trunk and securely in the front seat or back seat, ensuring that they didn't move around, as my young child was going to be in his car seat in the back. He assured me that the tires were securely placed in the back seat. However, within the first few minutes of driving, a tire shifted and landed on my son's leg, hurting him. I had to get out and adjust the tire as he was uncomfortable, and it happened again, as I couldn't reconfigure all of the tires myself. Driving to our next destination was very challenging.

Firstly, I must say I've been a customer for about 10 years and have taken 3 of my vehicles to them even referred many friends and family, loved the prices and customer service was always exceptional... until my recent experience. Went in May 27 to purchase some tires for wheels I had, as the tires were no good on them. Arrived around 11am and was told I'd have to make an appointment, which is understandable with covid precautions and limitations. I proceeded in making an appointment with the sales rep for 5pm and left the wheels with them that I had in my vehicle. I was told that if they happened to have time they would balance and place the tires on the rims prior to me arriving and also see if they're able to reprogram the sensors on the wheels, so they would just have to do a wheel swap on my vehicle. I arrived at approximately 440pm and when I went in I was told they ended up not putting in the appointment but would see if they can still get someone to do the job and asked to wait in my vehicle. At 5pm, which I was originally told was my appointment, another customer who was in the shop just prior to me at 440pm, had their vehicle taken in. Until about 540pm I noticed that the wheels were finally being taken in from just outside the bay doors to have the tires put on them. At approximately 558pm, 2 minutes before they were scheduled to close, I finally was asked to bring the vehicle in the bay. With it being at the end of the day for them it seemed to be rushed and they also never checked the tpms to see if it could be reprogrammed. At approximately 630pm, a hour and a half from the original appointment that I booked with them, and over a hour of waiting my vehicle was finally done. I have emailed them to ask for the owner's email to speak to him (if it's the same owner as before) but as of this moment no email has be returned. I personally will NO longer be giving them business anymore and will also be notifying those that I referred to before, that they should look into other shops. From a place that use to look after their customers to experiencing this is appalling. The only reason it received 1 star was because the price of the tires I bought was good, however I rather spend more elsewhere and not have my time wasted. I guess when places get more popular money is worth more than the customer.

Extremely rude, I bought tires there and they were defective, when I went back they refused to help and made me take the defective tires with me.... I will never buy or recommend anything from these buggers. I simple "hello" or "I'll be with you one moment" would be nice when they are busy. No professional etiquette or manners what so ever. *update* Had a nice conversation with the owner of the shop, he was very kind and tried to comprehend both sides of the story. Although it doesn't excuse the service and experience I received that day, at least I understood what happen. (+1 star for reaching out to the customers) It took them 9 hours to change 4 tires. When during 10am and was the first 3 people to wait in line. They were finally done at 7:15pm. Despite their decent pricing, their services were confusing and the processes are concerning. They were also suppose to give their clients phone calls when they are finish, but they never did, resulting in pickup after their work hours. Also, when you pick the rims, you gotta make sure they have it in stock. Otherwise be prepared to be disappointed in your choice selection.

Buyer beware! I purchased set of winter rims and tires from this shop. The price looked reasonable so I proceed with the order. I showed up for my appointment and had to wait for 5 hours before I got my car done. When I can understand that this was high season for them it is still unreasonably long wait. But here is what made it really worse. When I was trying to change my wheels back to summers I wasn't able to remove all of my secret locks and even one of the regular bolts. I broke five keys and spend over $300 for drilling the bolts. They all were extremely over tighten. Every wheel place knows that those bolts have to be hand tighten to a certain torque (around 100), they tighten mine close to 140. I guess that they are hiring inexperienced technicians who just use a gun and don't care about procedures in rush. So I learned my lesson - you pay less at the beginning to pay more at the end.

It’s that time again to purchase a new set of tires and as always I will face a half day to full day visit at most tire stores due to long wait times with walk-in sales crowding and service back logs even when having an appointment. I wondered if Premier Wheels Direct would be open and operational due to the COVID-19 pandemic virus which has many businesses closed and unable to cope or work within the strict rules of the 2 meters physical distancing / separation, PPE, etc. I contacted Colin and he confirmed that Premier Wheels Direct is OPEN. He immediately assisted me and hooked me up with the right tires fitting my budget. Colin promptly provided and confirmed a service appointment that was convenient for me. He also explained that all staff are trained and organized to always practice the strict 2 meters rules, etc. in accordance with Public Health Services regarding COVID-19. I arrived 10 mins. early for my appointment and the staff was expecting me. I took care of the initial paper work in the showroom that was arranged to only allow 3 – 4 customers to enter at one time along with 2 meters distance marks. The additional customers will have to line up outside the store with separating lines or choose to return later. The staff desks were positioned to conform to the separation restrictions and the waiting room was completely blocked as to not allow any gathering. It was too strange that I was the only customer in sight at the time. Apparently, most of Premier Wheels Direct is now by appointment only and gapping in between appointments. After the initial administrative work was completed, I was instructed to drive my vehicle into the available service bay under guidance of a service tech. There were 3 service technicians that worked together wearing PPE such as protective gloves, masks, eye wear and coveralls. They all appeared to be very organized, worked well and efficiently together while keeping a 2 meter distance from one another most of the time. The new tires were mounted, balanced and installed in 15 mins. Most importantly, I had a choice in whether I could like to pay by cash, credit or debit card. HUGE thanks to the entire Premier Wheels Direct staff and especially Colin for the greatly improved service and for being OPEN for business while protecting the customers and themselves (the staff) from COVID-19. Strange… but, I liked this experience. Yes, I recommend buying and servicing your tires and rims with Premier Wheels Direct during this difficult time. Great prices and amazing new service experience. Remember to call ahead and make an appointment. Stay safe and healthy.

Went to get a simple tire change from a bent steel rim to new one. The staff told me it would take 45 min and it did. However, they made me wait 2 hours longer because some guy in the back didn't tell the staff at the cashier it was done. On top of that, the sale representative took another 15 minutes to print the bill me and when he realized it was done 2 hours ago, he went the back and started laughing his *** with his manager. Pathetic. Their moto is just lip service; "YOU are our priority" more like "YOU are our LAST priority". Fortunately, I won't need to come back. I would rather go to the nearest Canadian tire than this poor excuse of an auto shop.

Non knowledgable staff and not professional workmanship. I went to this store for rotation and balance. Price was not cheap even cash. How come a tire shop staff could ask the customer "How do you want to rotate the tires?"! My car is only a small size front wheel drive. The front desk guy was so stupid and no sense. Really wanted to go away. But just tried to let them do it one time as didn't waste time to the others. I didn't watch them for the job as the guy said as least to wait for 2 hrs. But my dash cam recored they didn't drive my car to the full size bay to lift up for the whole tire rotation and balance process. Just parked in front of a garage door and also saw some cars was already on trolley jacks too. So I guess they only used the trolley jack for the whole rotation process. It's really quite not professional for a real tire store to do jobs like this way. I can also do it by myself if with my own trolley jack too! But I can't because my driveway was not too flat right now. SO NO SECOND TIME!!

Nobody came out to see if I needed help, I just sat and waited a good 20 mins, so I left with money in my pocket. I have been a customer here for over 5 years now, and the service has been a bit of a roller coaster ride. Most of the downsides were tolerable (appointment skipped over, long waiting times, etc.), but my most recent visit annoyed me so much that I felt the need to write this review. I went in around a month ago to get my tires changed. Due to the pandemic, the mechanic actively tried to minimize direct contact with me, which I appreciated. In doing so however, when it came time to passing the keys back to me so I could leave, he instead threw the entire set of keys into the cupholder of my center console, causing a dent to form in the plastic trim of the car. I have since sent several messages to Premier Wheels Direct, with absolutely no reply/acknowledgement of the issue (it's been a month since then). So from my experience, I can summarize this place with the following: they will get the job done, but their customer service leaves a lot to be desired. EDIT: Had a pleasant follow up phone conversation with the owner who provided an apology for the damage. While it doesn't fix the chip in my car, I did appreciate him reaching out to me. He definitely seemed to care about the quality of service that his customers received, so I felt that it was appropriate to bump the rating up to 3 stars.

A few weeks ago I hit a big pothole which blew out the tire on my car. I decided to replace all 4 tires. I put my car up on jack stands and removed the wheels. I cleaned the wheels nicely and removed the old weights to make it easy as possible for the shop installing the new tires. Needing my car to commute to work, I decided to use Premier Wheels Direct as they were able to fit me in relatively quickly even though they didn’t have the best price for a set of 4 tires. I brought them the 4 wheels (off the car) and when I picked them up, they were in wheel bags. Not thinking anything of it (my mistake), I loaded the wheels into my SUV and bought them home to install on my car which was still on jack stands. When I took the wheels out of the bags, I was horrified to see the extensive damage the shop had caused to the rims (see attached pictures). These are 18” OEM special edition alloy wheels that cost over $2000 for a set. 3 of the 4 rims had major scratching/gouging. I immediately contacted the rep I was dealing with who advised he would speak with the manager and suggested I bring the rims back in and leave them with them. I explained how this would be a major inconvenience as I needed the car for work and can’t drive the car without wheels. I requested the manager call me so I could at least figure out why this happened and to make sure the employee that did this could get better training. I sent multiple requests to the rep to have the manager call me, which never happened. Nearly 2 months later and I never heard from the manager, so I am warning everyone to stay away from this shop. Not only do they have incompetent installers but the manager doesn’t even care enough to make a phone call. My advice is to stay away.

Purchased 4 new rims & was told delivery would take 1- 1/2 weeks. No one called to keep me in the loop. Dropped into the shop 4 weeks later and was informed they had just arrived that day. Fine ? Car went into the shop.Tech came out & informed me that he had scanned the tire TPS sensors and they were defective & new ones would cost $ 250.00. Declined the new sensors & had regular valves stems installed. An annoying auditable beep went off every 3 minutes while driving so i had my own mechanic reinstall the old sensors & guess what..the beep went away & the sensors worked fine. Took the vehicle back to Premier, stated my experience and they agreeded to re balance the wheels at no charge. They discharged the vehicle and i went on merry way or so i thought. Drove the car for 2 days and noticed a rubber sound with the vehicle in motion from the left rear. Inspected the Lug Nuts and 3 of the 5 nuts were so loose i could turn them with my hand. Returned to Premier and spoke wth the owner who seems to have the cavalier attitude of.." Look Surprised , Show Concern, Do Absolutely Nothing " My co workers, friends, & myself will know better in the future. PREMIER ??

The guys here are great. I found a nail in my tire from an oil change at Canadian Tire, so I came here to fix it. The guys were super helpful and honest. I arrived at 6pm and the store was technically closed. There were people waiting to finish work on other cars so they didn't mind taking a look at my car. I did wait for a while but they eventually came back, they handed me the screw and told me to be on my way. I asked how much for the repair and they said, we didn't have to fix it so why should we charge you... If that's not honest service, I don't know what is!
