Been there a couple of times excellent service. I called earlier and got a female on the phone that put me on hold then asked me the size I wanted then told me the price and hung up the phone in my face before I was finished speaking. She was extremely rude and I will be going somewhere else for my tires from now on.

For two months I've had a wheel vibrating issue that these guys fixed. Mazda markham and mazda agincourt could not fix on 4 different visits. These guys are awesome! Jay and his team were very helpful very friendly and informative. True experts, I will definitely buy my winters from them and have it installed here and recommend to friends and family members!

Very good service, they are honest and knowledgeable. Family owned and same guys have been working there for years... I thought I needed tires, one of the workers inspected my tires and told me I had another 6 to 10 months on them... I then went back to get winter tires, sent my wife with the vehicle, they treated her and saved hundreds because I got used tires that were practically new. Compared to other tire shops in the area, I'd recommend Multi Tirecraft.

Fantastic service. I work down the street and was in need of new all season tires; just wanted ‘el cheapos’ as car is leased and it didn’t come with good tires to begin with. Was quoted very fair price and when I brought car in the next day to get them installed it was found that the supplier made an error and only shipped two, rather than all four. So, rather than tell me to come back another day when the tires came in, they put on MUCH better tires that they happened to have in stock, for the original quoted price.... absolutely made my day! And this entire process took all of 20 minutes. Highly recommend!

Sometimes a long wait, sometimes not. they don't take appointments, but if you get their in off hours, it's usually okay
