Though I have been going to this location for my last 3 sets of tires, I always shop around for the best value. Their pricing is very competitive. I have noticed that they have the lowest pricing especially on Michelin tires. When I previously had a flat, their after sales service was stunning. Green Car Tires is an amazing company that’s has helped me a lot. About a year ago I purchased a set of brand new Michelin x-ice xi2’s from them and I have had no problem with them whatsoever. Every employee who works here is an amazing person and they are very friendly. Their services are awesome and their prices are awesome as well. Whenever I need a tire whether it be for winter or summer or whenever I need to get a nail out, they do it without any problems. They get the job done quickly and professionally. They also have the most well behaved dog ever, she's a very good girl and I love petting her. Buyer beware. Deception lurks underneath the fake smiles. Fooled by good reviews, I went and I bought four new tires and asked for manufacturing date that's not too old (DOT code). They promised fresh tires would be installed and showed me tires manufactured in 2018 in the stock. I paid some advance to book the tires and was asked to come next day for installation. Next day before installation, I asked again and they confirmed that they are going to put same fresh tires on my vehicle. After couple of hours of wait for delivery, I found only one tire was 2018 rest all were 2017. When I pointed out, their calm demeanor suddenly disappeared and in rude manner their words were "I can not guarantee the dates on the tires". This was after they promised and confirmed twice that I bought 2018 tires and same would be installed. Felt cheated. Will never be back again.

I have never really left reviews before because I can never be bothered but my experience at green car tires was everything I hoped for and then some. I am a bit behind people my age and have just finally got my license/purchased my first car so I did a lot of shopping around to find an affordable (but still of good quality) place to get a new set of tires. The service was fast but what really stuck out to me was how genuine the team here seems to be. They had no problems answering my questions - even when I asked service questions unrelated to my new tire set. The pricing was a nice surprise because I had been so stressed out thinking about how much this was going to cost me. Honestly I felt like they were old friends so I don't think I'll ever look elsewhere for my next set.

This may be just a one off experience, I went in with very high hopes due to all the great reviews, but ended up wasting a whole day, I was at the shop first thing in the morning to get my winter tires set up, I was helpped by a guy named Bill, granted its very busy at all tire stores, we spent amost 30 mins looking for the tire i was looking for and him running around getting his coffee and amongst other things, it came down to them not having the tires available and that they would have to get them, fair enough, so he gets on the phone an supposedly places the order for em, further more says oh there were 2 sets left and you're lucky, buuut they said we don't know when they will be in today, so what I'll do is call you by 4 if they in or else we'll get them frist thing tomorrow, I agreed and asked for some sort of order slip or if i should do a deposit as he had already gave me a quote and everything, he reassured me no no we'll call you. As I leave i forget that i didn't even give him my name or number, i go back and he just brushed it off and then took my info. At that point it all felt very sketchy, but i over looked it as again its a well established business, fast forward to 4 pm, knowing something was up, i go physically down to the store as they weren't picking up calls, again i know thats cause of how busy it was, I go back to the store and talk to another rep there as Bill was not there, I explain my situation and he says oh i don't seem to see the order here at all... I told him to check with Bill and HE COMES BACK AND SAY HE DOESN'T HAVE ANY RECOLLECTION OF HAVING A CONVO WITH HIM, goes on to say that a order slip should have been provided to you and that this maybe a human error, If your only job is to take in orders and Im assuming if you are creating an order for someone how do you over look filling out the order form. very disappointed with the whole situation as i took a day off work and they straight up ruined my whole day. By 4pm no tire shop is taking in new clients. I wasn't even offered a sorry, just a what do you want me to do, look around my hands are tied.

I went there without any appointment. Initially I only had a flat tire but I was tempted for about 2 years to change the tires (I know procrastinating). They looked at the tire and told me that it will be better not to fix the tire and to replace it at all. They had some second hand tires on stock and in 40 minutes my car had them replaced. Fast and courteous service. I would recomand the guys if that is the regular service.

We dealt with the owner Mike and he was amazing. He very patiently went over our options for new and used tires explaining in detail the differences and what we would get for our money. We never felt any pressure and in the end we were very happy with our choice of tires and even more happy that we chose Green Car Tires. I bought some rims from kijiji real cheap and wanted to put some rubber on for the summer, the guys checked the rims out for free, gave me a fair and professional price and service when purchasing a set of Firestone's Firehawk 500's, answered all my dumb questions and when I had some issues before the retorquing due to my lug nuts being older than I am they sorted me out and put time and care into making sure I was safe and happy with the performance. Service and quality was above and beyond. One of their team members made sure I knew exactly what I was paying for before even taking my keys to do a road force balance. Anyways, did the balance and it eliminated the vibrations and pulling at highway speeds. I had taken it previously to a smaller shop in the GTA who for some reason really couldn’t balance the wheels properly but these guys were able to fix it no problem. The coolest part was when they told me to come back within a day or two for a complimentary safety check where they go over all of their work and double check the torque on the lugs. This is a added touch that I’ve never been offered at a shop before. Will definitely be back!

Also known as "Tire Pawn" I must say, I'm pretty disappointed with this company. I searched on google and found the reviews for Tire Pawn to be good. So I decided to give them a call on Saturday June 18th. I first spoke to a gentleman named Storm. He told me about these Pirelli P4 Tires they had for my Nissan Altima. After Google researching that particular tire, I decided to go ahead with it. By time I got there which was about 45 minutes later, he then tells me that they sold the tire last week! He obviously had call display and could have called me back out of courtesy to let me know of his mistake. If that wasn't bad enough, he then tried pushing a different tire on me to buy that had very low ratings and wasn't even the correct size for my rims. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone who doesn't want to be played around with.

My rim lock was stuck and I was not able to get it off! I took it to the VW dealership and they couldn’t take it off either! The rim lock was a bit stripped. I called Green Car Tires and spoke to the owner and was able to get my car look at right away. The owner was able to get the rim lock off in a matter of minutes and helped me replace all the rusted wheel nuts. Excellent service! Fair Price! I would take my car here again!

I’ll leave 2 stars since I’m slightly optimistic about businesses improving. Rather than go into a long winded essay, here’s the condensed version of my experience with Green Car Tires. - I bought Michelin AS3+ tires for my E39 M5 at two separate times, 4/15/20 for the rear tires and 4/24/20 for the front tires. - 1st time bringining the car in for my rears, the tech used too much lubrication/grease and it slung all over my rear quarter panel + side of my rear bumper. This is with driving the car gingerly back home. I never had this issue on my other E39 with getting new tires installed - 2nd time brining the car in, I decided to just pick up the tires as my initial post-installation experience with them was sub-par. - I take partial responsibility for this. Being a person that likes to put trust into people, I did not bother to check the date code on the tires when I first got them mounted. When I did, I noticed that the left rear tire had a date code of 2016 (4yrs old at this point), while the other 3 tires had a date code of 2019 (about a year old at this point). - I called them about the date code discrepancy, with Corey picking up the first call. I was met with the following responses of “oh tires are good for 10yrs” and “you’ll wear out the rear tires quicker anyways”. All four tires on my other E39 have a newer date codes than my left-rear tire on my M5, and they were installed almost 3yrs ago! I initially asked for a PARTIAL REFUND because my “new” left-rear tire is 4yrs old, but was met with the “no refunds or partial refunds man” statement. - Mike (the brother) called me back the same day, with taking responsibility by saying “stuff does slip through the cracks and I’m sorry about that. Since I want to keep you as a customer, I’ll order you a new tire. I need to get it from the Michelin warehouse. It will take a COUPLE OF DAYS. All you have to pay for is installation. We’ll let you know when it’s here.” That gave me SOME hope. - I emailed Mike (provided by the Green Car Tires website) on May 29th, 2020 at 8:03PM, as a follow-up to what he told me over the phone (which about two weeks time has passed during that time). Now it’s the end of June and still no follow-up and no new tire as he said over the phone in early May. My intention was to try out a local business with my full trust that they would do the job properly the first time, and also be able to rectify a discrepancy I found with the 4yr old “new” tire that is on my M5.

Mike was awesome in dealing with me, wheels I bought was the lowest price I could find anywhere else. Came in got installation done drove out vibration I noticed the car got a bit jumpy and vibration when driving over 70km. I gave a few days just in case it was nothing but it was definitely there. Took it to a friend's shop to get an oil change and the tires checked just in case. To my surprise all tires were over torqued. My friend had to use a long bar tool to get the bolts to budge. All tires were different pressure and my wheels in the inside were scratched up. I was quite disappointed. Again, Mike is great, but the mechanics have almost cost me more with possible damage in my wheels. Buying tires is great, getting them installed is up to your discretion.

Last year, I bought my winters for the first time at Greencartires. The shop made an error when it was time to pick them up. Wrong size. To compensate Mike gave me top of line tires for the price of the lesser ones. Sweet! This year it was me who ordered the wrong size. Different rim sizes between summers and winters. If I didn't see in the back, 1st they were installing wrong tires I seen in the front so had to wait for them to fix it, then I'm driving around with rim leak or something. My front van tires looked pretty worn out, so I came back to GCT yesterday to get them replaced. (They'd had the best price on these commercial grade van tires 2 years ago when I first got them) Over the phone, Mike, after checking prices, said he could stick with the price I'd paid 2 years ago - $180 ea installed, balanced and mounted. I suspected my excessive front tire had to do with alignment (the rears were near new). Corey came out to have a look and finally suggested I just swap the fronts with the rears and run them like that til the end of the season. No new tires required. Right now. So for a modest cost ($40 for the rotation - and they even did a quick repair to bolt my loose underpan back into place) I was back on the road, $400 richer. and it runs straight as a die now. the alignment seems good. These two are quite business-like. They don't waste time chatting and joking around. They don't appear to be there to make friends. BUT I like a business that is confident enough to NOT take your money unnecessarily. I like a business that gives you the straight goods. And I like a business where the bosses (Corey and Mike) are willing to roll up their sleeves and actually do some work (Corey had to hand crank one set of seized bolts.) All while pretty much guaranteeing the best tires prices in town. THAT's why Green Car Tires is my first and invariably Only phone call for tire and wheels.

It looked pretty, but I just want snow tires to get me through the winter. And Green Car Tires delivered. I bought a nice set of Michelin Snow and ice tires mounted on blackout rims. If you want something done right don't go here. I went in for wheel vibration issues. They told me my tires are old and definitely the issue. Sold me tires that were hardly a year newer and didn't put them on properly. Of course that wasn't the issue because they didn't diagnose property in the first place. I wasted half a day here because of mistakes and misleading info. These guys don't even know how to properly jack up cars. I went to another shop and got everything sorted out. I even had to get rid of the old tires they sold me. I don't understand all these positive reviews. No way in hell I'm coming back here again.

Preface: I have visited Green Car Tires 3 times before submitting this review. The reason I waited this long was because, previously, I always experienced cognitive dissonance after receiving service from Green Car Tires when compared to their review ratings. I wanted to ensure I wasn't experience the "one offs". The first couple of times I went to Green Car Tires (last year) was to do a basic change over of tires, a rudimentary job. The experience wasn't terrible but wasn't anywhere near good/great, as their ratings would suggest. The wait was long (~3 hours) and as soon as I got into my vehicle my tire sensing system reported low tire pressure. Naturally, I brought it to their attention immediately, but of course the result was: more waiting. This year, I decided to be prudent and book an appointment through their website. I booked it with the owner, Corey Stokes. I got an email confirmation and even a reminder that my appointment was scheduled on the day of. Just because I am OCD, I decided to call them the day I booked the appointment, until the day leading up to the appointment, to confirm the booking. I called throughout the day. No answer. When I arrived, I was met with confusion. As in: "How/why did you book an appointment?", and my situation was subsequently brought to Corey's attention. Immediately, without asking me more about the situation Corey was quick to judge and told me: "you generally can't book an appointment the same day". I told him did not and provided him evidence (email confirmation). Corey changed his tune: "well there's nothing I can do. We're busy". I was confused. When I explained to him why it was important I get my tires tonight, as per my appointment, I was just met with apathy, a *shrug* and the excuse that booking on their website doesn't count and "I'm going to cancel all online appointments now". When I asked, "how does one get service here". The response was "show up and first come, first serve". They don't answer their phones either — something I noticed while I was there. This is probably important to know if you're thinking of coming here. My interaction with Corey showed me enough to conclude my own judgement of this shop. Regardless of how troubling the weather is, I won’t be subjecting myself to the juvenile business practice, lack of customer service, and the predatory nature of Green Car Tires and Corey Stokes.

My fault for not being car saavy?.. Such a good price on snow tires for new car & great phone service when I said I knew nothing about tires/change over etc that I travelled from Oakville to Green Tire. They changed all seasons on new car to their snow tires but gave all season tires back with no rims and no suggestion it would be a good option (upsell opportunity?). I gave over old tires and rims from my previous car (not sure if those rims would have fit my new car's all seasons). New rims quoted at MIN $80/piece her in Oakville so what I saved on snow tires here I still need to pay for rims & the change over (actually way more than what I saved and lost on giving up other rims). Not cool. Just request you educate your customers when they say they don't know what they need. Prices and friendliness good.

I think these people are worst of the lot! They dont give a rough estimate of what you get over the phone. But, when you go over there they say they cant even give more $180 for almost brand new winter tires! Just to hear that I almost drove an hour! They are rude. If you cannot purchase tires for more than $200, tell that in the phone call itself that we cannot afford that. Why say come down here to get a quote as if you are purchasing everything! But what did you offer me was $180 for tires which are barely used! Your first thing to say to customers is we cannot purchase your tires if they are more than $200! Keep a sign, make this your first sentence when someone calls you to sell their tires! Instead what you are doing is telling everyone to come down to your store to give a quote after seeing the tires which is in my case $180! I drove all the way with my tires in a rented car to get your stupid quote which can be prevented if you had said that over the phone! I do not meant to hurt your business or do not intend to hide the facts! Im just putting out to people what you did to me! Reviews are just for that purpose. I wrote how I felt, another customer may have been happily left your store. Do not blame customers for your mistakes. If your business is only dependent on reviews, and by the way you have pretty good ones(which im doubting now), its not worth it!!

NOONE wants a flat tire but if you get one or if you need anything tire related actually this is the place !! No long wait times. And very important they follow all the Covid and social distancing guidelines and the place is clean. I have been going to these guys for years this place is ABSOLUTLEY hands down the best place to get tires changed or fixed they are thorough the price is great. The customer service is absolutely top top notch. They care about informing you of all your options (NEW AND USED ETC) so you are confident in your purchase. I had a great experience at this location. I was in the market looking for winter tires and was getting quotes of $600 (some without installation). Came across this store on Kijiji and spoke with a gentleman named Cory. He was very helpful and knowledgeable. I told him my concerns about used tires and if it's better to get new and he provided the pros to used tires especially on my vehicle. I came in the next day and while Cory was busy with another customer, Mike was able to assist me. Very courteous and knowledgeable as well. I called about trading in tyres that have been used for about 3 months with the intention of purchasing tyres with them (Keep in min that they are on a brand new 2022, Toyota Corolla). They told me that I'd have to come in to get the tyres assessed to trade them in, with the hope of using the monies received to purchase the new set of tyres from them. Great service and tire shop. I never write reviews but I had trouble finding winter tires/rims for my smartcar and these guys tracked down my random sized tires when other shops didn't call me back. Not only did they have them ordered in asap, I mentioned that I was hoping for black rims but they were only available in silver. They said "don't worry about it" and sprayed the rims a sweet glossy black at no charge. They even called me a few days before my appointment to let me know how great the sprayed rims looked. Who does that? Cant recommend them enough.

Horrible Customer Service! I placed an order for tires and rims online so i could booked an appointment (i was instructed to do so BY THEM) I selected 6:00 pm since it was an option on their website to be emailed and told they try to close by that time so i should pick a different time. After multiple emails i landed on Saturday at 2:30 pm. I arrived at 2:34pm on saturday to deal with a RUDE receptionist who said "well your appointment was 4 days ago at 6" who i informed HER STAFF told me they are closed at that time and i was booked for saturday at 2:30 pm. I attempted to show her emails and she didn't look and told me i could be added to the queue since i "missed my saturday appointment" because i arrived at 2:34pm!! If i agreed to be added to the queue there were 3 CARS AHEAD OF ME AND WOULD BE 3 HOURS! MIND YOU THEY CLOSE AT 4 SO THAT WAS A LIE! I asked for a refund of my deposit and to cancel the order placed for 4 new winter tires and rims and i will NEVER go back! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

Bought four new tires, four new rims, wheel locks, and used the installation and balancing services by the folks at Green Car Tires for the first time a few weeks ago. I really appreciated the relaxed atmosphere created by the very, very friendly staff here – the sort of people I wouldn't mind having as colleagues or neighbours. They showed me my tires and rims prior to installation to make sure I was getting what I expected to get, and asked me (as they do with everyone) to come back the next day for a free re-torque of the lug nuts. The shop is tight to get in and out of, and due to COVID there isn't anywhere to sit except for inside the garage while one's vehicle is being worked on, but I didn't mind at all. Excellent prices and a solid website round out my new favourite GTA tire shop! Would recommend to anyone, as it seems most of the 909 reviews before me have said. In an other review, a person mentioned that they were extremely honest, and let me top that by say they absolutely are. Great price on pirelli's winter tires. The installation was relatively expensive at 120$ for 4 tires. They tried to convince me that my summer tires were bald and they could dump them for me. When actually my tires still have a couple of years left in them and they were actually trying to get them from me for free and sell it in their used tire lot. Dishonest behavior so beware but other than that they were great.

Big thanks to Mike and Corey for taking care of my Camaro! I've wanted a nice set of rims and tires for the summer. I dealt with Mike who was really straightforward, professional and pleasant. He answered all of my questions and kept me updated throughout the time when the rims were being shipped from the States. A couple of weeks after my new tires were installed I unfortunately got a nail in one of them. Update: went back for my 24 hr inspection and told Corey I was feeling vibrations when breaking. He said maybe it’s the rotors and to take it to a mechanic. I said it’s only after the tires were installed. He seemed to not care and I felt brushed it off. I did take to a mechanic and he said the balancing was way off. It is probably the best tires store in the world if not it is for sure in Ontario. They work like Mr Lube not much waiting. You drive in and they will work on your car immediately. They sell tires at a best rate. You can also get a chance to sell your old tires ( if they still worth any money). They will pay you in cash. They also make sure you get the receipt in email so I can file the rebate to the tires manufacturer to get the money back. I cannot be more happy than this.

Called them for a used tire to replace a flat, they had one in stock and replaced it for me right away, and threw in the balancing for free. I also had a leaky tire plugged. Had my car repaired for flat tire last week and the technician that worked on it, didn't put air afterwards. I drove home knowing that all my tires are good and then the next day tpms was on again. Went to put air at a gas station and so far its been good. Luckily, I didn't go far that day and went straight home. Technicians should be more aware of what they're doing as this problems can lead to serious injury/accident.

Amazing people and even amazing service. I bought new summer performance tires for my civic si here. Mike was very helpful in picking out what’s the best option for me would be as I was on a budget. Ordered tires on Saturday, Monday morning they were there. Very quick service no waiting or anything. The installation was quick got an alignment done as well for a very good price. However the steering wheel wasn’t centred came back the next day, they fixed it and next day it wasn’t straight again. Came in again at the shop they were very helpful and told me the offset had bended and they welded it for me and fixed it without any charge. Everyone that works there is amazing and they know how to please their customers. Will definitely be coming here for tires in the future and will recommend this place to friends and family. They deserve more than 5 stars. Their service is amazing.

I bought my 4 Michelin LTX M/S tires on nov 7/20. I went there at 9 AM to order, i got a call by 11 AM that my tires are in. That was a great surprised! The expected arrival was supposedly Monday, Nov 9/20. I watched the technicians work and they worked as a team! Someone will remove the tires, someone will replace the tires, someone will balance the tires and someone will re-install it back. The technicians always doing something. That's a sign of a great team! Mike and Corey, the owners, are also pleasant to deal with. Friendly and professional. It was my first time at Green Car Tires and I will go back again. Bought 4 new all weather tires over the weekend. Price was affordable. They were able to install right away and customer service was superb. Mike assisted with my sale. I had requested the hunter road force wheel balancing. Upon settling the invoice he noticed that they had not completed the requested wheel balancing and was quite upfront about it and offered to either take it off the invoice or they could go ahead and take care of it. Great place with great service. Staff went above and beyond what I would have expected. I brought 4 used winter tires here, and got them installed for a great price. Staff knew what they were talking about. Next day, got a nail in my tire and they patched it up promptly and at no charge. Patch didn't hold so they replaced that one tire. Note that this was likely dependent on their used tire stock and so it may not apply to every situation. Could not recommend this place enough.

When I came in for tire install, Corey complimented the wheels that I came with and even offered me that they could paint the wheel weights gold to match my wheels. It was a fair wait time. Found these guys on Google about 2 months ago and decided to bring them my cracked rims. They were very professional and bought them at a fair price, and sold me steel rims for the winter weather. Very honest and down to earth guys that work there. Best tire installation shop I've been to in my 10 years of dealing with shops. You usually get a shop that claims they use the best installation procedures and equipment, then you show up and see a crow bar and a 50y old machine. Not here. They got the highest end equipment, including the touchless rim install machine (which I've only seen in SEMA online). The workers' respect and etiquette towards your car there also match the equipment they use. They clean your rims, tell you exactly what they're doing, and offer the best possible solution to your needs. Didn't have a single hiccup there. I'll be commuting the 100km there for everything wheel related until I cannot due to old age. 10/10.

A horrible tire shop staffed with frontline staff that have little to no care or concern for the customer's time. To expand further on this: I inquired about tire financing, got approved for the financing, but nobody from the tire shop called to schedule a time or day to get the tires installed. A week passes after the financing was approved, but no one calls or emails me to schedule an appointment, and the finance application has to be finalized in but a few days before it expires. I then call the shop and was advised to come in on Saturday after 12 in the afternoon. I arrive at the shop by 1 and they were visibly slammed. I was told to wait, which I did. I waited for almost 4.5 hours, but I didn't complain as I knew they were getting slammed. As the store was closing and they were turning the lights off, I see my car finally with its new set of tires and rims. As soon as I was getting ready for them to present to me the finance paperwork to get signed, I was told I had to come back because they didn't have enough time to coordinate a call with the finance company in time to get the paperwork printed out. Not only would I have to come back, but they also took my car back into the garage and switched the tires back. However, interestingly, an invoice was sent to my email inbox earlier in the afternoon. But yet they didn't have time to coordinate a call with the finance company to get the paperwork from them to get signed? I stayed calm, and entertained them and their demeanour and left without causing a stink, but this is certainly a sign of a horrible tire shop, if there was any. If a shop is slammed, it is incumbent upon the staff to communicate effectively with the customer and notify them to come back later if need be. That was never communicated at all. If the shop is willing to take on the pressure of more clients, it has to ensure that the clients are served. You can't go half boiled on this. Sadly this shop did. I live quite close to the tire shop and hearing all the great reviews, I decided to give this shop a try, but after this experience, it is not worth it. You are better off taking your chances and going someplace else.

I was in the market shopping for the best bang for the buck winter tire for my 2011 Hyundai santa fe as my old ones were done. i called many shops in the gta & looked online at warehouse retailers as I had my eye on the continental Viking contact 7. green car tires had a special running for my specs for $134 per tire combined with the $20 online discount and the $60 rebate from continental was the best deal. their service staff was exceptional as it is a busy place but they were efficient in getting my tires shipped to the store and installed on a busy weekend. they even retorqued my wheels as a safety check which was great. I will definitely buy another set of tires when the time comes and I will recommend my friends and family to check them out. as these guys really offer the best bang for the buck tires in town. The only negative was when I came back for the retorque. nobody at the front desk asked if I needed any help. I stood there for a good 5 minutes as I was the only customer there at the time inside. a nice lady at the desk finally asked me if somebody helped me already. but they are really busy and I overall had a good experience with them. so I chalk that as a one off situation.

They took the time to help me pick out a really nice set of winter rims and tires. - a year later there was an issue with the tire pressure monitoring system. Having sold a set of tires to them a year ago and getting a fair deal I looked them up this year when needing to replace winter tires this year (and my usual shop did not call me back when I asked for a price). Easy online system. Beat the online price of other places for the tires I needed ($100cheaper than Kal Tire, $20 cheaper than CT) and even let me book the appt right then. Asked for 5% deposit. Showed up at the appointed time. Took them an hour. I showed up just before the tires were done and got to watch them mount and balance the last tire. Only use hunter equipment. Actually clean the wheel before applying weights so they stick. Clean bags and summers in the trunk. Also have two lovely shop dogs. TLDR: Good price. Good equipment. Good service. This is my tire place moving forward for sure.

Total waste of time. I can't speak to their service as I didn't actually get anything done, after waiting over an hour for my appointment which still hadn't come up. I scheduled an appointment a few days in advance for 9am when they opened. I told the Clerks I would have my baby with me as there is no one else to take care of him. I arrived just before 9 to join a line of 6 people. I figured since I had an appointment they would hold my spot. Nope! You're appointment is on a first come first serve basis I was told when I got to the head of the line. Why even make an appointment then??!?? I was told it would be about 45 minutes as I was as next in. I waited over an hour, and watched two people go ahead of me. When I asked for a refund as I couldn't stay any longer, it was relinquished in a surly manner after being told I was the one who was late and that it was my fault. Thanks for nothing but a massive waste of time and energy Green Car Tires.

Showed up today (Sunday) at 10am - as scheduled over the phone the day before - for a front wheel alignment. They first tell me to come back at 1pm because they have other stuff to do...I pushed back and told them that 10am was agreed, so the guy picks up his feet (he’s wearing sunglasses inside and looks like he just woke up - hungover I presume) and manages to get my car on the machine by 10:30...only to be told a half hour later that he doesn’t know what specs to use to align the wheels and tells me I have to go do research - which was a clear indication that they’re very green/inexperienced in this field...Asks me to move the car out of the shop...The first thing I google in 5 seconds has the full alignment specs for the car. In the meantime he’s already moved on to the next customer’s car on the machine....by 2:30pm (still working on the same customer’s car), 4.5 hours since I showed up, with my car not touched yet, I got fed up and left. I drove across the street to Father Auto LTD. No wait time to start the work and car was done in 30 mins because they actually know what they’re doing. I’ve used these guys many times before for various auto services and should have just gone straight there. Don’t judge a book by it’s cover!

I found GCT last winter after being sold winter tires (from my dealer!) that were utterly useless in the snow. GCT taught me that going down an inch in rim size for my winter tires would be a huge improvement. They then sold me winter rims and tires at a great price and stored my summer tires also at a great price. I love that they insist customers come back after 40 km for a quick safety tweak! They even took the time to show me how and what makes a tire tread appear worn. The rims and tires from GCT have made my 2018 Chevy Cruz invincible in snow! As a woman, I sincerely appreciate their knowledge, patience and thoroughness. Many places are closer to where I live, but I will drive 45 mins to come here every time!

Beware if you have nice rims which you do not want the finish to be impaired. Picked up a set of Pilot Sport 4S, road force balanced, however no proper tools used to removed previous counterweights. Seems like a blunt pry tool such as a flat screwdriver to chisel them off. 3 of 4 wheels have the finish chiseled off down to the aluminum. Good areas to have crevice corrosion form during the winter season. Not impressed for such a highly rated professional establishment. Get your s**t together guys.

I drove down from King City to visit their garage and I have to say that I was very impressed by their level of service and professionalism - something that is unfortunately somewhat difficult to come by in this industry. The guys were super friendly and very honest about everything. Not only did I drive off with a virtually brand new set of Michelins but I was also given a lifetime flat-tire repair warranty - something that no other used car tire garage offers! I would like to say a big Thank You again to the guys at Green Car Tires. They really do live up to their promise! PS: I've been driving around on the new tires for 2 weeks now and have had zero issues.

I've been to GCT twice now and these guys are great! Super competitive prices and friendly/professional service (plus two super cute doggos to keep you busy if you're lucky). I was a little concerned with taking in my Model 3 SR+ since I didn't see many reviews from Tesla owners. I took my Camry 2011 for tire change as my all season tires got worn out. I went with the Winter tire option. I got 17" rims on my vehicle, for which, I dont have many options in there. But the prices were very impressive. So I went with 17" tires. While driving I noticed that my tires are actually rubbing the mud gears. So circled back to the store on next day. This time they verified the manufactured recommendation size (which I am also not aware till that point on where to check. I was visible when you open the door of Driver's side for Camry 2011 model) and it is a 16" size. So I have down sized from 17" to 16" and for this size there are lot many options with them to choose. I got the best among them with good thread (like almost new) for lesser price. As they cannot return the cash that I paid in excess earlier, we had to make a deal so that I can get some kind of discount when I buy my all season tires. 4 star is only because I could have avoided the second visit if they would have checked the manufacturer's recommendation first time and suggested me with options (I should admit my part also in there) All in all, they are very professional, best at their jobs and friendly too.

This time i called 3 times to confirm my order to be installed on Saturday morning at 9 am and every time i was assured that you are booked in. I came before 9 am and they were taking ppl by appointment and surprisingly they took ppl in that came after me.When i asked them staff become so rude to answer that one said i am bending things. I came to shop to buy tires not to sell and when i went to pay money i got the bill $758 instead of $614 and when i asked how many kms warranty does tires come the lady said GO ONLINE just to show their arrogrance and rude behaviour that i went to ask when is my turn gonna come as i waiting for 1.5 hours instead 9 am appt. Well fix up your communication with staff members instead telling customers you had communication gap while placing order .

Picked up Michelin Premier A/S tires for Camry, but before I could have them installed, I got into an accident. Scraped the car. Bought a CR-V, ofcourse the tire size is different. Wanted to put on winter tires. Reached out to Corey and he agreed to buy back the old ones (Unused and brand new condition) and replace them with brand new Bridgestone Blizzak WS80 (ofcourse with difference in cost). Excellant customer serivce. These guys are busy, but somehow managed to greet everyone that came through the door and make sure they were taken care of. We chose to purchase and install the winter tires on my car due to the cheapest quote we received when shopping around for new tires. Tires were installed on rims and invoiced in under an hour. During the installation the tech found one of my rims had been damaged and recomended a replacement after showing me the readings on the machine. So really five tires installed on rims, invoiced and paid for all under an hour wait time. High recomendations for these guys.

Great Service. Affordable pricing. I got 4 used rims for my Mitsubishi Outlander. The TPMS device on two of my rims broke when they were reinstalled. Green Car Tires replaced them with new ones AT NO CHARGE. I also felt a slight vibration at 110-120 speeds. I voiced my concern to Corey. He was quick to instruct his mechanics to do the alignment again just to make sure that everything is perfect ! Both Corey and Mike are very professional. Amazing experience. So, like a lot of people, Covid19 has had an impact on my bank account. Was planning originally to replace my tires this summer but resigned myself to babying my current set through till fall. Then I happened to go back to the Green Car Tires website for some advanced scouting. I already figured these guys to have the best prices but what I saw shocked me. A set of Yokohamas for a ridiculous low price. Had to be a mistake. Or not? Whatever. An hour later I go back and purchase online. I was fully expecting to be told to go kick rocks when I called to confirm they were in stock. Gentleman on the phone said whoa! Hold on a minute. Someone else come back on the line and confirmed stock and that they were going to honour the online price. Wow. Stuff happens, and I did NOT expect that to happen and I wouldn't have held it against them. Went in and the staff was super friendly, including a couple of other customers, lol. No hard feelings on their end just some chuckling and smiles and that was it. Tires are great, took care of my nice rims and was in and out in relatively short time. Guys are as honest as the days are long which can be difficult to find in the automotive parts and repair industry. Needless to say, I will be back. Corey and the guys are amazing. Been doing some research for winter tires and originally just went in to get a quote. They were able to beat the lowest price I got at another place by a few dollars but the best thing was that they were able to install them right away. Some places are so backed up that you have to wait over a week so this really helped out. I got the Pirelli Ice Zero FR with the standard steel rims so now just waiting for some snow to test them out. :) I am overall happy with the experience and would recommend this place.
