Amazing experience here! Very transparent and great customer service. My tires started having issues and I luckily pulled over to this shop without any appointment. I explained the problem I was facing and an individual inspected it and found the issue within minutes. Throughout the process, the team was very transparent with the problem and provided their recommendations. Pricing was also very fair.

Whenever I have any issue, it is nice to know Mike and his crew will fix my problem quickly, correctly and honestly the first time. Visited Dec.3rd/20 One of the few places left these days that still knows what customer service means. Dropped in just after noon needing an urgent service on a front tire. Even though his shop seemed extremely busy, Mike got one of his techs to have a look, ordered two tires, and said he'd get me in as soon as they arrived. I got a call at home , around 3:00, to say the tires were in, and I was back home by 4:00 with the job complete. Excellent service, reasonable price, and a refreshing experience of good, old fashioned business practices.

Ask yourself if you want your car fixed properly the first time with quality after market parts with the best mechanics or if you just want a deal or lowest price from some of these backyard mechanics out there. DeGroot's will back up there work and Mike will educate you about your car. I have brought my car to DeGroot's about 5 times. Excellent work never had the same problem twice. I have had some nightmares with other garages and lived to tell about it.
