Unprofessional and terrible service. They broke my oil pan, I had to get a tow that they refused to pay for or take ownership over the fact they broke it and tried to blame Toyota.

a really terrific bunch work at Victory Lube in the Sault ~ and it was great to hear female voices under the truck while in service bay. The automotive industry is an excellent career/work experience choice ~ yay. The three young people were in capable hands with the manager as he mentored them and it was a very respectful environment. A person can't stress enough how important that is to see ~ leading by example. The technicians noticed I had a very low tire on the truck and possibly saved a disaster as I was planning a trip north on highway 17 to TBay. Thanks for the great service from all the technicians who checked the lights, fluids, filters, tires. Manager is definitely an expert ~ See ya in a few thousand kilometers ????❄????

I went there for an oil change as I was travelling from the Niagara area and was at my limit so it needed to be done. They pulled the oil filter out and threw away the spring loaded cap that holds the filter in place so the oil filter didn't do anything. I was lucky enough that it didn't burn out my motor and my regular mechanic caught it. This wasn't a motor that's uncommon, it's a very common motor and they should have known that the cap belonged there. Would not recommend at all.

Up until the Canada day week end wife and I used this local business for 5 years. My wife during Canada Day weekend got the car oil changed. Well later the car was running rough after. On the day after the Stat holiday took the car to Hyundia to get that checked out. Turns out Victory Lube over filled oil. Hyundia changed it out cost us 121.08 to fix problem. I went back to Victory Lube they had me call head office in the Sudbury. 2 weeks later recieved a gift certificate for future oil changes. I had to spend extra to fix there mistake and they refuse to come good for there mistake. I would not recommend this business especially if your car is new. There customer service is much to be desired.
