Fast, friendly and fair prices! I had a tire that needed patched and was able to drop it off and pick it up in less than 2 hours. Under $30 and they put it back on and loaded the spare tire into the trunk for me. I highly recommend them to travelers, being 13+ hours from they took all the stress out of dealing with this while on vacation!

These guys are fantastic. Was up here on vacation and picked up a nail, they were able to squeeze me in without an appointment and I was out the door and on my way for $26. They were super busy, but were still able to get out in under an hour during a holiday week.

Easy to find and nice friendly staff. I have been traveling back and forth from Houghton to the Soo and I had a leaking tire. I put three cans of fixaflat stuff in the tire, which is a mess for tire techs to deal with. They fixed my tire, and we laughed about all the goop I put in my tire and they fixed it quickly. Cheap too.

Our tire pressure light came on on the highway, after we hit a pothole. We pulled over and seen the tire was getting low, FAST!!! We quick looked up a tire shop. We called here and told them our situation and asked for an appointment. They said they had an opening and to stop right in. When we got there, the technicians had the garage door open! Waving us into the open bay. They had our vehicle in the air, tire off, and found the leak within 2 minutes. We were back on the road within 10 minutes. Very knowledgeable, polite, and quick service!!!! If we lived in the area, this would be the only place we would go!

I had a nail in my tire which was patched and repaired before I left home and traveled 500 miles Up North. Three days later after constantly adding air - I called UP Tires and arrived an hour later thinking I would purchase new tires to make sure I got back home. There they showed me a nail in my tire - it was the same name I had found earlier that week and had taken care of - so I thought. They said they could patch and repair they don’t just plug up the hole. He didn’t try to talk me into spending my money stating I had perfectly good tires and a patch would safely get me home and I could drive on the patch for years to come. I waited less than 1/2 hour and he brought both the nail out for me to toss and the tire out to show me the patch before reassembling the tire. I loved this place and I highly recommend them.

Great tire shop for a small town. Had to replace 6 tires on RV and the price was fair and the service was great. While I was waiting as they installed my tires, they would check the tire pressure on customers that would drive up and ask to have them checked, no charge for doing it.

I knew that the tires on my Exploder were worn out, but I didn't have much time to get them replaced with work and all. I stopped into this tire shop, UP Tire, and asked them if they could replace them. They said, sure, we'll get it done. They had a great price range for the tire replacement too. I chose the right tires for my budget and they had me pull into their garage immediately. Their tire tech immediately went to work on my tires. This tire shop has some seriously well trained tire techs, as well as their customer service reps! Their techs didn't cut corners like some other places do in the UP, they did a thorough job in replacing all 4 tires, in about an hour. Try to get great customer service and a great deal on tire replacement from a place like Walmart...you'll be waiting for HOURS!!! 5 stars ALL THE WAY!!!

Fantastic service and same day help. Called at 4:30 p.m. and they were able to take care of my needs. I am from Texas and had a gouge in my sidewall. Had a replacement tire and I was bzck on the road in less than 30 minutes. Charlie is a champ!!

While Camping at the Soo, we discovered we had a flat on the rear outside dual wheel on our motor home. We limped over to U.P. Tire Co. and they really took Great Care of us. Got us right in, identified that the old tire was ruined and sold us a new tire for less than I had paid for the ruined one new the year before. They also fixed me up with solid brass valve stems which won't flex and leak like the stainless ones I had on there. Scott and Mike the two tech.s that worked on my vehicle had us back on the road in no time. I sure wish this tire store was closer to my home, they are good honest people to do business with, and I also enjoyed visiting with them about the local area, as they fixed my vehicle.
