When I went out I discovered a flat tire. When I called Total Tire he said he would see if he could help me with a new tire. They were able to help me and I will be able to enjoy my holiday without worry if my tire will be flat. I have went to Total Tire for all my tire needs for as long as I have owned a vehicle and will continue to go there in the future. I would recommend this business if you have any tire problems.

Was up in the Sault visiting my in-laws. I knew I had some sidewall cracking on my tires, but on the drive up, they seemed to get worse, so I didn’t want to risk a blow out on the way back South following the Easter weekend. Called around a few spots, but no one was able to get tires in before Good Friday (note I was making these calls on Tuesday). I decided to give Total Tires a try. I explained my situation and Matt said he could get the tires I was looking for overnighted. I also asked if I could get fit in for an alignment as well and he said he could accommodate, but likely later in the afternoon. Matt called Thursday morning saying the tires were in. Come in for 1:30PM for tires and alignment will be at 4PM. Once tires were installed, I needed to run an errand, so I checked the out the new tires. Noticed that 1 valve cap was missing and another one wasn’t even one that I had on the truck to begin with. Went back in and told Matt. He apologized and gave me a new complete set of valve caps. When I got back, alignment was done fairly quickly. Overall I am happy with the pricing and service I received from Total Tire and would recommend them to locals and out of towners like myself!

A pretty good place to deal other than that they constantly overbook appointments and leave you waiting for up to an hour or more sometimes past your appointment time before they get your vehicle in. Maybe not a big deal if you are just dropping it off and going to work to pick up later, but not if you are sitting there waiting and have other commitments that they make you late for.

Fixed a crack in my rim. It also had such a bend in it that it was unusable. Wish they would of told me that before I payed to get it fixed. Would of just got a new rim and skipped paying 100 bucks for the repair. I also paid for a rotation and balance. A balance on a wheel that couldn't be balanced..

We have been there multiple times and had really good service by the guy that owns it...BUT today the lady at the counter was extremely rude and very dismissive with us, like she couldnt be bothered to help or even talk to us. Yesterday we had our winter tires put on there, and woke up today with a flat...which is why we were back today to have them fix it. We were so disappointed and taken back by this lady's rude behavior that we went someplace else, and wont bother with them again. They obviously dont want our business.

Got a flat tire the night before and was extremely anxious to get it fixed to head back home to Toronto the next morning. Got a couple of recommendations for this place from the CAA guy but also a couple of local people who say that this company was honest and quick. They were extremely patient with me and explained the options and the each of thr cost breakdown to me but they were able to squeeze me in their busy schedule to get my tire fixed the same day to head back home to Toronto. The guys at this shop were extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommended these guys! Thank you for helping me out!

This tire and auto repair shop is owned and operated by some of the nicest, friendliest people in Soo. They obviously specialize in tires but they branch out to alignment and other repairs. Total carries a huge inventory of auto and light truck tires and rims. If they don't have it they can probably get it in 24 hours. You can trust your car to these people.

Called looking for wheels and tires for a non-common BMW, I got great service and an AMAZING deal. They quoted me half the price of every other tire shop in the soo. Great repeat service, came in for a re torque on the wheels and explained a small wobble at 80km/h, rebalanced them at no cost! I cannot praise them enough.

Noted a slow leak in one of my cars tires. Called Total and was told to come right over. It's about a twenty minute drive from my home. I went, they repaired the leak and with a smile they sent me home, All in all this took around 50 minutes. That is fantastic! These guys are awesome to say the least.

I bought 4 winter tires last fall, 2018, and some how one of the pressure sensors was broken on the regular tires. They told me they replaced with new pressure sensor. Now I find they didn’t and I was lied to. Beware.

Ordered Firestone Firehawk Indy's from them. Came within a few business days, were able to get them mounted the day after they came in which is pretty sweet.
