Frank was awesome. He knew what we wanted and we drove away with a brand new CR V. Also, when we had to get our regular oil change done, the Service department was quick and we got back our vehicle within an hour. We have had two leased vehicles from this dealership, and will continue to do so in the future.

Very good service, usually, but not always enough staff to look after you without a lengthy wait at times. If they made a full sized truck I would no doubt buy one! It's pretty hard to go wrong selling a product like Honda as long as the dealer is on the ball.

Nothing but the best from this dealership. Recently switched from Hyundai World Cars, and wow, what a difference in the quality of customer service. These guys actually care about their customers and less about nickle and diming them. If you're considering getting a car, choose Honda Great Lakes. Stay away from World Cars, you pay a little less for the vehicle but it's not worth the price you'll pay for poor engineering and horrible customer service. So glad I made the right choice.

They say they are open till 7pm. But when we arrived just after 5pm we were told all the sales people left already. When we asked about service we were told they also all left already. Why are they open till 7pm if no one is around to deal with clients? Reception was very friendly and polite. Dealership was nice and clean.

This review is long overdue. I bought a car here in August of 2017 and have been meaning to post a review since. I had a couple of really minor issues with my new-to-me 2013 Crosstour, and the staff here were incredible. They resolved my problems so quickly and the customer service was amazing. The entire staff here is friendly, and they are always available to help you out. I have had 4 vehicles prior to my Honda (with other dealerships) and have never had such awesome service. I would highly recommend Great Lakes Honda. The only regret I have is not getting a Honda sooner - I have never loved a vehicle so much.!

Motorcycle Shop: Prices are higher than you are quoted. Couldn't explain why it cost 50% more than their verbal quote. Was not informed and when I brought it up, the service dept. worker told me he had told me he had told me. I am a numbers guy and remember numbers easily. I told him he was lying, then hung up. The manager called me and repeated the same lies and actually told me he had heard the nonexistent conversation. I will never go there again if you cannot believe what they say. Cannot be trusted. Also charged me $140 for a full service when all they do is change the litre of engine oil and oil filter. My mechanic only charges me $65 to do my truck and he actually checks and greases things. I won't say anything against their mechanic. He repaired all that I had asked for and the motocross bike ran well as expected. The 3 stars are for the mechanic and a minus -5 for the lies from the service department.

After I have decided wich vehicle I was going to lease, I sent a request for road test. The reply was really fast. Financing process was very easy. The car delivery was also pretty quick... when we did the inspection on the vehicle we see a mark on the car. As per John it only need a buffing.... as per me it is a scratch.. I have been told " I will call you in a week with an appointment to get it fix. 1 month later I call him back and left a message. I never got a call back. So I took care of it.... In the fall, I went to your parts department to purchase a rear cover for the trunk. Alex from the motor sport department ask me if he can help. Told him what I was looking for and went get John, hoping he could help me. John again told me in front of other employees will check and see if he can get one and ask me to look in the car to see if nothing was hiding in it, and text him with the results.. 1 hour later I send him a text back telling him there was nothing.. I never heard from John since. In January I went and order and bought the cover. Alex from motor sport offer to go get John again to fix this and I ask him not to bother I just didn't want to waste more time... the young gentlement and Alex were really helpful... really like my HRV and hope to get a vehicle from Geat Lakes and the option of a new sales consultant... I usely not filling out reviews or complaints. Hoping not havingoing wast any ones time. I know we are all busy and time is important to everyone... Still love my HRV. Thank you Marco Vivier
