I brought my 2012 Fiesta in for an estimate, I already had an idea of the problems I had with my car (ball joint, tie rods, wheel bearing, washer pump and alignment) Thank you Sault roads!! Alfie was knowledgeable, answered all my questions and did the work promptly. They also have a good warranty system that they follow 3 years/60000km. My impression was that he was honest and gave a fair price for the work.

Great people! Lisa was amazing at helping me get financing and working around everything to make sure I got it. I went in the shop overwhelmed after my old car had given out at the worst possible time for me and she was very professional and friendly. She always kept me updated on each step. I went to a few other places who just treated me as "another person/customer" took my info but did not seem to care about my questions or concerns, but at alfies they made me feel as if they were actually happy I was there, so I went ahead with them instead. Lisa made sure not to miss a step, making sure that I was on board with everything, going through every detail and if I had a question that she was unsure about she made sure to find out for me. They cut me a deal and threw in winter tires. My boyfriend and my father decided to go and do the "man thing" and over check the car etc to make sure I wasn't being ripped off and even though sometimes I know they can be pushy etc they were perfect dealing with any questions or concerns they had. Alfie was in the garage working most of the times I stopped by but a few times that I called or stopped by he was very polite and professional. I over heard him with other customers coming by for work and he was professional with them as well. All around a 10/10 experience. Absolutely amazing people to deal with, i will recommend them to everyone. And will definitely do business with them again. Special thanks to Alfies Automotive getting me driving in my new car ????!!

They hate changing tires and the mechanic will sometimes refuse to do anymore if he has done a certain amount in one day. You're better off going to fountain or kal tire.

Went in for an oil change and would not service my vehicle because I had my own oil and filter. Said he uses his oil and filter or none at all. Not good business in a small town like this Felt like he was trying to get as much out of me as he could
