I've been taking my vehicles here for almost 10 years and they have taken great care of all 3 of them. Good, honest service for a good price. They have flagged things for me during their routine inspections that might be replaceable under warranty. If something is needed but maybe not required immediately, they will let you know so you can make a plan to do the work later. Highly recommended.

Easily the best customer service I've experienced in the automotive industry. From the front staff to the techs, everyone was honest, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. I never felt pressured or like I was being sold anything I didn't need and the turnaround times have been excellent. They greatly improved the fuel mileage of my SUV with some repairs they recommended and were very quick to diagnose any issues found with the vehicle. I see no reason to take my automotive work anywhere else for the foreseeable future. A+

They are nice until you come back with an issue. Tires down to wear indicators after 20000 km, so much for Firestone redeeming themselves. Also if you didn't have a problem going in, you sure will after you leave...My advise as a Journeymen Mechanic, Stay CLEAR!!!!!! 40 bucks for a tire patch...steep

Derrick and Nicole met my high level of expectations perfectly. Right from booking the appointment all the way through the process until my vehicle was completed.
