The absolute best tire shop in town. The guys are friendly and the work is fast. We take our cars here regularly for tire changes for the seasons and bought winter tires here too. Can't even begin to tell you how friendly the staff is. KalTire always put us off for weeks to get us in, these guys are fast! Great place, great staff!

Had good service here, got a coupled tires patched and looked at. While being told my wheel situation is getting dire they were detailed with what they told me and explained it clearly to my ape brain. They even rolled my tire out into the lobby to give me an example of the wear and tear it's being exposed to. Only thing is that they're a little out of the way but this is one of two locations they have in the city.

Definitely my favourite shop in the city, will always go here for any suspension or tire issues I have they are a reasonable price and great service and super honest and take pride in their work. I recommend them to all my friends and family so I figured I will also let people on Google also know about them because it is getting harder and harder to find reputable shops.

Service was good Although we did catch that they charged us for synthetic oil and they asked us beforehand if we wanted that or regular.. so always check your bill, 20$ is 20$..do that to every customer.. they did fix it the Invoice, but we had to say something about it!!

I had an 8AM appointment to get my tires studded, balanced and installed on some new steel wheels. It took until mid-afternoon to have them ready, and they couldn't even install them on my truck. They said the wheels wouldn't fit. I brought the wheels home and installed them myself. Despite this, I wasn't going to leave a negative review. However, once I did some highway driving I noticed a significant vibration in my steering wheel. I brought the wheels to another shop and they told me the wheels weren't even close to balanced. So yeah, these guys took literally 6 hours to stud and install my tires on provided wheels, didn't balance them correctly, and didn't install them, yet still charged me full remove, mount, balance, install charge.

Fantastic customer service. I had my winter tires swapped here this spring and replaced my TPMS sensors because they were acting up. I'll be back in the future to replace the run-flat tires on my BMW with some "normal" performance tires.

Called the 2nd ave location this morning, Sam answered. I was told I could get my daughter's tire repaired at the Marquis location today even though the Virus was on and hours where limited. I managed to drive there and called Sam again, he told me to go to the south door and drive in and stay in the vehicle, I did so and the tech repaired the bent rim and valve stem. Thank You so much to Sam and the tech's working today. My daughter was able to have her car for work and I was able to have my car back..

Should of called and asked for price prior... with a name like value you would think pricing would be reasonable.... wrong... they charge $38 to change A tire.... my regular tire guy is R&T autosales who has very reasonable pricing... wish i would of waited a day... shop around guys most places are around 20 to 26$ a tire to mount and balance i paid 84$ to have 2 tires changed could of got all 4 done at R&T for same price

They will take apointments but even on a day like today i was able to walk in get my winter tires installed and saved a lot as well the only thing i didnt like was that even though if i had been in the work truck they would have needed me to drive it in Here i was NOT allowed to even set foot in the shop

Poor place to work employers dont trust there employees there always looking over there shoulders they cuts corners to save a little money there mechanical side tends to break thing or not put them back together properly.....I have a pic of a side wall that we were told to patch I do not recommend ever letting some one patch a side wall on anytire
