The staff is amazing and knowledgable. They are fair and won't charge you for something that doesn't need to be done. I thought I needed work done and was ready to pay for it but they called and said it didn't need to be done when they could have just done the work and charged me. I would not hesitate to go here again and recommend it to anyone that asks me if I know a good mechanic!

Went on a road trip and coming home my car was shaking quite badly on the highway. Booked it in for what they thought was needed- a wheel alignment. The techs cleaned up the mud on the under carriage that had accumulated on the muddy grids. Gave me a wheel alignment just to be safe and all at NO charge as I had bought my tires there. In and out in 30 min. Awesome service and experience this time and also in the past. Thx for going the extra mile:) I highly recommend Ric &Reds

I have had nothing but great experiences with the guys at Ric & Red's. It started a few years ago when I needed winter tires for my Cobalt, ever since then, they have been professional, friendly and efficient. I have now taken multiple vehicles of mine to them and have recieved the same great service every single time. I have no need to go anywhere else in the future as long as these guys are in business. I urge you to go to them, at the least to try it out and see the pinicle of customer service.

I recently took a vehicle i just bought in as i thought it just needed a balance but when i came back he said 3 of the 4 tires were separated, I was not charged for them to look at this which is neat. Needless to say i phoned the dealership i got it from and they did nothing so I went back to get new tires from here and it was a very good deal in my opinion and it was done quick! I will be coming here for my regular service for my tires and oil changes from now on because of the great experience i had. Thank you guys so much :)

Used to be 5star until I realized they ripped me off. Transmission was leaking, took it to them and paid 980$ for repairs. Take it home and it still leaks, then they tell me that my pan is soaked and broken and that its another 500$. Why was this not seen or fixed during the initial repairs?

Overall, ZERO VALUE OF EXPERIENCE. My Alberta Registered Vehicle was brought in for wheel alignment by me. Vehicle was in and out of the garage within 7 minutes. Vehicle toes are manually adjusted and rubbing my tires off. Second set of tires, now. Unbelievable, people. I don’t recommend no one. Vehicle is off from central point. This happens when you don’t have the alignment done without computer. Rip off. I hope karma attacks you.
