Great experience. I had a flat tire while driving in from Edmonton. I originally went in to get the tire repaired, but the staff told me it was damaged beyond repair. I asked to see the tire and unlike some other places I have been they agreed right away and showed me the damage. They found a replacement right away and replaced the tire the next day. Prices were reasonable.

I have been with this place for the past three years. All my car service was done here. They usually did a great job on oil change and general inspection. But this time, they left fingerprints and dirt everywhere inside my car including steering wheel, the seat, the door. My glove department was open, which I have it closed all the time. I don't see any reason to open it for doing their job. Kind of disappointed.

This has been my go-to place for many years, but lately I've noticed the service slipping. The last time I was in to get a blown tire replaced, the gentlemen at the front desk didn't seem to care about being of any service or help whatsoever, actually quite the contrary. Will NOT be going back again. Don't bother replying to this to call a manager to rectify the situation. Your store had your chance.

Market Tire fit me in quick and repaired the leak in my tire - fair tire service. I felt OK when I left - a little weird that they wanted to charge me to "reset" my TPMS so it didn't read on the dash. Just put air in the tires and the sensor stops sending a warning and the dash board alert goes away. A week later, I go into my trunk to get something and it was all a mess. The trunk bottom board was pulled up and left with a steel toe boot jammed between the spare tire and the floor board (I keep my work gear in there). Now the board is misshaped and frozen that way. Mechanics had no reason to go into the trunk... I told them the lock nut was in the glove box. Mechanics also quoted me $1000 to have the brakes repaired. The one was in bad shape... but I had it repaired for $365 elsewhere. Pretty skeptical about this place now.

I have never shopped there. If you don't place tire pricing in your online website I'm not giving your company a second thought. I'm not about to request a quote on 20 different brands. If you want my business your going to give me the option to make an educated decision before I blindly walk into your store saying Hey I need tires. Hook me up I'm going to continue searching online. They forgot to tighten the oil filter after an oil change. Couple days later I drove my car into a mechanic's shop because of the issue of bad smell. Found out I drove my car with out a milligram of oil for days because the oil filter was loose/not tighten . Expecting my engine to die prematurely.

Bought a set of good year tires back in december and they are awesome tires,excellent in the cold and snow and nice and quiet in the summer,no hydro planing in heavy rain. The service I received from your shop was impeccable,fast,courteous and even gave Me a loaner at no charge so I didn't have to sit and wait in the shop till it was finished like other shops make you do. Free rotations and flat repairs to boot,I found My new tire shop! Good Year makes a decent tire still.

I've always dealt with this shop when I got into classic cars years ago... And each time they are always most helpful and honest and very fast. Ive never taken a car out from there shop and had a problem. Today they helped me with a simple spare tire off an old rim onto another rim, they said it might not hold air but well try fix that, so they went to work did there job in 10 minutes put the tire on and the rim looks good again the tire holds air! Very pleased with there service every time. I hope they can keep it up (Also) I just left kal Tire for the same job and Kal Tire simply said no we cant help you for some bogus reason.. I saved time and saved more money with Market Tire! 5 stars!!

Fantastic service! I had a tire going flat because it was missing the core in the valve stem. I got to Market tire, walked in and told them what was going on. Within seconds there was a mechanic at my vehicle fixing my valve stem and filling my tire back up with air. Fantastic service. Greeted with a smile from the moment I walked through the door. I did a tire rotation in Market tire and as they instructed, I went to re torque the tires after 80 kms. The inexperienced guy who did re torquing broke one of the lug nuts of wheel. The customer care guy called me in and fixed another appointment to fix their mistake. On the very next day after a long wait of one and half hr I got my car fixed along with a bill of 84 dollars, which was unbelievable! That means they wanted me to pay for their mistake. After a long debate I paid 24 bucks towards the part cost even though I know I shouldn't do that. Horrible customer experience... Plz note this before taking ur car there...

This location is really amazing. I had a nail in my tire couldn’t get fixed and had to get 2 new tires, told them I had to go out of town hopefully in the afternoon. They had my car ready in an hour an half. The guys are always really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this location have been going here for many years

7 hours to have a tire delivered within the city and put on to a rim while we are stranded in Saskatoon, 5 hours from home. Not to mention this 1 tire is costing us $700 + additional service charges. If there was a zero star rating, I'd give them that. I feel generous giving 1.

Very happy with the service I received here. After phoning seven different tire shops to see who could get me in for a flat repair I finally phoned market tire. Not only did they get me in the same day, it was less than 20 mins after I called. It was very much appreciated as I just needed a flat repair and no one seemed to have time to do it. And when I asked how much it would be I was quoted almost exact. $1 over what I was quoted. Very impressed with speed service and quality.

What a joke!!!! Sell you tires with warranty and when you go to use the warranty it costs just as much as buying a new tire after they throw in cost of shop supplies and usage of tire. Had a separated tire after 30k and they are saying my tires a worn out. Last time they will ever get a dollar from me!!!!
