Great service every single time!! I discovered Faithful when I had a nail in a tire and needed it fixed up, dropped in and saw the staff and they had me in and out in a hurry! Since then I've taken my car, and my wife's car, to Faithful and have had nothing but excellent service every single visit. The prices are great, staff is knowledgeable and friendly. The customer waiting area that is off of the main lobby is great and equipped with coffee and tv. Recently rented a U-Haul from Faithful as well and Jae made sure that I was looked after and explained everything in detail If you have car or tire issues and you want someone you can trust, go to Faithful

I had to get an out of province inspection completed, and was under pressure due to a difficult month. The staff were professional, patient and cooperative in getting the inspection completed. I was able to get some work done myself which kept my budget on track, while they did the hard stuff. Overall a great experience and I appreciate their professionalism.

Was quoted $129 for a wheel alignment with the vehicle I had. Took it in, said it needed a tie rod. Got charged $45 because they couldnt do it then. I replaced the tie rod and brought it back for an alignment. They took over 2 hours and gave me a call saying they didn’t finish and will finish it in morning. I went and grabbed the car in morning and the bill was another $250. Total of just under $300 for a wheel alignment that was originally quoted an hour and half for $129 no problems. When I asked why it was extra he said it’s an older vehicle and takes alittle longer. I asked why I never got a phone call to state why i was getting charged extra and his response was “it’s to be expected you should of known that”. Poor service, not professional and my family, friends who used this place a lot won’t be using this place anymore. Thanks

The crew at Faithfull tire were awesome!!! We had our tire slashed at the Travel Lodge over night and they sent a service truck over to fill up the tire at no cost and we went into their shop with our two boys and our dog and they put our truck in and found a broken off razor blade in our tire and I was in need of new tires soon anyways so they hooked us up very fast and gave me a bit of a deal on the tires as well... Great service and super awesome staff members

I was quoted a lot of $, at the dealer, to repair the upper strut mount on my Volvo. I called Faithfull Tirecraft after reading through online reviews, as I’ve only ever had work done at the dealer. Jae was awesome and got me in way quicker than what the dealer was offering. Same day service, and my beloved Viv drives like new! I was a little apprehensive taking my car outside of the dealer network, as Volvo’s are known to be “quirky”. I can’t say enough about the quality of work, the service, and the price paid. Highly recommend!

Called in talked to some on (Oct 26 or 27) to get 4 winter tires and rims for my (Porsche Boxster). He took all my information and said he would call back next morning with quote... never heard from again. Ended up buying at A1 Tire instead. (correction, Barry was from Kelvins not Tirecraft) the name of the person was wrong not the company. Kelvins called me back. Do not recall the name of person at TireCraft that never got back to me via email or the number i left.

I found my tire valve stem leaking early morning of 2022 first day to work. Had to call a couple car shop if they can squeeze it to their schedule to fix the tire but no dice unless I wait a certain days. Till I dial TIRECRAFT Faithfull and told them my issue then they told me to just bring in the vehicle to their shop and can possibly be repaired since its a quick fixed. I brought my vehicle there and they fixed the tire problem in no time at no cost. Thanks Tirecraft guys...

Do not use these guys for your automotive repairs! I sent my mother there because its who we had used in the past. Jae had given a detailed report of what she needed done. She had her car revving and constantly stalling. She said she would pay for that specifically to be fixed, and a few things like the water pump. The total was around $1700. He said it was all fixed and she ended up stranded on the highway. He then said get it back to the shop, charged her another $100 to take 10 mins to clean out some gunk from a valve. Sent her on her way to stall again. She brought it back where he said himself and his coworkers took the car out for a test drive and it ran perfect. She had written down the odometer number and it hadn't moved. So he lied about even taking it for a test drive. She's out thousands of dollars trying to fix this one problem and he just lied and charged her more and more money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!

They really went above and beyond for me. I highly recommend them for automotive service as well as Uhaul. By far the best and easiest Uhaul experience I have ever had. These guys were great! I was road tripping across the country and guy my brakes changed before heading into the Rockies. Turns out they didn't attach the calipers properly and one came loose when I got to Saskatoon. They diagnosed the issue quickly, and they charged an extremely good price for the work they did. One of the screws attaching the calipers was actually missing and it's hard to find. To fix the issue, the owner(? I'm so sorry I don't remember names well) actually took a screw out from one of his project vans and said he'll find a replacement later. Great guys. Can recommend.

I have purchased and stored my sets of tires with Jae for years. He is very knowledgeable about the best products and the service is excellent. I recently helped a friend look for an update of a 15 year old Japanese vehicle. The dealer’s estimate came in at just over 2100$ tax in. Including a full inspection, with replacement of timing belt, water pump and a range of other repairs Jae reviewed and discussed the needs and did everything required for 1086$ Tax in. The parts were pretty much billed at half price (eg wiper blades for 16$ vs 35$) and some of the recommended service was found to be excessive or unnecessary. Wow !
