These guys are absolutely great! Honestly, I've had other places that I thought were the place I'd go forever, but they've won my business likely forever. I'm not sure if they are the cheapest, but it's like dealing with your friend, you get treated like they care and like you're worth the business, no matter how small your request. Love these guys!

I called a few places about a quote on a tire valve stem change and these guys were definitely the most respectful and engaging people I've encountered trying to find a quote. Quoted me 20$ while the other places were around 50$. Prices here are definitely fair and really competitive. I will be getting service done here regularly and will reccomend this tire repair company to anybody and everybody.

Had my tires and oil changed here recently. After the work was complete I went to drive home on the 402 and the plate which covers the bottom of the vehicle dropped down and began dragging on the road at 120 km/hr. This plate needs to be removed for the oil to be changed. Staff were good about reattaching the plate after I had to bend it into the bottom of the car to get back to the garage, however it shouldn't have happened in the first place and they didn't seem at all apologetic. EDIT: Shortly after posting this 1 star review I was contacted by management at the Sarnia location. They apologized for what had happened and promised that it was a one time error. I returned several months later to have my tires and oil changed once again and was recognized by staff. The manager once again apologized for what had happened during my last visit, and as far as I'm concerned all is forgiven. Very professional staff here with a focus on customer service. I can appreciate that mistakes happen, it's just about how you move forward from there.

Very competitive prices on Michelin Latitude X-Ice X12 Winter Tires and black steel wheels. The tires were in stock and the wheels arrived the next day. The tires and wheels were installed by noon the day after ordering without an appointment! I also received a generous trade-in allowance for my used set of Michelin Latitude X-Ice X12 Winter Tires and black steel wheels which some other dealers said were of no value. I've done business here a few times, and they've been great. Prices beat their local competitors, and customer service is outstanding. Being in a border city, I shop US prices too. After considering the exchange rate, our 13% sales tax at the border, and shipping costs (from online retailers), Tirecraft is usually right on par (often cheaper) than their American competitors as well. Store manager Brad is top notch, too!

I checked around all of the tire stores at the end of last week and after my comparisons, I found that Tirecraft was the least expensive of all called. Upon calling back, I made an appointment for 9: am on Monday morning. As usual, I arrived about 10 minutes early . They got started at 9:am and was finished at about 9:25 am.. The gentleman on the service desk was Brad who was very congenial and informative. They do free rotations upon request. If it sounds like I was super satisfied; your right.

The service here is exceptional. 5+ stars! Brad and Jay were wonderful! My sports car got a flat a few days ago and I had it towed there. They stored it inside until they could fix it the next day but I couldn’t make it due to work, then that huge snowstorm dropped 2 feet’s of snow. Even though it was their busiest time with customers wanting to get winter tires on they left my car inside taking up a full bay. Then they kept it inside an extra two days until the roads were cleared of snow. I was so concerned I was leaving it there too long but Brad said don’t worry about it. He just wanted the driving conditions to be safe for me to drive in. That’s true customer service!! Thanks again!
