So nice to find a shop that truly deserves a five star rating. Blew out a drive tire at 8pm. I was back on the road by 9pm. 1 hour from start to finish. Amazing price and friendly service. The workers followed covid procedures and all went well price was reasonable. The day after I had my tires done I started hearding a grind in my brakes. When I looked at my rotors I noticed one looked scored. I took it to my mechanic and he told me I was missing a brake pad. I had had zero brake issues prior to my tire change. Molson tire told me that it was a coincidence and couldn't possibly be caused by the pounding they had to do to remove my tires. Just goes to show you, take the time to inspect, test and listen to your vehicle after any service or you maybe paying $666.64 for new rotors and pads

Can't say enough about Scott Molson. After a tire blowout on the 402 last weekend, most stores were either closed or would only come out unless you were a commercial rig. We were stuck on the side of the road without a spare. Scott made the 25 min drive, got us on our way with a used tire, and couldn't have been friendlier or more helpful. Would recommend this guy to anyone with my highest confidence.

Had a poor experience recently. Requested Molson Tire to fix a leaky tire which they did as expected. What was unexpected was the scratch in my leather seat. Only owned the car for 3 months and this wasn't there when I dropped off the vehicle for the repair. Took me stopping in 3 times and calling 7 times before finally speaking to the owner. Scott simply didn't believe me and tried using camera footage to say nothing was in anyone's back pocket when driving my vehicle. Mind you these are not x-ray cameras so I have no idea how he could take this stance....Future customers beware, post work customer service is quite poor.

Unfortunately I had a really bad experience with these people. I bring my tires in the morning they said they were kind of busy but they would have them done by the afternoon and they would call me when they're ready. The next day I still haven't heard from them so I go down and the lady at the counter has no clue that I prepaid for my tires the day before they finally find my tires and tell me that they're sitting by the balancing machine and they're nowhere near ready yet but if I'm willing to wait half hour 45 minutes they'll be ready so I said okay I waited in the parking lot for over 45 minutes and went to check on my tires they still hadn't touched them so I told him I'd take my tires as is and I will not go back to that place there was no offer on discount no apology no nothing what the hell kind of business is that they don't know what they're doing even Joe's used tires would not have done that
