Second time I've purchased tires here. It is not much to look at, but changing and fixing tires is not exactly a 'clean room' scenario. Came in at opening and was able to have 4 tires replaced in 30 minutes.. much better than having to wait the 3 weeks that Canadian Tire had to schedule for. Price quoted was all in.. taxes as well. Very good place for tires.

These guys are great! They do such a good job! I was getting tires swapped out but forgot my lug nuts. I went home to try and find them. I was holding up the shop caused my car was still on jacks. I felt really bad but the guys were very sympathetic. He wrote down what size nuts i needed to purchase and told me to come back when I get them. A week later I went back to swap out my tires again and he did it free of charge for all my hassles. Which wasn't his fault in the first place! Excellent business with excellent workers. Has done very well for himself and knows how to keep loyal customers by showing them loyalty first!

Joe's gave me amazing service. I blew out a tire the night before trying to cross the Blue Water Bridge. CAA took care of putting on my spare, but I couldn't continue my trip without replacing my snow tire. I arrived at Joe's first thing in the morning the next day. They quickly identified they had an exact match for my tire in stock and had it installed and balanced in no time. I paid a very fair price, and I was back on the road in under twenty minutes. While I live out of town I travel through Sarnia often for work and when it comes time to changing all four tires I will definitely check in with Joe's. Highly Recommended.

put on my snow tires on the 23rd of December when I was on the 401 the very next day sheared to nuts and Bolts off the tire almost lost it these people work so quick that they don't even check the tires to see if they torque them I will never go there again used at your discretion I would think twice about going to them

Noticed a flat tire on my car…called at 10 to 5…by 5:30 I was driving home with a new tire! The team was able to squeeze me in before quitting time (5:30). I had a puncture that I had asked to have fixed, but the sidewalls were toast (low profile tires that were run while flat-no TPMS on the car) and they were able to put a new tire on and get me on my way! I would highly recommend this shop for ANY tire work needed!!

Driving home I noticed I had a flat so I stopped in at Joe's since it's on the way. 5-10 minutes later I was on my way again. They pulled a screw out of my tire and put a plug in and it cost 25 bucks. Really friendly, 5 star customer service. There is nothing they could have done better, I am 100% satisfied. They put four new winter tires on. I managed to get to petrolia line and plank before the one tire went flat. First and only time I've ever changed a tire on the side of the road. When I went back 30mins later after changing my tire. I was told winter tires aren't covered under warranty.. so he said out of kindness he'd give me another miss matching tire. He wouldn't offer me another set that matched. said sorry to bad. I will never go back and I always tell my story to who ever tried to go there.. dont waste your money there's better places out there

If I could rate a no star I would. I had a flat tire. Went in to have it repaired, didnt work. Went back the following week got 2 brand new front tires. Flat this am. Spent 400 dollars and my car is sitting in the road at work. I get it that things can happen, a brand new tire shouldnt be flat in a week. Will not be returning after I get this figured out. Very poor customer service. Save your money, its not worth the hassle

I bought really nice Chrome wheels and good rubber. When I asked him to put them on to switch with my old rims and tires he was so friggn rude to me, telling me they were junk over and over and would not put them on..So he bullied me in to get a price on new ones...After I got over the initial shock of his manner I said screw this and left..I went to Molsons and showed them the rims & tires and ask if indeed they were junk and they laughed......said they were awesome and put them on...Maybe Joe does not like to deal with women and think he can bully them in buying brand new..

Very great tire place. The service is top-notch as well are the prices. I called around and did my homework for new seasonal tires for my car and they were by far the cheapest for some mid grade tires. The waiting area isn't huge but there was additional seating outside which was nice. Covid measures are being followed here which is also nice. They are very quick and efficient, friendly and affordable. Highly recommended. Will be back when I need new tires in the future. 5/5.
