The stress of having a flat tire that turns into needing to be replaced is such a bad experience. After CAA determined I was euchred, I dropped my car off at International Tire. I'm so glad I did. The guys had me on the road the next day with my new tire and had unbelievable customer service even with covid-19 happening and a skeleton crew. I feel relieved to have this off my mind especially since the tires were only a year old and I would have never known the out of town shop had damaged it when switching them over. Will definitely bring our vehicles back when needed!

Brought my Cayenne to have a screw removed and repaired. Cost me $510.00. Why? Well they damaged the tire side wall ramming in their device so I had to by a new tire. When the they changed the tire they on purpose rotated the pry bar and ripped the side wall to shreds so original damage could be hidden. I would not recommend for any repairs except may a wheelbarrow.

I towed my car there during pandemic on July 10th. I called Barry to let him know CAA told it is not a battery and it is the Alternator issue. I had to wait for 4 days for them to take a look at it. Barry Called on July 15th and said the alternator, belt and battery all needs to be changed. We didn't want to spend a lot on a 2005 car. He was trying to push me saying that If he doesn't start working on it right away with the part he has with that expensive quote, the next appointment will be a week after. I told him we have no option but to wait then. He accepted to install a new alternator if we provide it to him. When we brought the parts to him he changed his words and he said now he has to charge $60 for the electrical inspection he did on the first day as he had to confirm it is an alternator issue. He never talked about the inspection fee before. He said you can take your car if you don't want to pay this extra fee and I am not going to repair it. Even though we had to tow the car again, we decided to go for it as we don't like people who misuse others specially during this hard pandemic situation. And anyways with this "take your car" option he didn't earn his inspection fee. Don't inspect clients' cars before you let them know there is a fee for it on top of the repair fee, specially if the client knows the problem themselves.

pricing was great but unfortunately they caused more damage lifting my RAV4 by the front rocker panels in place of the designated lift points. After pointing out the issue ,returning the vehicle for inspection / pictures and retorquing of the new tires I received very negative attitude. I have sent emails and even proposed alternate avenues to repair the damage but no response , nothing but crickets. (FYI I waited 6 months before posting a review in hopes that someone would respond to discuss , disappointment is an understatement)

At my job, I get nails in my tires on a monthly basis. These guys took me in last minute on a Saturday. They are friendly, informative and give an all around great customer service experience. This has officially become my go to shop. Again, last week, went into the shop with a nail in my tire. Instead of patching it. I had them install new tires. They were fast and dealt with me in a professional manner. Double checking their work and making sure I was happy. I appreciate the great work, and I will be back.

I received a safety certification from these guys from the seller of the vehicle. When driving it the day I picked it up I noticed a rumble on the drivers side . After inspection I found a bulge on the tire and cupping. These tires should not have passed the safety check When I approached the manager about It he offered to replace the tires in 4 days at his cost of $999. He admitted the tires weren’t good and that they should be changed out. Stay away from these guys. Too bad as they used to be very reputable.

First experience with International Tires was new snow tires. They beat every other price in town by $50! Since been in several times for flat repairs, always quick and fairly priced! My last visit I expressed my concerns that it may be time for new tires as we have had them for several years. Could have sold me 4 tires and I wouldn't have thought twice....instead was told tread depth was fine. Guess what.....when it is time for tires or anything else, I will be going directly here as that is a true sign of honesty in my opinion and hard to come by these days!

I went to International Tire to arrange for a full brake job on my Venza. They use premium NAPA parts. I have used these parts in the past since they do an excellent job of stopping and they really resist rusting and score marks on the rotors. I am going to buy winter tires for my new Kia. They were very helpful at finding the exact tires that I have used before. In the spring I will be upgrading the stock 18" factory wheels to 19" aftermarket wheels and the Michelin summer tires that are on the Venza. They are Michelin Defender LTX M/S. These tires are way better than the factory tires on both cars. They are quiet, handle better and will handle snow nicely but I do go for proper winter tires because I do mainly highway driving and real winters can handle ice, channel the snow and slush out from under the tires much better. They sell aftermarket wheels and they know what offset in need, what tire size and rim width is best for my application. These are real car people. They are not " Here, these will do kind, of guys". The shop looks a little rough around the edges but the owner and every staff member that I met, are top notch.

I got them to hang mudflaps on my truck. Epic fail. They didn't even use a measuring tape. I know cuz I asked them. And they are crooked and all different lengths. Talk about shoemakers..... They didn't even fix it. They said "it's not that bad... So now I have crooked mudflaps and extra holes drilled into them and my truck.
