I had attempted to go to this establishment a year and a half ago with my husband. We pulled up, waited and eventually a young man came out and walked as slow as humanly possible. He flung the chain without even looking at us as if he was angry a customer had come for service. We turned the car around and went elsewhere. I said I would not go back but made the mistake of giving them a second chance today. I pulled in for an oil change and was told my car was going to be $80 for some reason which they didn’t give me and I said no thanks I can get an oil change for $50. Strange how it costs $30 more at this place. I do not recommend having had two bad experiences.

DON'T bring your car here! Horrible horrible horrible, I brought my car here the other day for an oil change they charged me $50 for a full service, when they took less than 10 minutes to change the oil, they didn't even check the tire pressure, fluid levels, or any of the standard checks that they're supposed to. I had to ask, there was a handful of employees just standing in the corner not doing anything and did not want to be bothered. Huge waste of money, save yourself the time, frustration, and money. Go anywhere but here.

Very happy with my experience there. The technician Bill went over everything he was doing and was friendly too. We were in and out quickly but it wasnt rushed at all. We will definitely be returning next oil change and maybe even back for an oil spray. I highly recommend.

I took my car to Confederation Lube and Tire Express for an oil change and to get my seasonal tires switched. When I showed up they almost turned me away because my appointment wasn't in their books despite 3-4 employees just standing around; had scheduled my appt over the phone 2 weeks in advance. Thankfully they squeezed me in but only completed the tires and not the oil change which I had requested. When I reminded them that I had also scheduled the oil change, they treated me very rudely. They put the two worn tires on one side of my car, and the two well treaded tires on the other side (instead of front/back practice). They didn't include location markings of where previous tires had come from. Terrible customer service. Terrible mechanical skills. Won't be returning.

Never again, they over filled oil causing extensive damages, when I tried to complain to staff, they grinned and claimed they were not responsible. Owners should make it obvious how to deal with these matters and ensure that workers are sober.

I have to say I was very disappointed today with my visit to the lube and tire shop. I have been ģoing there for years and never have I left with out getting an oil change but today I left. The guy I was dealing with although nice enough did not know what he was talking about in regards to my current vehicle I was told that my car needed a 105. Oil change I asked why so much he said that it was suggested by the make of the car I said no I am going to go to the dealer to find this out and well I am happy I did 58.99 and they check the other fluids dont think I will be returning.

Had an oil change. Had to reset my computer. Had the car uncoated last fall. Rear quarter panels and the underside were not sprayed. Asked for an anti freeze flush and they squeezed enough out of my rad to get two units of antifreeze in. It froze solid on the coldest day of last winter. Been going here for years. Maybe it was a bad day there!

Used them a few times before. This time I looked at my receipt and realized that put 5W30 in my truck that is supposed to have 10W30. Called them back and was told by the mechanic with 20 years experience that there is no difference between 5W30 and 10W30. That in fact they dont carry 10W30 because nothing really uses it anymore. If you have an older vehicle you care about, go somewhere else.
