Ordered a tire from them on Friday, they said it would be in on Monday, never called to said it wouldn't be in. Called them they said they would see when it was coming in and never called back, took 2 more days of calling them and asking for a manager for them to finally get back to me. Took forever to do the work.

well I set an appointment at 10am, I got there around 9:30am, I gave them my keys and asked how long it would take to change a set of 4 tires?, they said until noonish, I went somewhere and then came back at 1pm. I had to wait an additional 2 more hours, there were people who got there "AFTER" me and got there sets done, I wasn't to happy.. Then at the checkout after I got my tires done, I paid with my debit card about 470$, I swipe it and it went through, then all suddenly they had a computer failure, with no I.T in building, They CHARGED ME TWICE!, they couldn't give me a refund, so I had to wait 2 weeks, 2 weeks because they miss charged me. My experience, I'm never coming back here again and I won't recommended it to anyone.

Well lets see where do i start? How about at you people should really be ashamed. My fiance took our explorer there to get 4 new tires and an alignment she doesnt know anything about cars and the only reason i was not there is because of work now i already told her that they would say something needs to be done but EVERYTHING was already done this past weekend balljoints,tierods,toerods the whole nine hence the alignment so i was a little shocked to see it say one of our upper ball joints were bad? Wait well why OH because theres no grease boot......its a moog balljoint and a toe rod has a torn boot hmmmm no no it doesnt but then to my shock at the bottom of this page that is absolute lies there is a price tag of almost 800 dollars for A balljoint and A toerod tp be replaced you wouldve charged her almost 800 dollars it was bad enough that you found your out on doing the alignment but not knowing that some balljoints come with out grease boots as their mechanic is scary and the fact that you would have reemed someone like that for 1 balljoint and 1 toerod that wasnt even bad is just low i will never attempt to do business there again i will pay a higher price for the same tire before i come there

Had a flat tire and wanted to buy two tires. Told me to take a seat. After 2 hours in close seating area I asked if they could give me a time estimate. I was told 2 more hours by the rudest counter salesperson. I walked out and went to Fetterleys and was done in 30 minutes. High prices. Never will go again

I would never go back there. First time after waiting 3 hours they told me my rack and pinion is broken and i need to pay $2,700.00 to fix it. I went to Marysville , Good Year and cost me $35.00. Good Year told me rack and pinion is fine. Next time Belle Tire replaced belt and they broke few plastic parts. Again, they accused me telling me it was broken already. I asked them how is possible to drive with parts on the top of the engine. No answer. One more time i tried with them asking for estimate. Fuel pump replacement cost $460. They told me 3 hours of work. I got it for $36.00 and replaced in 15 minutes. My fuel pump is under back seat. Removing cover and unscrewing old one takes just two minutes.

Wonderful experience! Called ahead to find out the charge for a tire patch and see if I needed an appointment. They said $20 and I did not need an appointment. The drop-off and pick up processes were fast and hassle free! In the end, they didn't even charge me the fee but patched my tire! Highly recommend!

They striped out my battery terminal then tried to sell me a new battery. They did not tell me that they rammed a big bolt into it to try to fix it. I went to the Brighton location and they replaced the battery for me. 2 weeks later i thought my alternator was bad because my volts were dropping. I paid $399. to replace it at another garage. a week later my volts dropped again. I found out that belle tire did not tighten the cable on the starter they replaced. I'm just glad I didn't get tires there they would have probably stripped those bolts out two.

Drove out to Dearborn to pickup a vehicle with my car hauler. Noticed that one tire was flat due to a broken stem. Came to this Belle Tire thinking they were going to turn me away from how busy they were but that wasn’t the case. I believe their names were Barry and Ash at the front desk, and Ali was my service technician. They promptly looked at my trailer and went ahead and took the tire off and within minutes, i was back on the road! Highly recommended

The staff in front desk are rude, they acting like they work for free. I visited them today to do alignment and to change the front tires, I explained to them to do the alignment first and then change the front tires, the guys in front desk told me they changed the front tires and they cannot do the alignment due to missing parts in the car. They gave me 2 choices 1st one to pay $233.00 for the tires 2nd to pay $200.00 more to fix it. I felt that they wants force me to fix the car in their facility My question is why they changed the tires before the alignment? I called 2 different dealers and they informed me that the alignment can be done before changing tires. Very upset

Went in to get my tires rotated, in and out in a timely manner. Front guys were awesome and very helpful with any questions I had. One miscue for me is that sine I have my tires dipped, when they use the machine to take the lugs off, it does scratch my rims and leave marks. I guess it should be expected though with dipped rims

Despite the fact that this particular Belle Tire is located in that such a clean-looking area, the staff is awesome and their work is top-notch therefore I recommend that whenever you need Tire work or new tires or any kind of repairs then check these people out as I walked in without an appointment after obtaining a flat from all of that construction on Greenfield and they service my vehicle right away. Thank you Belle Tire staff as you guys are awesome.

SCAM!!!! This place is a pure scam.. I went to get an alignment and they told me I needed a new driver side tie rod before they could do it. I let them go ahead and do it I also asked if there was anything else and they said no. I checked a couple days after the alignment and I noticed my tie rod boots were tore and ripped (which they should've saw) I then got the boots replaced but the guy who did it did not align it right. I then took it to belle tire again to get another Alignment. Then again they said they couldn't do it because the tie rod was loose. I barley drove the car since I last got he alignment and took it to my uncle who is a mechanic. He said the tie rods were fine. They tried to scam me out of another 190$. Do not go here go anywhere else and be aware of the scams they try and pull.

Love Belle Tire. My son played hockey for a Belle Tire sponsored team for years, so I tend to give them my business if I can. Having said that, they've always treated me right. Fair pricing for fair value....they always do try to upsell a bit, but never gouge, and the part they want to replace IS always worn. One negative about my latest trip....I made a 9am appointment online....told them exactly what I wanted done. It didn't even get looked at until almost 10:30. This wasn't a huge deal this time, as I had the day off....but why offer appointment times if you have no intention of keeping them? Funny thing is, if I had just walked in, I would have considered the service adequate....but don't give me an appointment you have no intention of honoring.

I got an alignment becuse my tires were getting bad from one side and the car started to shake after I got it although that never happened prior to me getting the service. went back and they told me this is different problem and told me I have to leave the car overnight. I needed to have my windshield replaced, and my insurance company picked here. I was less than happy with the phone conversations I had, and after dropping it off for an hour I got a call saying the windshield they had ordered was cracked and unusable. I was some what frustrated. But when I went the second time, I met the manager Mattew Elrod- he single handedly turned a 2 star review into a 5 star! Outgoing, helpful, and volunteered a discount due to the second teip.... without my asking. Thank you Matthew!

So, first of all, I want to be clear that this review is for this location only. Every other BT I've ever been to has given me stellar service. I could write a novel of the misadventures I had at this place and how many things they did wrong. It was just a complete circus. 1. I called in the morning to make an appt, but was advised I could get right in. When I stated I couldn't make it for a couple hours, they still advised against an appt and told me to come down. When I got there, I had to wait an hour and a half before my car was brought in for service. Mistake #1. 2. I brought my car in to remove a screw from the tire and get an alignment. They also upsold me some wiper blades which I needed. 3.5 hours after I first showed up, they said they checked the tire and found nothing and were waiting for the alignment rack. It would be another 30 min to get it back in, then another 45 for the alignment. This information was only after prodding them for a status update. 3. I went out to check my tire and the screw was still in it. Almost 4 hours in to this fiasco and they had accomplished NOTHING. Turns out they wrote down the wrong tire, which shouldn't be a big deal because this is a PROFESSIONAL TIRE SHOP, right?? They should be checking ALL 4 tires while it is on the lift you would think, right? We even spoke about this when I checked the car in when I first arrived. 4. At this point, I was going to be late for my EVENING appointment and told them to fix the tire and cash me out - forget the alignment. So one of their guys runs out with a hand jack, takes the tire off, and plugs the hole. 5. 4.5 - 5 hours from my arrival at this point I am finally ready to leave. Before driving off, I think to myself, "better check the wiper blades." No kidding, they put the wrong size blades on. Imagine turning on your wipers and the driver side blade only reaches halfway up your windshield. I think the smoke coming out of my ears when I went back in the store must have been readily visible because they fixed the matter as quickly as they could, even with many customers waiting in the lobby. 6. The plugging of my tire seemed to increase the road noise from that tire. Also, 2 months later, the same tire started leaking again. I can't say for sure that either of these issues are a result of the work done at the Belle Tire on Mich Ave in Dearborn, but you can bet that I won't be taking it back there to fix it!

I can't say enough good about this business! I had a car emergency today. The manager checked my car. Then he got a mechanic to look at my car. They then put it in and fixed it for me! All this without an appointment because it was a dangerous issue. They were at all times very courteous to me. I highly recommend this place.

I took my vehicle to them with a slow leak in my one tire. They told me that I have a rim leak and they fixed it and charged me $20 and hour and a half wait. A couple of days later my tired is low again and I took it back to them for the second time and waiting another hour to have them tell me that the rim was not sealed correctly and they have fixed it for good this time. Two days later, my low pressure indicator came on again. I finally took my car to the local garage and they found a nail in that tire and they repaired it and took them 15 minutes to fix my tire and only cost me another $15. I wanted everyone to know this also happened to my husband with another Belle Tire location a couple years ago.

I was in and out in under an hour - arriving at about 7pm and out by 8 which was fantastic. My parents had new tires put on our focus, we put new lugnuts on previously and 16 of the 20 were replaced with warn ones. And when we contacted them they wouldn't replace them. I know it was probably just a human error, but to not fix a problem from a customer is just rude.

Had 4 tires replaced at a different place, and car started pulling to the side once I got on the freeway and increasingly moving strangely. I pulled over here as it was the closest tire shop and I did NOT feel safe driving further, even though that meant I would be late to work. Andre D was incredibly helpful and patient and got my car in surprisingly quickly considering I (obviously) didn't have an appointment - quoted 2 hours and work was done with 15 minutes to spare. Mohamed did a great job and also alerted me to a muffler issue and did a temp fix and let me know what I should follow up with, which was above and beyond. Left with a printout of the alignment and balance which is getting taken to the first shop as soon as I'm back home. Definitely appreciate their service and work here in fixing someone else's mistake and I'll certainly come here first next time I need tires.

Belle tire is the worse place to get tire at, Sam’s club is the place to replace your tire. They lying, I change my four tires, I got Michelin for my BMW for all most $1000.00 and got insurance, is not even a year and all four tire are bad I took them to belle tire, they said your don’t have insurance on them how I don’t know. I’m positive sure that I bought an insurance. Don’t recommend Belle Tire or speak to either Bill or Rick they rude and Unprofessional.

Very bad customer service by all means from the front line customer agent. I went in to the shop on 10/13 at about 3.15pm soon after I got there one of the unformed staff told us to wait a little bit and came back to told me that they would be able to check our car after 30minute or so. I waited for about one hour and came to check with the staff but I was I respectfully informed by the man (in the left side podium) nothing would be done for my car and he even start yelling at me.I was very disappointed to be yelled at after waiting for one hour not being taken care or even respected. This was very unprofessional and even rude !The other guy in the right podium tried to help us to get my vehicle checked but didn’t work as that guy who yelled at me decided not to help us nor letting other staff do so!!!!!! I wasted one hour waiting inside the office and ended up being yelled at so had to look for different local mechanical shop. I should have been told when I get there whether or not the job could be done. I spoke first to the person who available in the front disc and after waited one hour I was told by this rude man I was supposed to only speak to him who was not even available. This guy did not have the sense of respect and should never be in that position!!

I had to get pretty much the whole front end fixed on my car. Upper and lower control arms sway bar end links tie rod ball joint and they worked out a really good deal with me got it all done all for $1,000 and that was pretty good with all of the work + 2 year warranty so if anything happens I can take it back there and they will work on it for free as long as it's under the warranty.

TERRIBLE SERVICE. WILL NOT GO BACK. Got my car towed there before they opened and waited three hours for my ONE tire to be replaced. When I looked for my car in the bay and didn’t see it in there, I had to ask when it would be finished, the clerk looked and said, “Oh. It’s done out back.” Annoyed and really late for work, I went out to my car to see THE SAME FLAT TIRE STILL ON MY CAR. Now extremely fruaterated, I walked into the office where the clerk was messing around on his phone and told him to come look at my car and asked if that was acceptable. THEN HE BEGAN TO COMPLAIN TO ME- THE CUSTOMER. Excuses and passing blame. I got TWO new tires from discount tire in less than a half an hour. I am returning the one I was forced to get from Belle Tire out of principle, that’s how bad it was. Disgusted with their “customer service”.

I came in early as they opened because my pressure monitoring system was on. I gave my keys to the person in front and sat down. 15 minutes later I look outside and my car hasn’t been moved. So I approached the staff again and asked him to give me a wait time so I can decide to stay or go to work. He apologized and talked to the technicians (I think he forgot first time) and was done in 10 minutes. The light in my car if off and they did not charge me for the service! I really appreciated the turn around. Also- the man gave me good advice about winter tires since I just moved from NC.

First set of brakes, I bought the car new. We stopped driving the car as soon as we heard a noise from a rear wheel. They insisted the car needed new rotors and pads on all four wheels. I asked if only pads could be replaced, their answer was no. "It's against the law to resurface the rotors". They charged me $65 each for the same rotors that are $35 at local auto parts. Over serviced and overcharged. Port Huron store. NEVER go back again.

Great shop to go to for tire repairs. I had some noise coming from a tire that was quite worrisome with lots of highway drives and they let me come in without an appointment and got my car up super fast, all on my lunch hour. Got all new tires here today, it was a bit pricey but I opted for everything they offered on the tires such as coverage and alignment. Very helpful, and a pleasure to work with. I am a returning customer and I plan on coming back anytime I need help with my tires. Now if only tires weren't so dang expensive cause I'm sure they would have charged me less if it wasn't for that. Their time estimates are pretty spot on. I have a matching set of tires with the road hazard warranty. The Michigan Avenue Dearborn store tried to insist that I accept a different brand tire to replace my irreparable, pothole damaged tire. That was not acceptable to me. When I asked if any other Belle Tire had the tire that I needed, I was told no. No mention as to when he could get the tire, until after I told him nevermind I found the tire. I located the tire at another Belle Tire (Royal Oak), but he refused to get it from there. I ended up going to the Royal Oak store and having the tire replaced under warranty there.

My initial communication was with Tim who was so helpful, caring & reassuring he made me feel very comfortable to do business with. Upon putting my car on the hoist they found that my back axle had rusted and it was NOT safe for me to drive my car without repair. They went WAY out of their way to get me the part from the junkyard (in Chesterfield) and repair my vehicle within my means so it would be safe for me. I have had many good experiences with Bell Tire in my life. However, today I went to the Port Huron store for an alignment (4 wheel) and was told that I should settle for a toe in adjustment, because the front end suspension kit I installed didn't include cams for camber alignment. I was told that it would cost me an additional $140 to install the cams, otherwise the adjustment could not be done. The truck was factory original and cams were not put in it. Why can't the camber be adjusted without them, and be torqued down like the original ones were? The toe in adjustment I made with a tape measure in the driveway was in specification to start with. And was also told that the rear end has no adjustment for a four wheel alignment. In the end I paid for an alignment where nothing was out of specification, except that the steering wheel was not straight. Regards, Daniel Jokimaki

I came in to get the front tires of my 2009 Ford fusion looked at because they seemed to have a slow leak of air. Customer service was great and quick, they re-sealed my drivers side tire and replaced my passenger side tire when they noticed it got all torn up from a previous flat tire tear. All and all good experiance would definitely reccomend.

First off rude, when someone has an appointment you get them in at the time or apologize if you are behind. I went there to get four new tires and after waiting almost three hours i get into my car and notice that my one of my tire pressure says that it's at a 1and my svc moniter needs to be fixed. I asked what was wrong with it and the mechanic says that he reset it and if I drive on it will go back to normal and if it doesn't to just come back and he'll fix it... It never did so I went back the next day to let them know that it still wasn't working and it needed to be checked out. The mechanic reset the sensors again and said that one of the sensors was broken and that he should've noticed it when they put the new tires on there and that they should fix it for free with no problem. The manager then comes out and says that it will be 60 dollars to fix after I already spent almost 500 dollars on tires when the mechanic said that it shouldn't have been a problem and they'll fix it for free. I declined and then noticed that now all four of my tire pressures aren't saying anything now. Yet again I ask what happened to it and they said that he reset my other sensors and they should go to the right pressure after I drive on it. Now all four tire sensors doesn't work! They made it worst and want me to pay for something that they didn't do right. It's sad that paying customers have to deal with such bad customer service!

Went there because it’s the closet tire shop when I had a flat and they said it’s gonna take 2 hours to plug or patch a tire before I get back on the road. Awful awful service and experience ever. I’ve never went to Belle Tire and after this experience I never will think twice. The manager is racist. The staff is rude. I left my car to have the valve changed, something that shouldn’t cost or take too long to do. The manager calls me saying that because I drove too long on the car, which I literally was behind the building when it broke and just drove it to the front, it needs a whole new tire. He said changing the tire would cost $200.00, I refused to pay for a new tire at that price because with 100$ more, I can get all four changed!! I came back the next day to pick it up and I magically had another tire flat. When I refused to pay for that one to have air in it, I went to the back of the building to the self service air pump and the manager turned it off. Don’t go here don’t waste your money and that racist staff needs to be fired

They did a very thorough inspection of my car and found that front unirail part of the frame was bent. This was missed by another alignment shop earlier that day, I highly recommend them for inspections and doing right by their customers. They will not sell you something you don’t need and will work with you on what makes sense for you and your car. Putting a new rim and tire on it wasn’t going to be of any use, they even let me keep the car there overnight till I could get it back to my home the next day. Great team all around.

On the upside, they put on my tires and detected an alignment problem. The ride on the new Toyo's is perfect. Downside, I set an appointment from nearly 10 days before and had to wait over an hour before they started. I did not voice a complaint because I thought that after nearly four hours that they would do a quality job. My Durango has gloss black wheels and in bright sun while I was cleaning them, I could see rotational rub marks on the finish. I specifically told the guys at the desk that they should take their time and not leave any marks on my wheels. They assured me that I would leave with no problems. Well now the installation cost goes up for me given that a detailer will have to do something with a very pricey wheel set to bring them back or I will have to get them completely redone. UNACCEPTABLE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Updated review 2018. Belle Tire of Port Huron and Belle Tire will not admit to damaging my wheels. Pretty smooth talking manager but his arguments fall short and so does Belle Tire.

This location is a scam. They were friendly at first until they got my money. The manager Ash is very conniving and hard to trust. After telling him I didn't want to buy the extra parts for my back struts because they weren't bad like the front pair I was replacing he constantly constantly tried to sell them. After finding out my front strut replacement was covered under warranty they started to treat me differently. They repeadlty told me they were waiting for confirmation from my warranty company I waited hours an decided to call myself..come to find out all belle tire had to do was call an get the payment from them. They had me waiting for hours out of spite because I refused to feed into their bull an buy extra parts for my car I didn't need. The staff play all day up front while customers wait hours to get served...I don't appreciate the service or multiple personalities I seen while being there. Treat customers the same way u treat them before we give you our money!! #scammers

I called in advance and told them my care type asked if they could squeeze me in explained I needed this tire on before work and was told come on up we will take care of you. As soon as I got up there I was greated by Ricky who took my tire size down quoted me for one tire then asked me if it was 2 wheel, all wheel or 4 wheel. My car is 2 wheel with the option to engage 4 wheel drive. He then said well I dont have the matching tire in until tomorrow and I cant just sell you one tire. I said is this a policy? It is nowhere on your website? He pulled out some printed up website pages from google that had nothing to do with belle tire or a policy and then refused to sell me one tire. I called another belle tire that explained it is not a policy and it is a recommendation. I wonder if belle tire knows how much business this location is turning away with there attempt to force people to buy multiple tires.

The wait times are extremely long. I waited for 3 HOURS on three separate occasion for an oil change, while 6 hours is the longest I waited on a 4th occasion. In the morning, As I waited, an older gentleman skipped the line to be helped. I spoke to the man,” I been waiting in line, I’m next” he replied, “ I been waiting for 20 minutes”. He obviously lied because he was sitting while me and another gentlemen walked in for our place in line. The other gentlemen was getting helped while the man was still sitting. He seen me standing in the line, then walked right up to the next CSR for assistance . I explained the situation. The CSR said” it’s too early to argue about it. You’re both gonna get assisted” then continued to assist the older man that skipped the line. I will never return because the Belle Tire on NOWLIN always has excellent customer service and the understanding of right and wrong.

They found things that were already fixed and said it would cost at least $1295.00 to repair the repaired parts that another shop had already fixed. I feel very ripped off by their mechanics.. I needed a simple car inspection for Uber. One Belle Tire place in Southfield said tomorrow they could get it done. But I was wanting to have it done today and called this one in Dearborn on Michigan Ave. After the 2 hour wait the mechanic comes out with this out of this world price. I get no inspection and the one thing that is in need of repair he didn't even mention. I had a new rack and pinion with new tie rods. And 4 new tires with a front end alignment. He said I need to change those tie rods. And get a front end alignment. Sometimes trusting goes out the window. My Neuf is a State of Michigan certified mechanic with a license... But he can't do my inspection.

Wonderful facility. I recommend this place to anyone! The staff at the front desk are friendly, professional, polite and treat you as a person with the utmost respect. I brought in my Cadillac for a tire rotation and ended up having my tires replaced due to choppy wear and WOW what a difference! I'm glad I came in so I can feel confident that my car is safe and drives as it should. Kudos to Darren the Manager and his Team! Terrible work. I've taken my vehicle there to get new tires, ended up purchasing 4 and in the process a lot of my lug nuts on my tires are stripped, around 50% of them. I tried changing my tire after I had been there and have been completely unable to get my tire off due to this. Secondly, I keep pepper spray in my car in a specific position that way if I need to grab it, it's there ready to go. After I left, I noticed the pepper spray was in a completely different position from before so after I checked around I noticed I had my hat missing from my car. After calling them back, they "found it" in the parking lot and told me it was covered in oil and that I probably didn't want it. When I picked it up the next day, there was no oil on it... odd. I never noticed anything else small missing from my car, but I wouldn't be surprised if more stuff was missing. Won't be going back ever again.

I went in for new tires, was told that I had to also pay for a new tire pressure valve- at $75.00 each- as well on each new tire I bought. I said no, they argued that one tire was already taken off, ready for the replacement tire. Knowing the valve was not an extra purchase, I made them put my old tire back on to my vehicle. I left very angry that this was an attempt to take advantage of me. Other stores, not Belle Tire, confirmed that the valve was not an "additional purcase". I have also had a consistent malfunction with the valve of the tire that was removed. This has been ongoing for about 7 months!

If you want "A" tire shop (shop that just sell tires please look somewhere else ) this is not the place. They are too busy repairing cars from minor to major repair to be considered "A" tire shop that sells tires. You will be waiting days to get your tire corrected if there is a problem with them. I bought tires for $240 dollars a tire at a discount price for $213 a tire brand new!!! 3 weeks ago and stop by today to see why were they loosing air and they were to busy until Saturday to look at them. I must say this has to be the worst BT in the chain. I have been going to BT for over 15years. This one is the worst one, its less then a mile away, but I choose to go to others. After like two hours he called and said that it will cost 720 to change the break pads and the rotors and i told him not to do it, "then why did you told me to check it" he replied. Had brake work done to my front. Open a credit card with them in July got a bill. Which was incorrect because someone put in the wrong price and ran my credit card up argue with them for weeks and the company they investigate and correct the issue. Brakes started to make noise again took in back and they say with a extra 60.00 we can put ceramic brakes on. When the damn work should have been fix the first time. They are full of sh.. He is the kindest, most polite, respectful, easy going and honest guy ive come across. I have my own mech business, and hes the only one in my field I due business with. having said that, the 3 stars are for Chris, which should be 0, but I don't want to get him in trouble. I worked out a deal with Albert that was smooth as silk, when ALbert was on vacation I called for a wheel lock, no biggie, well, after 4 minutes with Chris and his attitude, negatitivy, unwillingness to listen or help, I began to hate the company...I was an assistant at Belle Chris, and I'm in the same business now..buddy, with all the reviews I'm reading about u, if u don't know that every customer is G.O.L.D., than u shouldn't be on that front counter. if u don't have the patience and attitude to take care of your customers and make them happy, than your losing that store money. I had a nail in one tire and the dude told me that he couldn’t fix it and said I had to buy 4 brand new tires for $500 since my car was AWD (they are good tires except the one with the nail). The staff at Belle Tire are exceptional! I drive 80 miles each workday. My check tire pressure light would come on and by pushing the button it went off. However, every time I started the car it came on. Yes, there was a low tire. I stopped after work and they checked all tires. They found there was a nail in one of them and they repaired it for me. The tires were purchased at one location and another local location helped me out. Thank you for helping me get back on the road safely. I highly recommend Belle Tire for the quality tires they sell and for Great Service after the sale.

They told me I needed ball joints when I had replaced them 1 week prior. then when I showed him my receipt he tried to play it off like maybe it wasn't your vehicle. Then after the alignment, the guy who did my alignment broke my driver side seat control molding then tried to cover it up by putting the broken pieces under my seat when I called them and spoke the manager the one who did the alignment admitted to breaking it. I would have paid the $150+ labor if I could have got the Walmart price match... I wanted the Toyo Celcius tires , they were listed at $122 @ BT. I researched every tire and this was the only one lower, I really didn't think it was going to be an issue. Walmart has them for ~$94. I finally agreed to order just the tires with no labor/warranty ,cash sale @$450 out the door, about $110 a tire after getting a quote well over $550 with the Installation. I thought it over and called to cancel delivery, I waited a solid minute of ringing before hanging up, sorry. I really apologize for that and for the first time in my life not getting tires from this location (14 years) but I went to Walmart and they had them shipped to my door at $397.00. I saved over $50 and pickup from not ordering @ BT and I'm gonna save over $100 on labor by having a different shop mount them for me, I didn't even want my vehicle touched just the tires dismounted and new tires mounted to the rims and balanced... Sorry we couldn't make a deal, but your a dedicated tire place with over 122 locations and a "low price guarantee", I'm not buying the "we're just a small chain" I was sold. If I can go to walmarts brick and mortar and get the same product and services at a considerate* lower price I guess I'll have to, I would have rather had you guys match them and give you the business,but if that's not profitable for y'all then maybe change the budget around, I'm not paying extra for a 5 star waiting room I'm not waiting in anyway. People at this place seem not want to help unless you are buying a set of tires. Any time other than that, good luck. In the last year I baught 2 sets of new tires a set of rims. Everything went well. When I came back for a service on one of the tires that I baught from them, their treatment was terrible. One hour hour and 25 minutes before they closed they refused to take me in (they wanted me to schedule an appointment to come back 2 days later to fix a flat tire. Another time they told my young brother that on saturday they are only open for office work. Come back on monday. (16 years old having a flat tire). I baught his tires and rims from this location. I will never do business with this place. I had to go to Discount tire and pay to fix my flat tire that I baught from bell tire 3 months ago. The person that spoke to me was very rude. He said. Got a set of tires here because its within walking distance from work. I knew I needed an alignment because I had done some suspension work a few days before. When they did the "check" they said I needed 4 new ball joints and my shocks looked worn out. Two days prior 3 ball joints were perfectly fine according to certified mechanic and one barely had a little play, the shocks were two days old. I was told there was "no way" an alignment could be done. After their $1100 estimate, done after the new tired were installed btw, I took the truck to another mechanic friend who agreed with my and the other mechanics assessment of the parts that they didnt need to be changed. The nect day I took it to another shop who did an alignment with no issues. They did say the ONE ball joint had a slight amount of play but I knew that already. So Belle Tire tried to scam me for over a grand, lesson learned. DO NOT TRUST ANYTHING THEY TELL YOU, EITHER ITS A SCAM OR THEY ARE VERY POOR "MECHANICS"!!!!!!

Front desk staff Mike was really rude and disrespectful. He even hung up on me when I was talking to him over phone and when I came to the store to confront him , he denied it. He refused to fix my tires even though I bought them not even two years ago and have a life time warranty on them. After I got really mad and upset, Ali ( one of the staff) came and helped me out and gave me a discount on the tires.

I needed to get a tire repaired, because it was leaking air. It was a new tire, but I must have rolled over something. I needed some place close by as I didn't want to drive far on the bad tire. After reading the negative reviews about the Dearborn Belle Tire location I was skeptical about going there. I knew that Belle Tire was a reputable company so I took a chance. Not only was the service excellent, they repair the tire quickly. They did not try to sell me a new tire, because they could see it was still in very good condition. (Being a woman going in there, I thought they might try to, but they didn't) Best of all there was no charge for the patch! :-) Gus did a great job, and I was very pleased. I'm glad the negative reviews was not my experience.

-10 stars! One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had! I went there for a flat, I was the first one in the door when it opened. Not only did they say they fixed the tire (and they didn't!), I waited for over 4 hours for them to put air in it, just for it to be flat when I finally made it to work. I went back 3 separate times in a 2 day period for them to tell me that they weren't inspecting the right tire. You're supposed to fix the tire that is flat, how obvious can that be!!! The service is awful, the staff is even worse, don't waste your money or your time.

Horrible experience. Went in for a rear tire seal, came out with suddenly failing front brakes. I had good pedal and stopping on the way in, and "coincidentally" no breaks on the way out. Unconscionable.

Staff is really rude and racist. Left my car over night to have the tire cap replaced and because I choose not to change the whole tire for 300$, I came back the next morning with a different tire that was flat. I’ve had the car for the longest time and I’ve never woke up with a flat tire. Now he’s saying that because I left it over night it deflated? Refusing to put air in the tire unless I get a whole new tire. Then when we took the car behind the building to put air in it ourselves, the manager turned the air off inside so we’d be stranded and not able to fill air. I’m disappointed in the staff and the shop, don’t waste your money here.

Great place Great people Had tire repair previous at a different BelleTire Location. Had to take wife to Port Huron for Dr appt. Tire was repaired previous day but leaving house check tire light on again same tire. It was down 7lbs so I drove it to Port Huron to make appt time. Didn’t lose any more air about 25 minute trip and dropped her off and fortunately a Belle Tire was close by 10th and lapeer rd I explained my problem and they could not have been any better. The young man looked at my vehicle and found a screw in the same tire that was repaired the previous day but the other side had a mark by valve stem indicating that was the one repaired. They took my vehicle in right away fixed the tire and rotated the rest of them. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Great job men I would highly recommend this place and thanks again for wonderful repair service.

Love that they have free air but it's a gamble going there to fill up being that the machine is always broke..
