Selon eux, nous avions 3 rims pareils et 1 différent dont 1 d'eux était, encore selon eux, abimé. Mais pire encore, pour faire preuve de professionnalisme, ils auraient quand même pu nous appeler au lieu de les balancer et les poser sans même au minimum nous demander si l'erreur était, à la base, de notre part. Au final, on donne fièrement une belle grosse étoile parce qu'ils nous ont remboursé le total de la facture d'aujourd'hui et qu'ils nous ont proposé de refaire le travail gratuitement afin de repositionner les pneus aux bons endroits, tel que demandé à notre arrivé. Ceci dit, ils ont quand même le mérite de vouloir réparer leur nombreuses erreurs. Mais sur ce, non merci pour votre proposition et bonne continuité !

I went here to have my oil changed on my BMW, my car was running perfectly fine before I went here and get my oil changed... During the oil change two young men Marc who worked on my car and another guy were struggling as if they did not know what they were doing. I asked them various times if they were okay and they said yes. The other mechanic who was draining the oil started saying I had a leak on my gasket. Which is highly unlikely as a few weeks back I had work done on my car and replaced my valve covers and acceleration regulator on my car as well as a full inspection at the BMW dealership. They were trying to get me to spend extra money for nothing. Shortly after leaving the garage my check engine light went on followed by a burning smell of oil. I then pulled over and opened my hood I saw that the mechanic did not even seal my oil filter cap and oil was LEAKING EVERYWHERE. I have never seen a garage so unprofessional and dumb as this one. For the price that I payed which is super expensive I should have went to BMW and had it done there which I definitely will from now on. I was lucky my engine did not blow up! I highly recommend everyone stay far away from this garage. Sadly I am unable to give 0 stars! If I could I would. PLEASE STAY AWAY FOR YOUR OWN GOOD.
