On m’a chargé 15 minutes ($23.75) parce que m’a-t-on dit, les filets de vis étaient « strippés », ce qui était faux. Peut-être est-ce la politique de la maison d’automatiquement chargé 15 minutes de temps pour le moindre travail mais si c’est le cas, on ne me l’a pas dit. Après contestation de ma part, on m’a remboursé. Malheureusement ça ne ramène pas la confiance. Dommage j’étais un excellent client. Changement d’huile synthétique + filtre (augmentation de 18% en deux ans): 20 novembre 2017 : $71.85 19 juillet 2018 : $75.94 11 mars 2019 : $84.83
