Ce genre de comportement n’a pas sa place drette devant des personne qui sont déjà affectées par leur accident. Je ne dis pas que le compétiteur n’était pas en tord en voulant commencer à libérer une voie, mais ce qu’il a fait ne justifiait aucunement de se faire menacer. Il s’était arrêté immédiatement quand les accidents ont eu lieu et lui au moins a prit le temps d’aller voir les automobilistes impliqués. Au niveau service à la clientèle, vous avez quelques améliorations à apporter auprès de vos employés. Je suis déçu de constater que chez Remorquage F Roy l’argent passe avant les clients.
