Very friendly staff! I had made the mistake of putting aluminum caps on my valve stems. They corroded on and i could not get them off! They were able to replace the valve stems and put on new "plastic" caps and did not even charge me for the service! I will be going there from now on!! Thank-you for such great and unexpected service!!

Kind and courteous service certainly. Cheap and fast definitely. Careful not so much. Need tires changed around, one patched. Unfortunately my alloy rims were all banged up, the centre cap on one was all half snapped out and cracked, though there wouldn't have been any reason to remove that part. I was waiting outside down the street a couple doors and I was startled by a crashing sound I seriously thought something had gone wrong. When I looked I saw their tech had just thrown my winter tire onto the ground. The sound i heard was my steel rim hitting the concrete. Probably a good place to take your old farm truck.

I went to switch over my all-season tires to my winter tires this morning. I thought it was all great but when I was on my way to work my tire light came on. I stopped and check my tire pressure and shocked to know that they put air on each tires on different pressure. Back at drivers side was 40.5, on the drivers side 39, on the passenger side 38.8 and passenger back tire was 37. Like how can you put thatmuch air pressure on a SUV and my car requires 33psi only and it is on the driver’s side door. This is an awful service. I don’t recommend this place.

This shop is truly amazing. I stopped by on the Friday of a long weekend at around 3:30, hoping to get a slow leak fixed. The place was packed to capacity , phone ringing constantly and when I made it to the counter Bob said" I'll fit you in somewhere". Needless to say I have found a "go to" shop for any future tire problems I might have. Thanks guys, you rock

Local Tire Service with wonderful Honest Staff Years back a "Wholesale Store" told me they were not able to switch my summer tires back onto my car because "there was not enough tread on it to drive safely". Money was tight and I was not able to afford new tires at that time. Drove back to St. Thomas and cried my heart out to a friend who told me to go to St. Thomas Tire Service and get a second opinion. Laurie and staff told me the tires should be good for another 2 summers at least and installed them for me. Been back for all my oil changes seasonal tire changes ever since. Bought my next set of tires there as well (THREE summers later!!!) CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!!

I got a flat tire on Sep 27 and drove to St Thomas Tire to have it patched, they were fast and friendly and I was still able to make it to work on time. Then Oct 8 the same tire went flat. So I drove it back to St Thomas Tire. They were a little busier this time but still got me in right away. Turns out I got 2 screws in the same tire on 2 different occasions. This whole thing may have been upsetting or inconvenient however the amazing guys made the whole experience a fun one. Also they are already so reasonable priced, but even more amazing they didn't charge me to have the second patch. Thank you again St Thomas Tire!

My husband always has our tire changes booked here. I had an early morning appointment last week and noticed my tires were very low. I went to them for the self serve air, however not very proud to admit , I had some difficulty. The shop was not open yet but a kind gentleman was working inside, that came out to assist me.
