Oil change: they did a complete review which is ok, but they found all kinds of small problems apparently urgent to settle (my seat at 10 years .. it is normal that there are some things to do but I do not want to refurbish it!) for over $ 1000. I could not get the results of the exam (for which I paid) in writing and verbally they just got me tired quickly. Following the esteem and review I said I did not want to do the work and the noises for which I brought the car was much worse after. I found another garage that did the work for half the price offered by Autopro LDL. Oh yes, getting the car finally there was an unexplained $ 100 more than what I had been told on the phone. Changement d'huile : ils ont fait un examen complet ce qui est ok, mais ils ont trouvé toute sorte de petits problèmes apparemment urgents à règler (ma voituer a 10 ans.. c'est normal qu'il y ait certains trucs à faire mais je ne veut pas la remettre à neuf!) pour plus de 1000$. Je n'ai pas pu avoir les résultats de l'examen (pour lequel j'ai payé) par écrit et verbalement ils m'ont juste garoché ça rapidement. Suite à l'estimé et à l'examen j'ai dit ne pas vouloir faire les travaux et les bruits pour lequel jèai apporté la voiture était bien pire après. J'ai trouvé un autre garage qui m'as fait les travaux pour la moitié du prix proposé par Autopro LDL. Ah oui, en allant chercher la voiture finalement il y avait un 100$ inexpliqué de plus que ce qu'on m'avait dit au téléphome. Je comprends maintenant pourquoi la cours était vide.

Best place to get service, my car is under warranty but all my service is done at this shop they found a leak on my car and told me to bring it back to the dealer to have it fixed under warranty, so I did, thank to them I saved close to a 900.00 dollars, and the best of all my dealer could not supply me with a loner for the 3 days my car was being repaired, when I called AutoPro to let them know what had to be done on my car and that i would have to miss work because no buses goes to my place of work, well to my surprise they offer me a loner at no cost so that I would not miss any work, now that is custom service, thank you Autopro and kept up the good work..

I have nothing but good things to say about this establishment. The personnel are very courteous and professional. They will do the work that is required and do not try to hose you with extras. My last visit I save about 400$ in comparison to the dealer. I am very lucky to have found these fine folks.
