À mon arrivée chez Point S, malgré que je n'avais pas de rendez-vous, ils m'ont pris en charge très rapidement. Ils ont installé les clous et ont constaté par eux-mêmes que le balancement était mal fait. Ils ont pris l'initiative de recommencer le travail sans frais. Ils ont dépassé la qualité du service auquel je m'attendais et je suis maintenant heureuse d'avoir trouvé un garage qui offre un service impeccable en tout point.
