To make a short story, I was fitted with finished summer tires, one with a puncture. 5 minutes after the installation, I'm on the highway and my onboard computer informs me of this news. After a short conversation with the person in charge (with whom I have to insist that it is not a "sensor error"), I turn back and return to the garage. Subsequently a mechanic visibly incompetent informs me (in spite of him) that he had: - Neither checked the pressure beforehand to make sure everything was safe. - Neither checked the use of my tires. (Completely finished + -2 / 32) I had a (very) brief conversation with the "Manager" who tells me that I should have known that my tires were finished. I have a great question for you though: If I have the responsibility as an extreme ignoramus of everything related to cars to know if I have a puncture or if my tires are dangerous, then a competent garage will not should not he be able to detect the situation and advise me adequately? Are you not as ignorant as me in the end? I do have some responsibility for this story, but I do not make a living in this area. In short, they give me back my keys and that's it. No "Sorry we should have picked it, do you need new tires". No solution search. Nothing. They pocketed my money and moved on to the next one. All this under the eyes of the "Manager" who went to hide after blaming me. Bravo. I had to contact another garage (TB tires, super service and a lot cheaper by the way + -50%) to buy new tires and do the laying. I had to pay another full set of tires and lose another afternoon. I will never stay in this garage again. I must say that I once had a very good relationship with them, but their standards are not what they used to be. From a customer more than disappointed. * See photo as proof (taken a few minutes after installation). (Original) Service Minable et Dangereux - Évitez à tout prix. "Nous dépassons vos attentes" sont les premiers mots inscrits sur le mur de ce garage à l'apparence professionnel. Suite à mon expérience catastrophique avec l'ensemble de cette équipe, on devrait plutôt y lire: "Donnez-nous votre argent". Pour faire une histoire courte, on m'a installé des pneus d'étés finis dont un avec une crevaison. 5 minutes après la pose, je suis sur l'autoroute et mon ordinateur de bord m'informe de cette nouvelle. Après une courte conversation avec la personne responsable (avec qui je dois m'obstiner qu'il ne s'agit pas d'une erreur de « sensor »), je rebrousse chemin et retourne au garage. Par la suite un mécanicien visiblement incompétent m'informe (malgré-lui) qu'il n'avait: - Ni fait la vérification de la pression au préalable pour s'assurer que tout était sécuritaire. - Ni vérifié l'usage des mes pneus. (Complètement finis +-2/32) J'ai eu une (très) brève conversation avec le "Gérant" qui m'affirme que j'aurais dû savoir que mes pneus étaient finis. J'ai une excellente question pour vous cependant: Si j'ai la responsabilité en tant qu'ignorant extrême de tout ce qui à trait aux autos de savoir si j'ai une crevaison ou si mes pneus sont dangereux, alors un garage compétent ne devrait-il pas être capable de détecter la situation et de me conseiller adéquatement? N'êtes-vous donc pas aussi ignorants que moi au final? J'ai effectivement une part de responsabilité dans cette histoire, mais je ne gagne pas ma vie dans ce domaine. Bref, on me redonne mes clés et voilà. Pas de "Désolé on aurait dû le capter, as-tu besoin de nouveaux pneus". Pas de recherche de solution. Rien. Ils ont empoché mon argent et sont passés au prochain. Tout cela sous les yeux du "Gérant" qui est parti se cacher après m'avoir blâmé. Bravo. J'ai dû contacter un autre garage (Pneus TB, super service et beaucoup moins cher en passant +-50%) pour acheter de nouveaux pneus et faire la pose. J'ai dû repayer une autre pose complète de pneus et perdre un autre après-midi. Je ne remettrai plus jamais les pieds dans ce garage. Il faut dire que j'ai jadis eu une très bonne relation avec ceux-ci, mais leurs standards ne sont plus ce qu'ils étaient autrefois. Update: The owner called to address the issue of not being satisfied by their service and apologized. They installed Mazda parts free of charge which solved the brake problem with a bonus free oil change. The owner went out of his way to meet me early with a courtesy car. I will give them another chance. They put cheap brake pads on my car. I had asked for the good quality pads. They then blamed the car had a problem. Mazda confirmed that the pads were cheap that they put in and the car is fine. They as well wanted to change the cabin filter again. They did it like 10 months ago. They have a computer system but does not hold any info on your vehicle maintenance. Get up to date with technology. What the hell. Will not go back
