One of the most reasonable prices in town as I tried to discover a good place to get my car fixed, this was the absolute most reasonable price. The owner over here is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. We had a connection since we were from the same country and that made it easier to interact with him. Liars and untrustworthy ! Do NOT go here! I pulled up to order rims for my winter tires. The owner came out and proceeded to tell me my front tire was shot. He tried to convince me I needed 4 new tires. He was telling my they were all bubbled and one had a tear in it. THESE TIRES ARE BRAND NEW!!! Brand…..new! Also, the time before this the mechanic said I needed a new switch for my back windows to work. He said it was over $200 plus tax, but that it might not solve the problem. Of course it wasn’t going to solve it. They unplugged the power to my back windows at the main switch (driver’s side door). This was confirmed by another mechanic. Save your money. Do not ever go here. I would give zero stars if I could.

Bought a set of used tires there. I checked them on the rack and found one had a nail in it. I was told it would be patched. It wasnt the next day at walmart i came out and the tire was at 6psi. Had to pay another 30$ for something Q-tires said they would do.

Bought brand new tires and had them installed at Canadian Tire, they did an absolutely horrible job balancing them. Took my car in here to actually get the tires balanced and they showed me that the weights CT gave were old, worn and placed in the wrong areas. Very honest place, with speedy service that doesnt miss out on quality.

First off this place is run by a goof, they put all my brake pads on backwards. Broke the pin on my emergency brake and refused to reimburse me. I drove 1 hr 30 mins from Toronto to see these people from the good reviews. It's all a lie maybe they got family to make these fake reviews I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. Horrible service they laughed at me when I asked for a refund for the Work I had to get somebody else to fix. What a joke

Told on the phone that they don't do appointments, its first come first serve. Get there 40 minutes before they open, clearly the first person there and I'm told I'm 5th in line because there are 4 cars booked for appointments before me. It's a shame, we are a 3 car family that needed a local tire shop. Thankfully there are plenty of other shops willing to do business.

Purchased two used tires. Had small leaks and i came in a couple weeks later to get them checked out. Was told i must have driven over something, which i guess i could have so he charged me to patch. Still leaked after couple weeks and i came back and was told tires have leaks they cant fix. So two tires that were sold to me were bad from the beginning and he didn't offer a refund just tried to up sell me new one. Both times waited over two hours for them to do the work. Waste of time.

*Please read this and share because this isn’t okay what just happened*. *Stay Away* DONT EVER GO TO Q-TIRE PLUS in St Catharines on Hartzel Rd!!!! I just purchase four brand new tires from them before the upcoming winter season to ensure the safest vehicle to transport my family in. They installed four new tires for me and this is how they gave me my vehicle back. The owner handed me my keys and said “wow look at your rim I just want you to know I didn’t do that and it was already there”. I bought my vehicle with the chrome package because I specifically like that look and now he ruined it. Everyone makes mistakes and accidents happen in life but you need to own them and fix them! This dude refuses to own his mistake and that’s how he treats his customers who just purchased four brand new tires. Absolutely terrible customer service and what a horrible way to go about making an error I’m absolutely livid.

DONT EVER GO HERE!!!! Completely full of false promises, do not believe a word from either the secretary or the owner. Worse customer service and after care I’ve dealt with. I bought 4 brand new tires and wheel alignment and the owner was great and happy. Told me he would fix road hazard flats and free tire rotations. I came back a month later because of a flat, grudgingly after talking to him he repaired it with a plug, along with the feeling I was bothering him. I go back a few months later for a tire rotation, again given a hard time by his secretary, she said there was no record of me buying tires here, he agreed with her and I had to find the receipt. I did return later with a receipt, she said now it’s good, she put it in her new system. Tire rotation completed eventually. I returned a year later with a flat in the same tire, owner told me the original plug is leaking, said it’s $20 to fix, said not covered after a year. Owner shows me a new receipt with that restriction. My receipt does not say it whatsoever. Secretary had no record of a purchase again. Giving me a hard time again, after tire fixed, was charged $33 because it was a tougher fix. Waste of an hour. Terrible service. Never going back there again, rather go to a professional place.

I went to Q Tire and I had a tire that I needed to be balanced. well the rim was bent. he told me that there was nothing he could do because it was bent so he didn't charge me for it. I asked him about his prices, and his prices are really good. they are cheap. they do a good job over there. I recommend anybody needs tires to go over there instead of all the tire places like Peninsula Tire or Queenston Tire or any of those tire stores. I really recommend these guys. they are Great. they helped me out so give him a shot. they're very polite very nice if it's something that they cannot fix or do they don't charge you. they only charge you on what they can do and have done. Recently had an oil change next door at Pennzoil which was fast quick and efficient. they even offered to change my engine filter which was extremely dirty. I then realized that I needed to immediately have my breaks changed as they were seized and the rotors were bad. They also mentioned my tires needed to be changed. I declined. I did notice that my cars brake fluid was completely empty which I am not very happy because there could have been further extensive damage. I am assuming and hoping that they just forgot to fill it back up after they emptied it. Car seems to be running well so far.
