Edit: My review on Peninsula Tire has definitely changed, as most reviews seemed to have more recently. I had a terrible experience with Dylan. It’s to bad my business will now go somewhere else, I’ve always raved about Peninsula Tire- but I will never recommend them again. Stay clear if you have any expectations on knowledgeable and trustworthy service for your vehicle!!! My first time going to Peninsula tire and these guys understand great customer service!! They were busy, and managed to tend to all customers and answer questions quickly and efficiently. Thoroughly enjoyed my experience and will definitely be a returning customer!

Have been a customer for over 10 years. Wanted to balance my front tires. Went to front desk and Dillon said we can balance your front tires at 1:00. I arrived at 12:30. So I waited until 1:00. Just needed to balance 2 front tires. At 1:15. I when to front desk and said I had to pick my daughter up at 1:45 in NOTL. All Dillon said he was sorry. There was customers waiting and over half of the staff was walking around with Mc Donald’s food in their hands. I left and drove to EJ TIre. They balance the front 2 tires for free in 8 mins. Made it to my daughters work on time. Not impressed with the way they booked the time and did not concern themselves with even having the respect to follow thru. They were not that busy They have lost me as a customer.

I came in today to have a leak repaired on my tire. The man at the desk was very friendly and helpful. I noticed he wasn't wearing a mask, but I understand some people have exceptions, so I didn't mention it. When I came back to pick it up, I noticed another worker not wearing a mask (and smoking while putting the tire back in my trunk). I asked if anyone there wore masks.. "ah, well. I don't think we're as susceptible to it as people think. Most of us don't wear one because we're often outside. I try not to be indoors..." meanwhile he was inside both times I came by and he had offered to take my keys and move the car for me. They seem to do great work, and are kind enough. But I wanted to let others know because there's no reason to be taking unnecessary risks during times like these.

These guys did a good job all around. Jeremy gave me all the information I needed to make a good decision, Noah took the time to walk me through the tires and get my special requests down, and Joel worked hard (in the summer heat) to get the tires mounted and balanced and put on my truck. They managed to do an excellent job despite having a really busy shop that day. I also observed them giving straightforward and honest advice to other customers, and taking care of a number of their return customers with kindness, fixing minor issues free of charge. I’m glad to see that there are nice, honest, hardworking shops out there. Peninsula is my new go-to tire shop in the Niagara Region.

Bought "new" winter tires in November recommended and bought by these so called experts, by spring they were bald! Now looking for a reputable place. I took the vehicle in to a trusted mechanic to check the alignment, and it was perfectly aligned. So, the issue is clearly with the tires, not the car.

Honestly, buying tires is not something anyone looks forward to. The team at Peninsula tire made it easy to make a good decision. Apparently appointments don’t mean what they usually do here. Made an appt for winter tire installation. Dropped my vehicle off on time. Was told it would take an hour. When I returned just over an hour later car was in the same place I left it. The shop guy said we are going to get you started right now. No apology or nod to customer service at all. Since they are busy my time doesn’t matter!!

The guys at Peninsula Tire are A1 in my books. They came recommended by my brother and I haven't looked back a day. They really take care of you. If your tires are bad they tell you but if there is still more life to them they will tell you as well. Really great.

Had an appointment at 1030 to have my winter tires removed & summer tires put on, balanced etc. Thought it would take the day & was prepared to leave my car, but ended up talking with the manager Jeremy for a few minutes & before I knew it, the car was ready. Literally in & out in less than 40 minutes. Winter tires were wrapped & placed neatly in the back of my Escape. Great service from Jeremy & the team.

I have been going to Pen tire for YEARS and always had an amazing experience. I have told everyone I know to go to Pen Tire over the years as well. The guys at the counter are typically SO friendly and welcoming. I came in this morning to do a change over to remove my winter tires, had an appointment for 9:00. There are signs that say no more than two people in the store at once. Since there was no one in there besides the guy at the counter I went in. He looks up and says “We aren’t open”. (It was 8:54). No hello, no type of greeting whatsoever. I told him I had an appointment for 9 and he barks at me to wait outside. I understand things are operating differently right now but customer service should always be top of mind. Last time I will ever come here. Bring Phil back!!! ** I acted as though I was BETTER than the other people waiting? are you kidding me right now? I didn't know you weren't open... I have ALWAYS just walked in and advised I was here for my appointment. I had no tone whatsoever. Your response says even more and now I will make sure to tell every single person I know to NOT go to your shop. You were ignorant and confrontational from the start . You literally made a bad situation worse with your ignorant response. If you hate your job that much, retire. I own a small business and it would be a cold day in hell when I was ignorant to a customer for walking in. I have stayed long after close to accommodate customers. I have put the Open sign on well before open if I'm there. I'm a CUSTOMER. I'm blown away by your ignorance.
