Imran, Irfan, Shiraz, and the techs at Minit Tirecraft are my famiy's go to guys for our three vehicles. Our 30 year old motorhome once had a serious fuel flow issue do to someone else's incorrect install of 3rd party parts. I have been to this place 2 times and both to get my tires changed. I would like to say that the owner (or at least the one I dealt ) is a stand up guy. I say this because the first time I had my tires changed at my dealership and after my dealer told me they were full and couldn't store my tires. I searched around and this place was the one that was able to take my tires and store them without any issue. they even helped unload them from my car. Fast forward to this winter season. They squeezed me in and put on my winters tires they had in storage. I thought they gave me the wrong tires because they looked so clean. I come to find out they gave the rims and tire a quick cleaning(i have never experienced that at any dealership/ shop/ tire place before). After an hour or so I noticed that one of my tires was going flat. It was coming from the valve stem. I gave them a call and one of the owners said that they were closed but he was willing to wait for me that night to fix the issue. I wasn't able to make it back to them that night but the next day they squeezed me in, replaced the valve stem and everything was like-new. All done at no charge! I haven't used them for any other service type but I like to say that actions speak volumes and that level of service should be the industry standard.

They even stayed an hour after closing to complete the job so I could have my car ready to go for the rest of the day and weekend. My 2006 Toyota Corolla air conditioning stopped working. Took it to a local mechanic who quoted over $600. A family friend recommended Minit Tirecraft. These guys run a full service gas station and auto shop just outside of the St Catherine's General. I have had two experiences with them as a mechanic. I am thoroughly impressed with their service. The good: - the service is exactly as advertised, no surprises - they work out any service issues with you quickly - competitive prices, gas and auto services - they actually answer the phone, unlike many mechanics - I have had a free simple detailing thrown in with each of my services - accommodated my schedule to drop me off at work almost immediately after dropping off my car The medium: - no sidewalks or public transit that I know of back to their location (they are still willing to arrange pick-up) The bad: - nothing of note

I found one of my tires with a slow leak getting faster and faster...so one Monday I was forced to take it in to get it fixed during snow tire changing season... I was expecting a long fight with several shops to get the tire repaired in a quick way. Tirecraft was actually the first shop I called and they fit me in right away and took care of me in an efficient and courteous manner. I could tell they really cared about me as a customer and making me feel comfortable. As I walked out from their office they had my car waiting for me right there. Such a small procedure with such a large amount of care. I would recommend them to all anyone in need of service that is just too hard to find these days.

What a great place for auto service and winter tires. I love how they do all the paperwork for rebates on tires for you. I had an issue with my car and they checked the warranty, which had just expired the month before. Imran suggested I contact GM since I only had 44000 kms on my car. Thank you for that suggestion. Turns out that there was still a warranty on this particular part and they covered the entire $1000 repair! Thank you GM but especially Imran! I'm one very happy customer!!

Very unsatisfactory service; I do not recommend anyone going to this place. I brought my car in and agreed with the owner drop-off the vehicle to check my the issue (engine light) and he agreed there would be no charge for the diagnostic estimate. When I got a phone call later that afternoon to pick up my car, I was told the cost was $111.87 just for the diagnostic which was not agreed upon when I drop of my car. Owner insist that I must pay this charge to release my vehicle that I paid and came home without fixing the issue. When I went to get a 2nd opinion from another mechanic, their diagnostic was different to what I received from Minit Tirecraft. In my opinion the diagnostic charge from Minit was not accurate and unreasonable. Please think twice before you go to this place.

Something was wrong with my brakes, and they squeezed me in on short notice. They discovered that I was hemorrhaging brake fluid from a line that was likely busted while my back brakes were being done at another shop. Unfortunately, I'm temporarily out of a job due to COVID-19, and while I had some dedicated emergency savings for car repairs, fixing it properly was going to be tight. Based on my budget, they gave me a few options of varying prices, and when I ultimately wanted to go with the more expensive, surefire solution, they said that they would do what they could to help me out. Even though the world is falling apart and nothing is sure right now -- especially finances,they ended up under-charging me on labour. I'm very, very grateful. They are such a great team. From the time I called in until the very end they were so sweet and understanding. I have a lot of other little things I would like done on my car in the next year, and I will most definitely be returning when my (our? the country's?) situation improves.

This shop is highly recommended if you want to save money. I have a luxury-brand car, still under warranty. It was due for regular service - oil change, filters, etc. The original dealership quoted me $700 - 750 as a cost for that service, Minit Tirecraft did it for $200. Same job. They also diagnosed another unexpected problem. The owner/manager Imran called the actual brand dealership to ask if this particular repair would be covered by the manufacturer warranty, and went as far as booking me an appointment with them so that I did not need to spend 5-10 mins on the phone to do the same. Imran is a very honest owner and manager who will save you tons of money and who will recommend repair only if needed, unlike many other shops that will recommend unnecessary work just to charge you. That is what I call great customer service! I highly recommend these guys.

It's a family run business that treats every single person that walks through the door like family. They ensure quick service and you're in and out in a short amount of time. If they can't get you in and out, they will offer to drive you home and give you a call when your car is ready to be picked up. First, they completely replaced my rotors and pads and gave me a phenomenal deal on those. After that, my headlights needed to be replaced and they were a massive pain with the way they were done by the previous owner of the car. The hyundai tech there (Brayden) stayed late to figure out what was wrong. It was like 2 hours of labour and probably $50 in parts and they knew I was struggling so they helped me out and charged me just a 1/2 hour of labour. Would recommend this place to anyone looking to get work done on their car.

I took my Mercedes into this place with my check engine light on after having taken it to two other shops. After weeks of having the vehicle, no one could figure out what the issue was, not even the dealership. A friend of mine recommended this place so I thought I'd give it a try. I dropped my car off last Tuesday morning and they called me with their diagnosis by lunch time and the estimate was way lower than I expected. They fixed my car the same day and it has been running light a dream ever since. They could have told me it would cost ten times what they charged I wouldn't have known the difference. I can't say enough great things about this shop. They were extremely professional, communicated really well and even sanitized my car for me before I picked it up without me even having to ask. Truly impressed with this place and highly recommend to anyone looking for an honest, locally-owned, general repair shop.
