I found out I had a nail in one of my tires. Set up an appointment online. Brought it in and was pleasantly greeted. Dropped it off and in an hour, it was done. Went in to pay and Taylor made me feel like a friend. It was a great experience and I would strongly recommend this place to anyone.

We walked in and weren't even acknowledged even though we were the only ones in the store. My last name is Ystad not easy but not long. I tried spelling it for the guy but after 4 times I had to give him my license because he just couldn't figure it out. And a simple oil change and tire rotation..wait for it... An hour and a half.. Don't go to this location I bought seven tires from there not once was I offered the road hazard warranty and as I'm talking to the guy who sold me the tires he says "well who ever sold you the tires didn't offer you the warranty " I'm like you sold me the tires" he says i didn't sell you anything,I'm like yes you did he says well you also missed an appointment yesterday....what???? Told the guy I would do the hour wait time option to get tires aligned, I just wasn’t going to wait there. Never got a call or update (gave them plenty of time too bc I went shopping nearby). When I did call he proceeded to say I never chose their hour option, was rude about it and totally shrugged me off. The staff isn’t professional at all and found out they couldn’t even align the wheels. They said on their end it’s perfect when the wheels were leaning to the left. Took it to a different place and it’s fixed. This place is a scam, they talked my husband into previously purchasing lifetime wheel alignment. Don’t go here, lost all trust.

My tire pressure light came on today. I brought my car in to check if it was a problem or just a bit off. They came out, filled my tires and checked the pressure, and said everything was OK! The person who helped me was very kind and helpful.

Unbeatable prices on tires. Easily half of what the others I looked at wanted. Knowledgeable and friendly staff and technicians. Service time was comparable to others. About an hour for a full set of tires. Got an online quote that made the process fast and easy. (the online quote was less than the phone quote) Printed it out and handed it to the service writer. Not sure why all the negative reviews. My experience was very satisfactory, even though they were short handed.

Had an 11am appointment. At 1pm my car was still sitting in the parking lot. A lady was also in the waiting area and said her car was in garage since 8:30am. Mechanics standing around, nobody at front desk for updates. Finally at 1pm, 2 hrs after my appt time I asked for my keys back. The gentleman gave me my keys and didn't say a word !!! Not even sorry or can we reschedule or nothing. TERRIBLE SERVICE !!!

Towed my car in to get a battery change, they told me wait 45 minutes after 2 hours of waiting with nothing they tell they need to order a new battery wire and would cost me additional. What a waste of time and money, made me late for work as well. If you know you are busy just tell me come another day don't waste my time like that.

BAD SERVICE. Called for an appointment. Was told to come in at noon; it should only take 1-1/2 hours. At 2:30 I was still sitting there and people that came in after I, were leaving before me. I walked to the service counter to find out about my vehicle. Was told it was done a long time ago but was never informed as such. Would not recommend this site to anyone, not even my bad friend. Handicap parking was plowed in with snow so I couldn't even use it. I think that is illegal. If I could give ZERO stars I would.

Not too sure why all the bad reviews, every time I have gone there I have had nothing but up front honest service. Last month, something in my 2005 Honda Civic was rattling every time I was idling. So me fearing the worst and expecting a high estimate, took it to this Tires Plus. They told me it was a rusted heat sink, and it would be $15, I asked them how much for labor, and they said that's included in the price. Easy, friendly and done in a timely fashion. I never right reviews, because usually people only go write one when they have a bad experience, but I thought the bad reviews for this place are the edge cases and not the whole picture.

Came in for an a/c performance check tried to tell me all that is is just feeling the air coming through the vent I told him to check for leaks and anything wrong with the ac system. Held my car for more than 2 hours just to tell me they couldn’t find anything and they “don’t have the test specific for Nissan” THIS IS WORST TIRES PLUS shop. I went to one in BC just to compare the differences and they gave me all the information I needed what to fix and what the problem was but clearly this store is lacking in equipment and customer service. My battery died and I came to this location today (01/03/21 at around 2pm) and they were out of the battery I needed, but he was so nice and helpful- he called the locations nearby and found one that was able to change my battery right away. I appreciate the wonderful customer service and I will be back when I need new tires!

The guy was aggressive on telling things about my car and saying I needed them when I did not. Kept trying to upsale me on stuff and when asking about the things he would get defensive as if I was applying he did not know his job when in fact I was just asking simple stuff would not recommend this tires plus unless you let them know what you want or let them talk you into stuff unless you do the research and understand your car better.

Poor service and communication. I spent 15 minutes on hold to get a simple status update. Not impressed and would not recommend. The person on the phone was short and impatient and when I asked to talk to a manager I was told he might call you back today or Tomorrow. Additional information Two days later the manager, Jeremy, has still not called me back. I drove to the store to talk to the manager and was informed by a very unhelpful person named Adrian, that the manager was gone for the day. I was told the manager had attempted to call me multiple times but I had not answered. After having Adrian confirm the accuracy of my number and explained that I had not missed a single call. Adrian then shrugged and said well he called you it’s not my fault your phone doesn’t work! This place is horrible! Do yourself a favor and go to Goodyear across the street. That’s where I went After days of craziness.

We have been to this location several times for an oil change. We have made appointments every time. Each time they assure us it will be around 30 minutes and every time it has been at least 90-120 minutes. We have tried to give them the benefit of the doubt but this will be our last time going there. We don't mind waiting but an average 0f 90-120 minutes after quoting 30 is not great fun for us!

I made a complaint with customer service. The store manager never got back to me. I complained again. The manager then called me. But not to apologize. But to interrogate me. Long story short that didn’t go well. I complained about the store manager. So now the area manager is suppose to get in contact with in 48 hours. It is now going on day five. And I have heard nothing. This shows that it’s not just the techs who don’t care about their customers. It’s the Store Managers and even the Area Managers that don’t care about their customers. This is suppose to be a business built on trust. Lol. You gotta be crazy to trust this place.

We needed to grab an oil change and have a slowly leaking tire checked out and this was a great location to have it done. The service was exceptional with very courteous employees who also took the time to answer questions and even teach a little. Further, the techs are ASE certified! There are a couple places across the street to grab coffee or food if you need to while waiting, otherwise the shop has a small waiting area with coffee and a restroom. Highly recommended location for vehicle service.

I read all the other reviews and was hoping it was just fussy people and I was going to be able to leave a good review. Wrong. Took 2 hours to replace 2 tires and do an alignment. I did set up an appointment but apparently this doesn't matter. Also I didn't ask for an alignment they just assumed I wanted one and charged me for it. Not happy with this place I will be going somewhere else for everything else even if I break down right next to them.

This location for me was always the go to location but I after this morning I think I’m going to need to find a new go to a place. My family and I have been faithful loyal customers for years but in my opinion over the past handful of years the quality service at this location has steadily started to decline. The last straw was this morning. I showed up right at 7am, right at opening for an oil change and was told that there’s absolutely no way and I’ll have to wait until Tuesday. Call me crazy and say that I might not understand how scheduling works for an auto garage but I literally walked in the door right at 6:59 and there’s no way you can get me in even if I left my car with you? Oh well, maybe I’m overreacting, but at least the new location I choose will be more professional and might actually do more of the “plus” service than these guys claim to do.

My family has been going here for years, but they seem to have really gone downhill lately. There is no excuse for suddenly losing records of client's purchase packages, such as oil change packages and lifetime tire rotations, when the shop has always kept them in the system, and then forcing the clients to pay for them again.

I booked an appointment with David Waller (store manager) who promised the tires I requested would be delivered in time. Arrived for my appt and there were no tires or David Waller to explain. Andre was very nice and apologetic but could not do anything about it. I had to drive in a blizzard to the Hopkins store where store manager, Adam Soberski, accommodated me right away and apologized for the fail made by the NE store. Don't waste your time and give this store your business, there is zero follow up or follow through.

I left I really good review the other day but I take it back. My rear drivers side tire had been losing a little air but nothing I couldn't live with for awhile. They said they found a nail in it and air was NOT leaking from it but they could patch it up anyway. I said go ahead and I paid the $32 for them to do so. Well, fast forward 3 days later on the 4th of July (while EVERYTHING is closed) my tire drops down to 7 psi and is completely flat and won't hold air. They in fact, did not patch the hole and the nail is still in it as well. Ridiculous way to do business.

I was in a bit of a pickle because I needed a battery replacement on Saturday and my kids needed to be picked up by noon. They said no problem, it will be done at 11:30. 11:30 rolls around and they hadn't even started. I had to leave without any work being done. What a waste.

If you ever take your car here, don't let them do ANYTHING other than replace tires. We bought new tires for my car here, and had the alignment adjusted at the same time since there was a discount. After they "adjusted" the alignment, the car now pulls very noticeably to the right. We brought it back in, and they say it's perfect and the reason it was driving relatively straight before is because the alignment was off. What?!? They wouldn't admit that there was anything wrong, nor did they offer any options for us other than to take the car to a mechanic (and spend MORE money to fix a problem that they caused). Horrible customer service, and a waste of both money and time. Never coming back.

Never again! Went for an oil change on a coupon I got for them taking too long last time. I read an entire paperback in their waiting room while I was there. (Not "War and Peace," but--still!) This was the fifth and last time. Fastest time was an hour and a quarter, today was an hour and fifty minutes. I am disgusted!! This gives ALL auto shops a black eye that most of them don't deserve. I had to give them one star, but they didn't earn that many.

I was charged for a diagnostic and replacement of a starter. I asked for the diagnostic printout showing proof, and was told that the printer to print the diagnostic was not working for the last 6 months. (However, I spoke to a few other mechanics, and they too say there is no printout to show customers, so I guess they may have been ok with that part) I brought it to them because they are the only one by me that is open on Sundays, and thought I would be able to get my car back, or at the very least, they could of found out what was wrong and order parts on Monday morning after giving me a quote. But I didn't get it back until 6:30pm on Monday. They told me the diagnostics would only take 1 hour, and they had my car the full Sunday work hours without calling me. I had to do the calling. I was just bothered by the delay it took to get my car fixed.

This was the Worst Expiernce i have ever had at a car repair shop I went in there at open and the guy who was working Named Gil is the biggest idiot in the world. I asked him if they could bend my rim back in places Well Gil I had a shop bend the alloy back in place.They place was dirty he treated people like complete dirt. I went to the Tires plus in Columbia Heights guys were the nicest people around I also went to Discount tire they are very good. I would Give Both tires places in Columbia Heights both are great places and 10/10 Now they Saint Anthony location -20 out of ten they are very bad quality and i will say that i did tell my friends to go to either Shop in Columbia Heights

The rear drivers side and went to a tires plus near Northtown and got one put on for $100. This time it was in New Brighton and it was $132 for the front drivers side. What gives? I went here to have a caliper checked out and they tried to charge me $756.00 to replace brake pads and rotors that they previously did 3 months back, they attempted to try to get me to agree to letting them do any work needed under 800 dollars without a call even though i kept telling them no, when i reported it to cooperate i was told to get my car back and go to the one by North-town . when i got my car they gave me the estimate and plain as day said my brakes and rotors were chewed up for having oversize rims and heavy breaking but the the next line it says they are fine... mind you i have always had big rims on my cars and never went threw ceramic pads and rotors in a couple months and the rims currently on there are only 2 sizes bigger then factory, when i got to the North-town location the guy couldn't believe what they were trying to do at that location...i'll post pics of the invoice when i get home

These people are either very dishonest or very incompetent. The manager is unctuous when he is selling you a service, and dismissive once he has your money. Whoever worked on my car damaged a headlight and was unable to figure out why it wasn't working. I asked for a specific tire size for a reason, but they put on a different, more expensive size. They never call to let you know whether your car is ready, or whether they need more time to work on it. Just all around rubbish. It's a shame that business that need to fail, don't. Pity.

The most dishonest shop I have ever been to. Took a vehicle there for an oil change... waited over TWO HOURS to get an oil change completed. Then when I mentioned the oil change timing guarantee the guy mumbled something to me about that being a stupid corporate initiative and that they don't honor that promise... Okay? I guess I'll take my car to your corporate office next time for my oil change? He also told me there was almost no tread left on my tires and that it was time to buy new ones... the problem with this is that I literally just bought new tires the previous week for my vehicle. I've never encountered such a dishonest shop in my life.

I have been using this Tires Plus for 3+ years, and there are pros and cons to working with them. First, every time I have low air in my tires, a tech always helps me fill them up free of charge. This is an amazing value to me as I cannot do it myself. They even put my spare tire on for me when I had a flat. They also went above and beyond to find the exact tire in a timely manner that I needed - for a great price - when I needed to replace the flat tire. There is a new guy working at the store who is extremely lacking in knowledge and hard to work with. I drop my car off, not feeling confident that he understood what needed to be done with my car. I would recommend interacting with Steven if possible. He is the best customer service tech at the store, explains things clearly, and understands what you need. Overall, I would recommend using this Tires Plus for the pricing and customer service, but be extremely explicit about what you want and need and do not agree to anything without hearing the prices and having them prove to you what is wrong and why.

These guys will attempt to take advantage of you anyway possible! I do know a lot about cars, but I don't have the equipment to do an alignment. I brought my car in for an alignment. I later received a call from them and they said the tie-rods were bad and they wanted over $1000.00 to replace the tie-rods a do the wheel alignment. Of course, I said no thanks! I brought my car to another shop... no alignment was needed and the tie-rods were also good! Stay away!!!

Dishonest technicians. They remove the parts like brake lights, tail lights and headlights while inspecting. As soon as you get vehicle make sure nothing is removed. So much scary to visit. They remove those lights on rear side of car so we cant figure it out in few days. Be aware of these thing while visiting them.

Called on Sunday early afternoon to check on time estimate to repair R/R tire with nail in it. I would have simply plugged it myself, but preferred having the tire dismounted and a proper patch put on. I was in a hurry as I needed to make a 200+ mile trip later in the day. I was told to "bring it right in, we have openings now." 20 minutes later I was there. I also requested that they check the other 3 tires (purchased at Fergus Falls Tires Plus - a very good store, by the way) and make sure they were inflated to 42 PSI. After waiting 35 minutes, the "service" advisor brought me back to the shop where he and the "technician" proceeded to try and convince me that they couldn't patch the tire due to it's proximity to the sidewall. They further attempted to sell me 4 new tires. I have 60,000 miles on these Bridgestone Insignias and have rotated, balanced, and maintained proper alignment and inflation since I purchased them. The wear pattern is dead even with 2/32" remaining to wear bars on all 4 - enough to easily make it through another 5000 miles. Having spent better than 20 years in the automotive service industry, I chose not to berate either of the 2. Rather, I drove to my local parts store, paid $4.99 for the plug kit and repaired it myself. The puncture was just over 1 inch inside of the treads - plenty far away from the sidewall. I also added 6 PSI to the other 3 tires as this had also not been taken care of in the 35 minutes I waited at the St. Anthony store. Furthermore; I chose to write this review in the hope that other potential customers be wary, and that the owner may see it and recognize that in order to stay successful in business you must learn to take better care of your customers. After all, we are the ones who create your wealth. If enough of us refuse to do business with you, it will disappear.

This was my first experience at Tires Plus on Silver lake Road- I chose it because it's close to my house. I came to have two new back tires put on, and to have an oil change. When I originally called- a man named Gil answered the phone " We're having a GREAT day at tires plus, how can I help you?" I was unsure if he was being facetious or if he really meant it. He told me to bring my car down, and that whenever was fine. When I arrived, I found out that yes, he was being facetious. They seemed really flustered- I guess they'd been having a bad day. I left my car with them at 1:30pm and they told me that they'd be done around 4 but they'd call me. It seemed odd that it would take 2 and a half hours to finish a job they supposedly guaranteed in an hour and a half through their online advertisements, but I digress. I had to call them myself at 4:25 pm, wondering where my car was. They asked if I was going to have my alignment done by them for an additional $79, and I said I wasn't interested. They told me I could pick up my car when I was ready then, so I told them I would soon (I was with a friend who was helping me run errands). In the middle of my errands, they called me at 4:55pm asking me if I was picking up my car tonight. I said well, yes, of course. I was just finishing my errands. I asked them when they closed. The man on the phone informed me that they closed at 5 pm. I was surprised that they closed so early, but also that they did not mention this to me when I called at 4:25pm wondering about my car. I scrambled over there- to be greeted by these men with- "I could have been having a beer at home by now! Where were you?". I told them that I was surprised they didn't mention the fact that they closed at 5pm when I called them at 4:25pm. They (some older man and Gil) then said that they did mention it, and that they figured I just heard what I wanted to hear. I couldn't believe how rude they were being! They definitely didn't mention their closing hours when I had called to check in, otherwise I would have been there, picking up my car. After they charged me- they told me that whomever changed the oil on my car before stripped my oil drain plug, and that I'd need a new oil an for $120 dollars, but that they had a temporary solution in place. I declined- and left. I will never go back to Tires Plus on Silver Lake road, even though they are close to my residence because they were quite rude, and took waaaaaayyyy too long. (Edit: Now that I've read the other reviews on this place, I'm embarrassed that I ever took my car there. I guess I should have done my research.)

I am so not happy right now. I took my car to tires plus a couple weeks ago because our check engine light and battery light was coming on. Tires plus did a check on our car and said it was a faulty light and nothing was wrong.... I took it into a different shop that I have always taken my car to today and they said I have $1500 worth of damage... my breaks are out my alternator is done, and the Cadillac converter....How could tires plus say that nothing was wrong!! This means I have been driving a car that is dangerous for two weeks. I WILL NOT go back again.

Don not ever come to this location EVER. They ended up going through my glove box to get my lock key for my tires. They just took most of the stuff in the glove box out never put it back in the glove box and when they did put the lock key back they just shoved it back and broke my wife sunglasses. Please. Take photos of before and after in your car.

After paying full price for new tires, they broke my air pressure sensor and refused to replace it. The sensor worked when I arrived and did not work when I left. Terrible customer service and Giovanni is terrible to deal with at this store. I escalated the complaint to Tires Plus corporate and they agreed. If I could give negative stars, I would.

2nd time going and getting my tires changed.. First and foremost the service is exceptional and I will go again once needed.. I gave 3 stars becuz the 1st I went for my front tires, my brake pad light had never been on but then came on after the tire change.. Now the 2nd time I get the rear changed, but also wanted other stuff checked and they only did the tires and never said anything about the other stuff.. Other than that I will go back once I need new tires..

Since I had not had any signs of this before bringing it in, and they wanted to charge an exorbitant price, I decided to get a second opinion. The second shop showed me there was no problem to fix. Avoid Tires Plus, I will never be going there again.

I always go here when I get a flat tire or I need to get my car in somewhere to get looked at quick. These guys have always come through for me and never broken my wallet. I got a flat on my brand new BMW with run flat tires. I have never used run flat tires before so I didn't know what that could mean for me. I called here and got in right away. Andre freaked me out with a worst case scenario but after looking at the tire came back and told me they could patch it for $30. From flat to fixed in all was maybe 2 hours.

These guys sincerely have no idea what they're doing. Went in to have them diagnose a faulty rear passenger window. FIVE HOURS LATER!!! I was told my total was $560 for the repair I never signed off on, and after a few minutes of assuming my car was now being held hostage by these morons, turns out the guys at the front didn't know whether the repair had actually been done or not. So I paid $115 for them to tell me which part needs replacing, which, considering the experience, could be completely wrong. These guys are great for basics like a $20 oil change or tire rotations, but if it's anything bigger than that, go somewhere else unless you like waiting rooms and hate money.

I went on a whim because I needed an oil change and it was close to home. My tire went flat on Superbowl Sunday. I panicked because I had to work the next day. I looked around most auto shops were closed. That is of course for Tires Plus not only were they able to get me in. But they were able to put my tire on within an hour. I will absolutely come back and continue to do business with them. Went in when they opened to have a tire looked at that was always low on air and an oil change. Unfortunately I had the displeasure of dealing with Giovanni, the manager of this location. They had just opened and were not busy. Every bay was empty and three cars in the parking lot. I was told it would be two hours for an oil change because they had an 8 o’clock appointment and a couple of things going on. His words exactly. To say I was treated rudely would be an understatement. He has a very condescending attitude towards women, argued with me and lied to me about taking competitors coupons and treated me as if I were stupid. I have lived in the area 50 years and been a very loyal customer at this location. I will never go back! Clearly this manager does not like his job and will take it out on you.

I called to have a simple oil change done on my vehicle today. Gave my phone number to the tech who asked if my name is Amy. It's not. I have had the same number and several vehicles serviced at this Tires Plus over the years. Since the franchise was sold 3/4 years ago EVERY single time I try to have something done, there is a problem, the cost is OUTRAGEOUS and the tech (Andre) is not very knowledgeable. Today they literally have NO information on me or my 3 current vehicles which have ALL gotten tires there in the past 1-2 years. I ask about my warranty on the tires and what happens if they have no information on the purchase, my vehicles or me. He had no response. I will no longer have any work done at this location. Andre needs help. Customer service is not a skill of his. This location continues to go downhill. Unhappy.

I called for a quote and scheduled an appointment. When I brought in my vehicle the price for the work went up from $277 to $446. This was for an oil change and spark plug replacement (that's was it and they quoted $33.99 for each spark plug, and they are $11.99 at auto parts store). They stated they quoted the plug replacement wrong and since they had to go under the car to replace them the price went up; they didn't seem surprised when I told them all 6 plugs were on the top of the engine. I also had purchased a lifetime 4 wheel alignment, but since the ownership has changed they deleted all past records, so I had to find my receipt from 2013 (luckily I found it). When I decided to only do the alignment, they made me feel like I did something wrong. I do not like the bait and switch deal, you quote me something you stick to it. The first quote was less than the dealer, but the final quoted was considerably more. I know I'll need to go back for future alignments, but beyond that I doubt they'll get any more service from me.
