We were literally in the right place at the wrong time when we had a tire blow out on our motor home and the after hours tech was happy to help even though he had just got off another call and was on his way home when we caught him. Excellent!!! Like the TV ads, we limped in on the donut tire after road debris ruined a front tire. They put our car right into the bay and got the tires on and got us back on the road on our vacation.

Even when they installed and damaged our tires. Refused to take responsibility to make things right. Sent us on our way with serious damaged suspension when asked if they inspected it? We were told "it's in good condition to drive". Which was unsafe, and could have either caused our trailer to drop or worse flip injuring my family and I. This company As an Active Duty Service Member now Retired. I Will be contacting my Congressional Leaders to place this company on a "DO NOT CONTACT LIST" for the military not to do business with. In the end it costs us 8 new tires and suspension. Because their lack to take the appropriate time to do the job right. The are not part of the Les Swab family. They are privately owned. So if you have a problem. Good luck. They're only concern is the punching the clock and .......the bottom line your money. Not Quality Service and Responsibility.

I needed a tire fixed. I had already taken it off my car and brought it in. From the time I got there, I was done within 20 minutes. Everyone there is very friendly. The tire fix was free, but I'm willing to pay the price for any other tire service I need. I recommend this place, 100%.

My daughter and friends got a flat tire on a trip to Yellowstone. The manager and staff were completely helpful and friendly. They waited for her tow truck to arrive after they closed (during the weekend BTW). They put a new tire on fast and because of the Les Schwab tire warranty there was no cost or hidden fees. THIS IS WHY WE ONlY BUY TIRES FROM LES SCHWAB!!!

I came here when I was working in West Yellowstone to get my front brakes done. It's been a few months now since I've been home and I got my car checked out by my well trusted family mechanic last week, they had informed me to get my front and rear brakes replaced asap. Apparently, Les Schwab didn't do anything to my front brakes and charged me anyway. Thanks for taking advantage of a young, single woman.

We were headed to Yellowstone and picked up a screw in a tire. Being from out of state, they could have charged us a reasonable amount to repair the tire as we are not from the area and we even told them we were from out of state. They still provided us a complimentary free tire repair and we were back on the road in just under 30 minutes! Amazing service!!! We won’t be able to purchase our next tires from this store as we live 13 hours away, but would if we could!

I stopped in for a flat tire. CJ quickly came over, picked up the tire, and said he would take care of it. I ran some errands. I came back in an hour or so and it was all done. Timothy helped me finish things up. I am from out of town but they provided excellent service. I was so impressed! They treated me like family.

A super awesome service. I have got a flat tire on my 400mi drive straight to SLC airport to catch the flight to Moscow (which you normally don’t want to miss because of it’s price). Was lucky to make it to this station finally with just 5psi in my wheel. The guys patched it quickly and I am so damn happy I have caught the flight. Thank you guys! Al the best!

I've been to a lot of Les Schwabs. I usually go because they're quick and easy. But this place, this place put them all to shame. These guys and gals were busy, and even then, they fixed my flat for free in a friendly and super fast easy-going way. Lots of Les Schwabs seem to have some mechanics that won't look you in the eye or really listen to you. Not these, these guys were honest and kind. I wish all Les Schwabs were like this one.

I live in Rexburg and have been to these guys 3 times. They are respectful of their customers. You can tell by the small things they do, like, they come a round the counter to talk to you while you are sitting. They do their best to give you the best price they can. The St. Anthony location is so much better than the Rexburg and is totally worth the drive.

I got a free tire balance here but the next tire rotation, my lug nut key broke because they put the wheels on so tight. Now, I’m halfway thru my tire rotation and can’t continue. The lug nuts are way too tight and over the torque spec. My driving vibration is also back in just two months so I don’t think they fixed the problem I brought it to them to do.

We are 1200 miles away from home in our family vehicle, and get a slow leak in one of our tires. It happened to be that the shop was minutes away from closing. I called and inquired about the remote possibility that they might be able to help us out. I spoke with Cole on the phone who was helpful and reassuring. We arrived with only 2 minutes remaining before they were supposed to close, Cole meet us out front, got us on a lift and had our tire repaired in under 15 minutes and then wouldn’t allow us to pay. Even if this is store policy to repair flats for free, we were very impressed by the way we were treated by Cole given the less than desirable circumstances.

Great Service here, and they take the time to keep things clean and not messy. I stopped in for a flat repair and they were super fast, very efficient, and got me back on the road very quickly. They didn't charge me for the repair, and just told me to give them my business when I needed new tires or other service, which I will. Good job and great business.

Incredible service! Our scout troop from Ogden Ut punctured a tire on our way to summer camp. They were able to repair the tire we thought we'd have to replace and had us in and out in no time. At the recommendation of the camp director we drove right past a closer tire store and were glad we did when we got the service we did at Neils & Joes Les Schwab in St Anthony.

We had a blown tire coming thru on vacation. We made it in here on fix a flat and the nicest lady in the office was so helpful and kind. She made my kids fresh popcorn while we waited and welcomed our 2 dogs in as well. They had us fixed and on the road in no time. We can not say enough about the nice people that work here. So friendly and so hospitalic.. we really appreciated the kindness of the workers here especially after a unforseen tire blow on vacation. Great experience overall.

DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! Imagine for a moment. You and your family are on the vacation you've dreamed of for years. You're touring Yellowstone National Park in your RV! Your have set your eyes on the massive Bison, Moose lounging in the grass, Pronghorn frolicking in the fields. You've even spotted a Bald Eagle! How majestic to be in our countries 1st National Park!! Your trip has come to an end and you're all packed up. You've created lifetime memories with your wife and kids. Life is good! Now, your exiting Yellowstone through the West Entrance and the unforeseen happens. You have a tire blow out. Who do you call? Les Schwab, of course! You call for service and the lady quotes you a price for the tire and worst case scenario, 3 hours of labor. You are told if it does not take this long that the price will be adjusted. You're ready to get on the road so you and your son jack the RV up and take both tires off. The tech gets there and all he has to do is pop the new tire on, it takes him 27 minutes. He gives you a paper to sign, which you do, thinking it's the service ticket. But, it's the receipt, they've already charged your card the total amount. How did they know how long it was actually going to take? You say, "Hey, wait a minute. It didn't take you 3 hours!" The tech says that's the charge, slams his truck door in your face and drives away. Ok. Maybe this is some disgruntled employee that doesn't like his job. You'll call the next morning and talk to his manager. Wait, that was the manager?! You call his district manager and he tells you he can't go over his head. Wait, isn't this guy his manager?! You call corporate. They too, are unwilling to help!!!! What happened to customer service? What happened to "The customer is always right"? Higher ups. You should read " How to Win Customers and Keep Them for Life". Then, pass it down the chain of command. We will not be returning customers! We decided to replace 4 additional tires for safe measure and purposely drove over 100 miles passing your stores along the way and gave our business to an HONOST company! Yellowstone visitors and other passerbys should think twice about using this company. Unless, you're itching to be taken advantage of, that is!

What a fabulous experience I had, I was greeted immediately by a nice young man; I needed my driver's side front tire air checked and filled. He filled it then kindly pointed out how bad my tire was and asked me about a used tire he thought they had I made a call and with help I agreed to the used tire. After removing both front tires it was found that the passenger tire was worse. They were honest and sincerely concerned for my safety which made me feel so good! I ended up, with help, purchasing 2 new tires. Thank you to the wonderful team at Neils and Joe's Les Schwab in Saint Anthony Idaho I will always recommend them!

Neil & Joe's are very good at doing what needs to be done concerning tires, brakes, steering, etc. If it's behind the tire then they got it. Wheel alignment prices are very good, $56.25 plus tax, whereas anywhere else it would run around the hundred dollar range. The service is good but the workers aren't very friendly but that is expected since in a work area you are suppose to be professional and honest which they are! Highly recommended when you get a blow out

I went to St Anthony Les Schwab, they totally lied to me, told me they could not fix my alligment. I drove my truck for another week when the alligment was pulling me all over the road, im lucky I did not get in a bad wreck. I just wanted someone else to look at it and Rexburg Les Schwab had me fixed and back safely driving in a hour. Please do not take any work to St Anthony. If you care about the people in your vehicle, they are lazy and do not care about your safety.

Over priced. Charged $28.00 per tire to mount and balance. I waited an hour and a half to have 4 tires mounted. That may not be unreasonable except that other people came after I got there and were serviced while my vehicle still hadn't been started on. I grew up here and remember when it was a good place to have work done.

My family went on a bike ride this morning on the Ashton-Tetonia Trail. Within an hour of being on the trail my daughter's chain broke. I had brought several tools, except a pair of pliers. We were trying to figure out what to do when we saw a Les Schwab truck driving in a farmers field to repair a tractor tire. I was able to catch up with him and asked for help. I know they deal mainly with tires, but this young man said, "well, let's see if we can fix it and get you back on the trail." He grabbed some pliers and within 5 minutes he had us back on the trail. If this isn't going above and beyond job duties, I don't know what is. I didn't catch his name, but to the young man who help my family this morning, Thank you! And thank you to Les Schwab for having outstanding employees.
