Until today, would have given 5 stars. Was told just to be first person there, no appointment needed. I was 1/2 hour early, waiting so I could get in first. There were 3 of us waiting. The guy who showed up last got served first, because apparently his time was more important than mine. I waited over an hour, then saw them working on the second guys car as well. Was told another 1/2 hour. Wasted 2 hours of my morning before I simply left. Honestly felt my business didnt matter to them. Dont tell people first come first serve if that's not how you operate.

Fast cheap allignment. Service done in 1hr done right. Competitive prices. Will come back in the future. Can't comment on tires since i have not gotten here any yet. However i was pleased with service in regards to allignment.

Terrible customer service last winter and this winter tried to get my tires changed always the first one there and the guy qas rude and kept saying it woule consrantly be 2 hours long and told me not to come back there when all i simply wanted aas to get my tires changed. I do not recommend this place if u can get a quote thats low from anyone i reccoment midas

Dishonest, bought a set of new tires for my mercedes SUV. #1. he ding'd up around the lug nut holes on my gloss black, expensive LEXANI rims and then lied and said they were damaged before. LIE. #2. I Left there with three of them changed because he couldn't get one lug out, so he put the last greasy tire in the back of my luxury SUV sent me to Kaltire to get the last tire mounted and balanced.... a very nice girl at Kaltire st. albert got the lug out and changed the tire without issues in 30 minutes. #3. Had to go back for re-balance on all three tires he mounted as it vibrated at over 100km/hr. After he re-balanced them. I still had a vibration. He told me it was due to my rims not being factory. Unbelievable. I went back to Kaltire and paid to have them all re-balanced.... No more vibration. Buyer beware

Had a leak in tire. Sidewall was punctured and they helped get it off and found an almost matching used tire with same amount of wear. And got me back up in 25-30 min

Great service everytime. Small shop that makes you feel like a friend/family. Very fair prices and fast service. Never had to go back for any issues on used or new tires. I've been going to this location for the past couple of years for multiple vehicles and various tire/rim services. They are great in explaining options and products and will not force you into purchasing anything that is not necessary or required just to make extra money.

Amazing service and great deals on tires and mechanical work. Got tires the fiance's truck and 2 new axels and all 4 brakes and rotors done for half the price at any other shop. I got 4 new tires for my car, best tires I've ever driven in snow with, drove 90km/h through the mountains in a snow storm ( in a Chevy cruze) and it felt like the road was bone dry. Would highly recommend these guys,

Terrible service would not bring a wheelbarrow for them to look at, Dennis did not listen, asked for a diagnosis of issue, makes noise when driving, metal on metal , that means two parts are touching that should not. what parts and why is the techs job. when booking a car tell customer I need a full day to diagnose problem, bring by in morning.

Nice Place with excellent service, my tire was letting air out and the worker helped me to fix the problem. He spent time to find the issue, took tire off rim and reinstalled it, offered me to have a rest and have some coffee at the waiting room. Charged me almost nothing for his work and time. Glad that this kind of place is in our city.

Broke 2 wheel studs by over tightening them with impact gun. Stuck in their garage over 3 hours and charge me for the studs!!

They broke my air pressure sensor, tried to fix it by taping it...without telling me. When I told them that the light stay on they told me to keep driving until the light goes off. After a couple days I went to the dealership thinking just needed to be program. That s where I found out it was taped up. Silver auto are dishonest and cheap quality service. Amateur mechanic probably does not even have a license to change tires.

Answered ad for used tires with 75% tread. When I saw them they were maybe 30%. Commented on condition and was told they are good for 1 season. If 75% is good for a season we would be purchasing new tires every 6 mnths. I told him to just speak the truth and asked for a tire depth gauge which he refused with a smirk on his face. Told him that now I understand the negative reviews on Google.... honesty is not the policy. I would avoid this place....could have at least amended the Kijij ad to state actual tread wear but 2 days later its the same.

Extremely dishonest and rude. Called for tires, gave me a quote over the phone. When I showed up, price changed went up significantly and claims he never quoted me that price. Started yelling, very unprofessional and full of it!
