Yea like many others customer service was deplorable! Drove in for nine am and was immediately chastised for not arriving in the morning? Besides being scolded for late arrival he then promptly stated that he had told me on the call I would need to leave the vehicle there for the day. We were on speaker and all the adults in the vehicle heard the same conversation, it was not stated. Anyways looking at the ratings listed here I'm not alone in this, if I could give zero I would.

Snow tire installation is always a hassle. But I called Tirecraft on Torbay Rd and got an appointment in only 2 days. My vehicle actually went in before the scheduled time and I was done in less than half an hour.

I went in kind of last minute with no appointments because I was so worried about my tires. There was lots of snow and a long drive ahead, I went in and asked if they could help me and they checked my tires and filled up the pressure and wouldn’t take any money! I’ll probably drive all the way back for all future tire related issues!

It's my first time going to tirecraft. As a newbie in car i don't know what's my problem in my tires it's always gets flat. I went to toyota dealership and canadian tire and it's still getting flat. So I went to their shop and and they discovered that there's a paint chip from my rims that's why my tire is always getting flat. Thanks god I went there. They gave me discount as well. Costumer service is fantastic. Now they've got my loyalty and trust to come back. Thank you sir's for helping me out!!!!

Not to be trusted! Went to get an oil change here about a month ago. As a young woman, they saw me coming and decided to inform me about my "dangerously low brake pads at 1mm left" that required an immediate $400 repair. This did not sound quite right to me. I had a family member check my brake pads a week later only to find that I have 70% left on them. There is absolutely no repair needed on my brake pads. The staff at Tirecraft tried to rip me off and take advantage of me. I would not recommend this shop to anyone, they are not to be trusted with your time & money.

TireCraft on Torbay road has become my reliable "go to" for virtually all my standard automotive needs. The team are great and treat you like a friend rather than just a customer. They take the time to explain your options and the benefits of going one way or another before you make your decision. I have come to rely on their advice with confidence. I never feel like I am being gouged or could have got a better price or service somewhere else. I have been leasing vehicles for the past several years and get all my scheduled maintenance done there rather than the dealer for 1/2 - 2/3s the cost!

Not happy at all with the service. Would never recommend them to anyone. Dropped off my vehicle to be assessed. Got a call one hr later that it would cost me too much to fix. They said they rotated my front tires but they just switched the caps. They said the back door was fixed/working but it wasn't. Called the owner out to look at it....he knew I busted them on a lie. He called me a few hrs later saying that it would be $475.00 just for a part plus labor $125.00 per hr. Never taking my vehicle to them again. It's like they didnt even want to fix my suv....lol Oh and I was charged $135.00 for pretty much nothing lol.

2 stars for price but not happy with alignment. Upon calling for quote on front end alignment I had asked if they do spec printouts. I was told they do so I booked a appointment. When I went to go pick up my vehicle I asked for the printout and was told I needed to mention it when I dropped off the vehicle and they didnt have one for me....... I truly dont have any confidence the alignment was done properly as I have a wander and the nut for the tie rod adjuster clamp wasn't even moved on new parts.

These guys did my timing belt and the new one rubbed terribly. I told them and they flat out denied it, said it was normal. (It's not, I had the car for years, I knew it was a poor job) They said they would inspect it and repair it, but would charge me if they found it wasn't their fault. They also left some tools under my hood. I kept the tools and took their overcharged rush job to a real mechanic. Never returned. This was a few years ago, but they took advantage of me and I'll never forget.

Didn't appreciate being lied to about pricing for them to rob me. I went in for exhaust repair and was told that a part was $1000 for aftermarket and $4000 for factory. I'm driving a toyota and after they Jerry rigged a "cheap fix" for 400$, I went to toyota and they said the part was $800 factory new. Absolutely disgusting how some, if not most mechanics, are willing to lie to your face for stealing your money. Look elsewhere.

I had been with them for several years. Recently, I called to check the status of my repair. The person on the phone was aggressive and condescending, but he got my vehicle wrong and provided materially incorrect information, and dismissed me when I corrected him. I went back to discover that they hadn't even taken it in to work on!! Discovered that the person who I talked to was not office staff and not the mechanic working on my vehicle. I took my key and left. Never going back.

Showed up for a scheduled appointment, got told they were running late and that it would be at least an hour and a half before they could look at the vehicle. Rescheduled to the next day, but I phone call would've been nice so I didn't have to waste my time coming in.

I phoned for an appointment this morning to bring in my car to look at a tire that had a slow leak. Anson asked if I could drop it off right away and it would be done by noon. While I was having coffee with the usual gang, I greceived a phone call from him at 9:30 that it was ready and they had found a screw in it. Went to pick it up with no charge. What exceptional service! What a credit to Sherwood Park! Please folks, buy your tires from them!

Not impressed with their service at all. Arrived at their door at 5:05 pm and it was locked but the bay doors were still open and I could see the staff in the office. Knocked on the door to get my vehicle and they saw me and then ducked out the office. Closed the bay doors and went out the back door. Had to get a ride home and figure out how to get in my house since they have my keys. No answer on the voice mail. So they better check their messages and arrange for someone to pick me up. Worst Customer Service I've experienced at any Tire Craft.

This location doesn't honor their free winter/ summer change over when you buy tires/rims/sensors with them unlike the stony plain and spruce grove location. Will be taking my business to parkland county to save myself 80$+ a year

This place is top shelf. Kaltire left me with no tires after two weeks of waiting with no excuse other than "sorry". I was in and out the door at TireCraft in an hour or two with winter tires installed for several $100 less than Kaltire. Ask for Jamie if he's not already there. Great group of guys. Scammers. They tried to tell my girlfriend that her brakes were 'The worst he's seen in a long time'. So i went and bought the parts and went to change them, when i looked at the brakes that were already on the vehicle, they still had over 50% left on them. They were going to charge $700 dollars for the parts before labour. They still charged her $90 just to have them looked at, any other place would've looked at them because they were changing the tires anyway and never charged a thing. I went and got the front & back brakes and rotors priced up for $225.22, all they are trying to do it rob anyone who doesn't have car knowledge. $181 was the total bill, and the only thing they done was an oil change and tire change over. They also didn't put her tires that got taken off the car back in her car, which would've been good for another season. I would highly recommend never going to this place.

Horrid! Went there because they're within walking distance of my office, so convenience won out. Had a pulsating feeling when I was braking, and could hear from the front passenger wheel a grinding noise. They told me my sway bar was broken and that this is something they had warned me about previously. I had no memory of them ever saying such things so my red flags start popping up. Then they tell all my brake pads are worn out and need to be replaced. More red flags because my brakes were re-done 2 years ago and I don't drive that much with this vehicle. They said the pads were down to 2 mm! Odd, because at 3 mm they should start squealing, and there was no squealing sound! They quote me $1,100, and I tell them to give me my car back. Although they never mentioned it to me, I noticed on the invoice they were also recommending changing all the brake rotors. I take my car to Robin's Automotive - a shop I knew I could trust but they're less convenient for me to get to. They take a look. The brake pads: 6-7 mm each. Which if you're keeping score, is three times what Tirecraft said, and half to more than half of the pads left. The brakes are fine. The sway bar is fine. The only work they had to do was resurface the front passenger rotor. Final bill: $216!!! And the pulsating feeling in my brakes - fixed. That is $900 less than what Tirecraft tried to take from me, and confirmation that what they tried to tell me was simply not right. Never go to this Tirecraft. (I had to give it one star to allow Google to let me post this review. I will suggest the one star is only for the convenience of me being able to walk there.)

Disappointing. We have been going there regularly for years based on a recommendation, and we would have continued. However, I have noticed that we have been getting nickel and dimed recently. Went in for a tire change, and without asking us our cabin filters were changed and we were charged $40.00, but we had just had our car in for a windshield repair at Speedy Glass less than 30 days ago and they had changed it there...and we don't drive anywhere so it seems unlikely we needed a new filter. Then we were charged for windshield fluid which we didn't need, already have and only pay $4.00 for.....not $24.00 for a partial fill. Some other Mechanical Shop Supplies charge which seems like a bogus area to bury other inflated items up....too bad.

Terrible customer service and the owner was extremely rude yelling at me to get out of the business because I accidentally left their dog gate open when walking in. I was immediately met with anger because I did not know there was dogs. Afterwards he threw my tires into the parking. Worst customer service I've ever recieved

Was there and bought a set of Hercules studded winter tires with rims which have barely any wear on them after two winters and are still in excellent shape . Will definately be returning for a set of summer tires on rims in the near future ????. These guys are so awesome. Customer service dealings have always been above and beyond. The phone is always answered no matter how busy they are. They even provide shuttle service when I need it most. Their knowledge is factual and to the point, and they are always upfront when it comes to vehicle repair and cost. I have purchased tires from them for my VW Tiguan and they have assisted me with several repairs over they years. Grateful for their service. Will be a long time customer.

I called for a quote on Nitto's which they didn't sell but he offered TOYO's so i listened out of curiosity after he gave me the total price i let the sales person know that their price was almost 600$ higher for the same as i was just off the phone with another shop (Mud tires). The salesmen took offense to it and got rude on the phone telling me only another store had them he then turned real sour and condescending when i named him a few shop i just got quotes from, surprising how a store turns down 2000$ worth of sales just like that, times must be good. Never purchased from you, never will....!

I started going to this Tirecraft location when I found out that they're a block away from my work. I have two Argos (amphibious ATV's) and the fragile tires on those things are always going flat. They have patched and tubed 5 of my tires now and they know me by name. The rates are great and their service is exemplary in every respect. As soon as I have paid, the technicians are out the door and standing by my car, ready to load the tires. It's worth mentioning that once, while on the trail, a large twig punched a sizable hole in one of my tires and it ended up taking on a bunch of foul-smelling swamp water. When I brought it in simply for a patch, they vacuumed the water from the tire at no extra charge! These guys have done me well and so the least I could do was give them a good testimonial. I would recommend them to anyone.

It was raining and my wipers weren't working so I called to book an appointment. They offered to help right away, fixed the problem immediately and didn't even charge me??! While I waited in the service room, I also overheard one of the men explaining the safety inspection that was done on an older lady's vehicle. She was worried because she didn't have money to make all the repairs immediately, and he was reassuring her that her car was safe and helped her understand the details of the report. 10/10 would recommend this place.

Awful customer service. Don't be surprised if your appointment gets canceled on the day of because they forgot to tell you they need a deposit before they'll order parts. Also don't be surprised if they call you at 440pm on a Friday and tell you that you have 20 mins to get down there or they will keep your vehicle over the weekend. Not sure why they think this stuff is acceptable but they aren't even apologetic about it.

I was promised if I got my tire there before 8:30am I would get it back before they close so I could get to work. I called before they closed and inquired as to when it will be done, I was told I would be contacted and I never was. The next day I still didn't get a call until I contacted them. They also overcharged me. The repair was a $3.00 valve stem. They charged me $39.45. I will not be going back there, and I would not recommend. The first guy I dealt with there had really poor people skills, the second guy was quite friendly.
