I have been bringing my vehicle to this location for over 5 years now and i am continuously impressed and grateful for the level of respect and customer service I have received. My entire family, who live in various areas of the city ranging from NE Edmonton to the far South, will drive to this location every time because this family owned and operated business exudes quality. My vehicle has required its fair share of repair over the years and even during my starving student days i never once encountered a problem or bill that left me speechless or that i found unreasonable. Maintaining your vehicle is less than exciting and hardly glamorous, but these guys will do their best to turn your experience around every time.

This is by far my favorite place to take my vehicles. They are licensed mechanics and have worked on my domestic, performance, and German luxury vehicles. Brad and his sons go the extra mile and provide honest opinions and fair pricing. I live about 40 min from this location and will make the trip to see them over any of the other shops in the area. You won't be disappointed coming here.

Best place for your car repairs needs. I am a returning customer for many years and never was disappointed. Tried to check out the prices in a dealership lately for my VW-what a rip off!!! I eventually paid half of that bill with 3 sons. If you want to deal with real mechanics-not the parts replacers-come see 3 sons. These guys have tons of knowledge and I don't remember hearing 'maybe it is... ' from them.

Not only is Brad York rude and condescending, but he told my son that he needed a new alternator when he didn't need one. He also told my son that it would cost $1400.00 in labor to put in a new alternator. They told him that it would be a 7 hour job because they have to take off so many parts to get to it. Needless to say, I had the vehicle towed to another mechanic! and all they did was charge the battery and put it back in the vehicle......Well what do you think happened? the alternator was not only working it was charging the battery at normal compacity! I also asked this mechanic how much it would cost to change an alternator in my son's vehicle. the total in labor with the alternator (if I needed one) was under $700.00. so I asked him why they can do it so cost effectivly and he told me that they take off the front passenger side tire and go through that way to install it. I'm 100% certain behond a reasonable doubt that the second place WASN'T keeping this a closely gaurded secret........I'm not sure, but strange things happen all of the time>>>>LOL To those who read this, are you going to take a chance with your hard earned money? Or your loved one going there with low mechanical knowledge? He did it to me, who is to say he will treat you any different? Oh and by the way Brad had me pay for the diagnostic on my son's alternator(I don't even think one was performed at all!) , $62.00 less to spend on my family this year.........Merry Christmas Brad York!

I first went here over 2 years ago because of a strange noise in my vehicle. Turned out to be a rock had gotten into the wheel - nothing serious. The mechanic hoisted my vehicle, checked it thoroughly, took it for a test drive to make sure nothing else was wrong - no charge for about an hour's worth of time. I bought 4 tires there about a year ago after being quoted a much higher price by our dealership. Then, a few months ago, after feeling like I was being misled by the dealership. (You know the "scam" - free oil changes for the life of the vehicle IF you continue to get whatever maintenance we tell you to get on your vehicle...usually in fine print and definitely not explained to us by the salesman.) I had been told I needed roughly $2,500 worth of work done really soon - especially the timing chain and brakes. It is now over 6 months and 2 oil changes later. None of that work had to be done. 3 Son's Integra Tire has checked everything each time I've had an oil change and I'm over 20km over where I had been told these things HAD to be changed. Yes, I am a big fan of this business and will gladly refer others there!

I went in today to get a leak in my tire fixed. I gave a quick call and they told me they take drop ins. I arrived and they had my car in the shop within 15 minutes. The very reasonable price to patch the tire was $25 dollars. The thing is the mechanic took my wheel off, told me he grinded some corrosion off the wheel bead and it was good to go. They didn't charge me at all. Great customer service, and very honest people at this shop! They deffinetly gained a customer today! I would recommend for sure.

I am so thankful that I discovered OK Tire / now 3 Son’s. I have never had a negative experience over the years I have been going there. They are so understanding, when it comes to talking to someone who has no clue about Cars/ Parts/ mechanic things. They are respectful and trusting. I have had two situations with big dealerships and I brought my concerns here and Brad called each time on my behalf to those dealerships, even though i still had the work completed through 3 Son’s it was important for those at the dealership to know it wasn't ok for them to treat me the way i was treat because i was female. You will always be welcomed with a warm smile and a kind greeting when you walk in. The other thing that separates 3 Son’s from other garages, is the fact they are about inclusive employment and helping there community. There is no judgement on who they hire and or who they serve. It’s represents the true meaning of a family and diversity. For me I work within the disability non profit world and I brag about 3 Son’s inclusive work environment. I recently had a friend go in and pay a bill for me I couldn’t make it in time and she commented to me about the attention her 4 year old received while she was paying, she was beyond impressed. I don’t agree with putting negative reviews on company review pages as we need to step back sometimes and think how was our mood going in. your frustrated as it is most times having to take your car in for repairs. Then if you are truly not a 100% sure what’s going on you are more frustrated and we need to think how we are coming across to people who are having to be the ones to carry out the message of hey this is what is going to cost you to have this fixed or this is what will happen if you don't. Or hey good news simple fix. It’s all about how we react to the news. I don’t understand a lot but the guys in the back (Kelly) has brought me right into the shop area while my truck and or car where hoisted up and walked me through what was was wrong, showing me and teaching me so i could really see the issue. They are amazing Brad takes pride in his own work and the accountability for the work the guys do. I spread the word of 3 Son’s whenever i get a chance and I always will. Thank you 3 Son's for being honest, trust worthy, and always giving me peace of mind when i leave.

I brought it here after I brought it to another place and they said they wouldn't be able to fix it because my tire was 8 yrs.old. Integra looked at it and found it was the tire stem and replaced it free of charge. I will definitely be going back there for service.

So impressed!! My daughter has been bringing her vehicles here for a while, so when I recently discovered a repair that I'd need right away, she insisted that I go nowhere else. She was right!!! They were polite, professional, and most importantly -- honest. I am a female senior and to be honest, I have zero interest in cars, other than I expect them to start and stop, so I sometimes think it would be relatively easy for someone to up sell me. They were completely up-front, ordered the part in front of me, quoted the price, told me when to come back and what the total price would be. Imagine my surprise when it was ready when promised and cost exactly what was quoted!!! Wow!! I will be moving out of province soon and would hope to find a shop comparable to 3 Son's Integra Tire. They're the best.

RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, CONDESCENDING treatment. As usual I never received a phone call as to what was happening and as usual I had to call them and find out the status of the vehicle. This has happened every time I took a vehicle there so at 3: 30pm I called and spoke to Mackenzie who explained that the battery connections we're not tight and the technician tightened them and its fine. I reminded him that I am aware that the battery was always fine and that I called this morning explaining this to him that the vehicle would not start!!. I was put on hold and was received by the owner who explained it was a loose battery connection. I began describing to the owner that the battery was fine and connected fine however the vehicle would not start. It would not turn over and start. The owner immediately began belittling me and my choice of mechanical terminology in a very rude and demeaning condescending and deroogatory tone. I requested that he stop talking to me in this manner and I only wanted them to fix the problem. I explained to the owner that I have been taking my vehicles to him for a while now and he replied, no you have only been coming here for one year. I must say that I had spent well over $1, 000 on engine repairs for my other sons vehicle at this establishment. I was willing to do what it took to have my youngest sons vehicle repaired today but was met with an angry resentful person on the phone who completely baffled me as to why and what I said or did wrong? Everyone has a bad day but to act the way he did and say the things he said was completely unprofessional and down right wrong I felt bullied and be littled. He even said "so what do you want me to do"? I replied, fix it? He stated agin that they couldn't find anything wrong that was coming up in any code on the diagnostic computer and if I want he will charge me a $1, 000 to drop the fuel tank and change the fuel pump just to make me happy. All I wanted was for someone to diagnose the problem and maybe think outside the box and not just trust a computer. After all the vehicle did not run until it was towed over a many bumps for over 15 kilometres!! I didn't imagine it! When I got there the owner was rude to me in front of my wife and son and another customer. So now my son will continue to drive this vehicle until it dies once more and I will be having to take it to someone who will do their job and contact me to let me know and fix the issue. I will NEVER consider this establishment again! Word of mouth is powerful. I reminded this to the owner who replied go ahead! Wowza! I have already told my father and my family members and I will be informing all of my driver training students and their parents. I guess when a vehicle dies it won't start it can't be fixed unless the computer diagnosis the issue? At least it did start again on its own and it isn't sitting there any longer thank goodness!

Honest and True - Needed new tires - not only did they recommend perfect tires to keep the road noise down, they provided the alignment, oil change and transmission flush - would have spent more and been bs'd at other garages - honest and true service and respect from Three Sons! Thanks Gent's!

Called Monday morning with a flat tire, burned out brake light bulb and rattling/loose heat shield. They had my vehicle in and out in less than 30 mins and all fixed up for next to nothing - especially compared to the quote I had received from the dealership for the heat shield alone! Made my week. After 5 years of my family giving this auto shop our business, I had a very negative customer service experience. They accidentally gave me a set of winter tires from their storage that weren't mine (they were for my father's vehicle) when I moved out of province. I realized they were the wrong tires when I went to have them put on for the winter. I called Brad to have them rectify the situation and rather than working with me to fix the problem, they refused to acknowledge that they were responsible for the mistake, instead placing the blame on me. I had explicitly asked them to double check that they were the correct tires when I picked them up. In the end, I had to purchase a new set of winter tires and ship the other set back to my father. Only once my family pulled their business from this auto shop did I receive an email from Brad offering to ship my father's set home. Ridiculously disappointed.

This establishment has excellent customer service, excellent products and it is a pleasure to deal with this family run business. We have been dealing with the owner for almost 20 years and would not think of having any of our 6 cars serviced anywhere else. We travel from Edmonton to St. Albert because of the confidence we have in this establishment. The owner and his sons are honest, knowledgeable and fair. Years ago we brought our car to have the brakes done as they were squeezing. We were told that they were fine and no service was needed. Only a establishment with integrity would be so honest.

At first I was very happy with 3 sons and how they were. I initially called in for a motorhome that needed some repairs that I had bought. They quoted me quite a few things which was totally fair. One of my initial concerns was a power steering pressure line which I asked them to check out when I had brought it in. When quoted, they said it needed a power steering pump and line amongst other things. Upon pickup, I paid and went my way. I was looking later and realized the pressure line that I had paid for was still the old one..odd. I called them (not them calling me to inform me something had been missed that I paid for) and he said sorry it just arrived and the tech must have not installed it. They gave me the money back for the line but nothing for labor as it was "already labor being paid for the pump". I was fine with that. What I'm not fine with now, is that the line is leaking shortly after the repairs were done. I called them stating this was frustrating to which Brad was incredibly unprofessional on the phone. Instead of understanding the situation at all and trying to offer a solution, he lectured me and blew up on me. He said they would install one for me and I asked at what cost , he said "normal parts and labor".. this is something they should have noticed when doing the pump, and should have been looked at closer as it was a stated concern of mine. They play on being honest and truthful but after this experience I'm doubting that. Hopefully if needed they will step up and honor warranty work. If needed and handled professionally, I may adjust this review.

This mechanic shop is the “find of the century”! The scariest thing in the middle of winter with kids is having your vehicle break down. This mechanic shop has their customers back. They will not let you down. They are ALWAYS willing to help. They are an honest and honest priced, friendly, reliable, knowledgeable shop that will do their best to get you back in the road ASAP. When our Jeep broke down after the dealership had been trying to fix the problem for two years Intergra Tire, found the problem, actually it fixed and ONLY CHARGED FOR THE WORK THAT WAS ACTUALLY NEEDED. The nicest thing is ...they kept at it until they had our Jeep up and running back to tip-top shape. They are fair priced and and stand behind their work. I recommend them to anyone and everyone. They are the best. This is the ABSOLUTELY BEST mechanic shop I have ever had the pleasure of finding.

By far the easiest shop to work with. They work hard to to get you in as soon as possible. They actually take the time to discuss what might seem to be a problem with your vehicles and they walk you through their reasoning for suggesting specific repairs. All in all they are great, 100% would recommend to anyone!
