Ryan answered my frantic phone call on Nov 18 at 4:30 pm. I explained our electrical issue and he said to come on over. After determining that the alternator was shot, he offered to stay late to replace it. An hour later he had us on our way to complete our 4,000 km journey. Appointment pushed back two weeks after a Covid closure cancelled my next day repair. Rebooked another 2 weeks after, even though I was next on the list. Today I walk into the office and both managers not wearing face masks and tell me my appointment was yesterday. Hmm wonder why you closed..)and why didn't you call me yesterday?) I'll take my business elsewhere.

Although they were fully booked but the gentleman over the counter went above and beyond. He phoned another tires service shop (Revelstoke Excel Tire) and got me hooked up for a quick flat tire repair. I was a by passer headed home and needed the tire fixed quick but could not find a shop that could take me. You are a true gentleman. Thank you so much.

This shop is remarkable! They helped me out of a serious jam when my car broke down just outside Revelstoke on a road trip from Edmonton. Trevor and Mark went above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was diagnosed the same day. Not only that, they helped with a solution for taking care of the car as my girlfriend and I bussed home from Revelstoke, they even dropped us off at the bus station so we didn't have to hike across town with all our luggage. More than just a good business to work with, they're all around great people who care about their clients.

Was driving through on the way to Kelowna when my check engine came on. They got me in right away as I needed to have it looked at asap to get back on the road. The entire staff was incredibly friendly, and seemed very educated and knowledgeable about vehicles. They had the problem figured out quickly, and I was back on the road in no time. I am very pleased with the service and would recommend to anyone in Revelstoke/passing through. It was nice to be able to stop and have a reliable person take a look and not try to rip me off in the process. 10/10 service.

This place tried cheating us on our inspection demanding a whole new set of tires on a 2016 truck with tires from the year before. Got several positive other second opinions and a passed new inspection from someone else. Never coming here again.

I was driving across the mountains... had a pretty heavy impact with some flying debris off a vehicle traveling the other direction... it did some damage to the underside of my car. I limped into Revelstoke and found a Goldmine... :-) The whole staff at Bighorn were amazing, they helped me out, squeezed the car into their busy schedule and patched it up to get me safely on my way, (even gave me directions to an amazing coffee and sandwich joint while I waited). I can't say enough about this team... They are AMAZING... friendly, Helpful, knowledgeable, professional, and so Very fair with the pricing... If they were closer to my home I'd now be a loyal Lifelong customer... Thank You so much for the quick review and repair... very much appreciated. ALL I CAN SAY IS.... EVERYONE.... Truly the best auto repair shop in Revelstoke! I had issues with my battery and alternator - Ryan, Trevor and the team were amazing, and super helpful. My car is older, and a bit finicky, and I was so grateful for the attention to detail and incredibly thorough servicing at Big Horn!
