Had a couple bad tires. I had to keep putting air in them daily. Went here on a referral from the techs at my job. Very friendly service. Replaced the tires and found a couple other issues I didnt know I had. Prices were reasonable and I will definitely go back for all seasons in the spring. Lobby was clean and they followed social distancing protocols. Might have found my new tire place.

There was a slow leak, I called many tire shops to try to get immediate help in getting my vehicle in for repair, no luck, all too busy. A friend suggested I call Ward Tire formerly Integra Tire. I donot recommend, they are treating the clients in a very bad way, what you are saying is not right, I was not parking , I came on the time of appointment and my child was with me inside my car, waiting you to open the door inorder to put my car inside as usual eveytime. the manager or the Boss didnot ask me in a proper way, my child was with me and he noticed everything and this should not be?!!! you told me two or three times to go away and donot come again. the boss should be gentle and example to treat others. I will not come again and I will not recommend you to any of my friends.

Always fast to get me in and out, especially if I’m in a pinch with a flat tire. Couldn’t recommend them Enough.

My visiting son had expressed some concern about my summer tires because they are the original tires -- 2013. So I was prepared to purchase a new set from Ward Tire. To my surprise the owner let me know that the summer tires are perfectly safe, and will not need replacement for a few years at least. I was very grateful for the honesty and integrity. Overall, I had a great experience! I called around to about 10 different tire shops in Regina for quotes and they were the only ones to quote me the best, most reasonable price (tire, install, and tax) by a land slide in comparison to the others. They were also one of the only shops that could get me in right away and do it while I was there (only took 15-20min max). This was ideal for me because other places told me I needed to drop my car off and come back hours later to pick it up, which is extremely inconvenient. Not only was I able to save time and money by going to Ward Tirecraft, but they were able to get it done within a short amount of time and they had very friendly staff. I would highly recommend giving them a call if you’re in the market!

Super high quote, like 350 more for the same tires than G&F Tire and auto just 2 to 3 blocks to the south of them. Not friendly service at all and almost telling at me, calling me a liar when I told him what the other quote was. I've heard great things about Ward, unfortunately I didn't have the opportunity to find out for myself. Not sure if he was having a bad day or if the pandemic is wearing on him, but to call me a liar, because I could buy the exact tire down the street for almost 90 less per tire, is extreme in my books. From what I've seen, I'd avoid this place. Too many other tire places, within a few minutes of their place to tolerate this kind of behavior. I want going to waste my time in posting, but Google keeps asking me to share my experience, so there it is. Within a few seconds of there location is G&F Tire and Auto, 350 cheaper. Within a few minutes Kal-tire, 80 cheaper than Ward, Quality tire, 135 cheaper, Costco was 260 cheaper, and Kuntz finally was 280 cheaper. Pays to do your homework, with a pandemic happening, 350 is significant amount to keep in your pocket. Let's face it, NOTHING is cheap right now, but to yell at a customer and call him a **** liar when ALL EXCEPT 2 PLACES I priced tires at were cheaper. Do your homework, and avoid these guys.

Showed up for appointment. They took my truck in right away and had the tires changed. I have dealt with these gentlemen since they have been working there when it was another company. I have always received very good service from them. They have an older gentleman that works on tire installation and is very knowledgeable when it come to fixing problems with tires be it balancing or slow leaks on aluminum rims. They prices are comparable with anybody in the city. The great part is when you take the vehicle in at the appointed time you have no waiting time.

Showed up 8 minutes early but as my time slot came up, the customer ahead of me was backing out of the garage and I was driving in. 34 minutes later I had my new tires installed and balanced and I was on my way.
