When I purchased my first Audi in 2013 I was dealt with in a professional, kind, and outstanding manner by Tony. Being younger, I had been ignored or not taken seriously at other high-end dealerships. I purchased my second Audi from Tony again in 2016. The engine light on my VW Passat came on. This could mean anything, but since I have an 8 hour drive coming up I wanted to get it checked out. I called Taylor Audi to explain the situation that the VW dealer didn't have time time look at my vehicle until next week. The service manager told me to bring in my vehicle right away and they would scan the system for engine errors. In the end, there wasn't anything to worry about and he had reset the panel display. When I asked what I owed for the service, he said, 'Just have a good day'. Taylor Audi, you are awesome!

Went to look at a wholesale vehicle, made a conditional offer on the car at 12pm. I said I would be back around 5:00pm to recheck the car over. I made an offer on the car. The following morning I was informed that the manager showed the car to one of his friends, and sold it under me, without giving me first refusal. Not professional at all, giving preferential treatment to friends over potential customers. This is a reply to the response: So, the other customer made up their mind, before or after I spent an hour looking, test driving, and examining the car? Also, the make and year of the car is irrelevant. Whether it’s a 90,000$ Audi or a $2500 wreckage. I messaged the salesman at 7:13 pm, having finished looking at it at 5:54 pm. The dealership closes at 6pm. So, did it sell in that one hour window? (Which of course is outside of business hours so there is no way someone could of been in contact with them, because I sure wasn’t replied too) Or was it the three hour window in the morning that no one replied to me, then all of a sudden there is a massive demand for this incredibly broken little car? Just shows you this dealerships priorities, and it wasn’t little old me.

I recently bought a preowned car from Sir. The service he provided me was unlike any other dealerships I’ve dealt with. He was up front and transparent. He provided me with all the information I asked for. He even told me about minor damages that we missed initially. He got the damages repaired for me at no extra cost. I bought this as out of province so he provided me with shipping companies as well. He followed up with me multiple times during the shipping process. Overall I have only positive things to say about Taylor Audi, the staff I dealt with, especially Sir, were all very friendly and easy to work with. In comparison, the people I dealt with at an Audi dealership in Edmonton was brutal! I felt like I was fighting with them every step of the way. I would recommend Taylor Audi and Sir to anyone looking to buy an Audi even if they don’t live in Regina.

Idk how a dealership like this can live with themselves after completely disrespecting and not caring about what I’ve been wanting fixed, on top of that they love to leave as many finger print marks as possible on the exterior trim of the car even after I clearly told them already to not do that. They also like to make your interior even more dirty, wiping marks, dirt marks on the doors, backseats and even more fingerprints. The servicing department here is a joke and ran by clowns. But what can I do, they’ll never listen anyways so this review is useless.

Terrible experience at Taylor Audi. They accepted my offer and told me that "we had a deal" on a used vehicle, I went to go do the paperwork the same day, and another customer had "miraculously" made a deposit just in time. They used my offer to persuade another customer to buy the car who was willing to pay a bit more. I understand that I did not have a deposit in place but their sales tactics are malicious. Both the sales manager and the used car sales manager told me they would call me to confirm the status of the car and they never bothered because they don't give a damn. Awful representation of the Audi brand and it makes me ashamed to say that I was once an employee of the Taylor Automotive Group. Shady, two faced sales personnel who won't hesitate to stab you in the back to make a few extra bucks.

This review should’ve been written 6 years ago but I feel that the staff here definitely deserve a review... Back in 2012, I was in desperate need of a new car and found a 2007 Mazda3 on their used lot which was well priced and extremely low kms. I contacted Tony and went down a couple days later to see the car. Him and his team were amazing to deal with! Tony also went out of his way to bring a up couple other cars with him that were within my price range as well so I had some options (talk about above and beyond...it was 45 below that day!). After choosing the Mazda, his finance team worked for 2 days to get me the best interest rate possible on my loan. After picking up the car and the engine light coming on a week later, I called Tony and he had me deal with Greg in service, who had my car booked in and fixed complementary for me in less than a week! Beyond impressed with the service I received from everyone here. I would definitely deal with them again and recommend that anyone looking for a car to go and see Tony! :)

The saleman, Sam Criddle, drove the vehicle from Regina to Alberta and personally delivered it to me. Bought an A4 from this dealership with 56k kms on the car. Bought extended warranty. Wheel bearing went out at 76k km's (before original warranty would have been up). Told that this is wear and tear and would not be covered. Spent $863. Would have been covered by Dodge or Ford or GM. Why would i ever consider an Audi again?

My wife and I experienced a phenomenon yesterday at Taylor Audi that I was not aware existed. An awesome, fun, feel-good vehicle purchase. Other dealers tout this experience however Taylor Audi delivered. We were greeted in the parking lot by a very personable young man by the name of Jacob. In no time we were wheeling the very sporty and luxurious Q5 down the highway with our new friend Jacob answering a barrage of questions and really filling in all the gaps . Back to the dealer for the pressure tactics that just never materialized. Tony, the sales manager was straight forward and a pleasure to deal with as well as Darcy. Three people that all treated us with respect within one company, could this be a thing? So far love the Audi and a day later the whole experience still makes me feel good, thanks Taylor Audi, and especially our new friend Jacob.

Please make other arrangements elsewhere and understand that not all reviews reflect the accuracy of which it is given. When you are spending $40,000 or $200,000, your money and experience will always be 5 stars. It is after you’ve made that purchase, future trade ins, service work and warranties is where the review really helps identify the accuracy being depicted of that business. Based on my knowledge and many others, there are other alternatives or places that will give you absolute 5 star treatment overall, not just on the purchase. Buyer beware, the star rating says it all! Any rebuttal after, is an admission of failure.

I did a lot of research prior to purchasing my Q5 - my first Audi purchase. I went to a lot of different dealerships prior to making my final decision. The experience at Audi was positive and memorable for various reasons. First of all, the sales people at Audi are very friendly, knowledgeable, and I did not feel pressured to make a purchase. Sam, my sales representative, came out to greet us with a big smile as we merely drove through the parking lot. He answered the few questions we had and made every effort to accommodate my query into the Q5, which was actually just being traded in! In order to see it, he arranged for us to come back later! If he had not come out, I would have missed out on the opportunity to purchase this SUV! Thank you, Sam!! Secondly, Audi was the only dealership that allowed me to test drive a car without a salesperson in the car. The first car that I test drove at Audi, a brand new A5 coupe, a few months prior to making my purchase, they offered me to take it and run some errands that afternoon with no set time to have the car back. Thirdly, everyone is so friendly! If you go into the showroom, everyone you happen to pass by will greet you with a smile. The environment is warm and inviting. Fourthly, when it came time to make my purchase, they were willing to negotiate some details. I knew from my experience in searching for the right vehicle, few places would budge on their prices as the pandemic has made it such that they don’t have to. Audi made an effort to negotiate and appease me and make the purchase decision easy. I know they had a list of people waiting to snag the Q5 I purchased and they really didn’t have to budge - but they did! Fifthly, I feel they really care about the degree of my satisfaction and experience at Audi and have made efforts after the purchase to ensure I am happy with my new wheels! Sixth on my list, is the fact that they treated me so well. I didn’t purchase a brand new Q5. It is a 2018. That didn’t matter. They treated me as if my purchase was just as important as a new car, making the delivery in their show room exciting and memorable! Further to all of this, I love my Audi Q5. It is everything I was looking for: Safety, good gas mileage, comfort and a sound system that makes listening to music heavenly! Not to mention - it looks stellar!!! I am so blessed and happy to have this Q5! Thank you, Regina Audi! You rock!!

Simply a Top Notch Customer Service Experience. The best service I have received on purchasing anything. Long version. We negotiated the deal late on Saturday afternoon and then Tony and his team went above and beyond to ensure I could pick the vehicle up on a Sunday. I flew into Regina, Tony (the Sales Manager) picked me up personally at the airport, drove me to Taylor and his team was ready and waiting to get the paperwork and walkthrough done. Tyler, in finance, had all the paperwork ready and all signature boxes flagged, it took 5 maybe 10 minutes. Then Sir walked me through key features on the vehicle and ensured he passed along all critical information. I had been looking for a nice, lightly-used Mini Cooper for our daughter in and around our home in Calgary for weeks with no luck. When I came across an advertisement for the one at Taylor Audi in Regina I had to find out the details. I feel lucky to have reached Sam Criddle when looking for this information. He was more than accommodating when providing information about the car’s history and condition and as I couldn’t easily inspect the car myself he sent me detailed photographs of areas I specified and then even sent a number of walk-around videos so that I could feel comfortable making this long distance decision. On delivery day Sam offered to pick my daughter and me up at the airport upon our arrival, had everything prepared for us at the dealership, and even had the car inside out of the weather for our inspection. We met with the business manager, the sales manager, and another salesman who shared some information about the car’s history from when it was traded in earlier. A fantastic experience all around.
