Called Quality Tire on McDonald Street three times, was put on hold for 5 mins each time and was never responded to. Called this quality tire to inquire about having new tires put on existing wheels. The tires were purchased else where at a good deal. Talked with a representative, asked if I had purchased the tires through them, I said no, he replied $70 a tire. I already had quotes through Graham and KalTire of $35 and $40 respectively. Mentioned that my fleet manager at my employer recommended talking to them as they do a lot of business through them. Quality Tire representatives comment was "you wouldn't buy a steak and bring it to the Keg and expect a deal" or something along those lines. Listen, I get it. You wanna bundle the product and service to recover any gross margin lost on a deal given on the tires - but your not even close on price - your double in fact. I get shop local and support local owned business but if this is how people are treated I'll go to the big box places - they have better prices, better customer service and employ more Regina residents so taking my business their is better for the local economy. Canadian Tire (where I bought the tires from) are $25 a tire - friendly, polite and helpful. I won't stop trying to support who I can but very, very disappointed in the experience I had today. Update: 2020/11/21 Still waiting on a reply.

Asked for a simple quote and they responded with "nope" and basically told me to multiply it myself. I'm capable of doing basic math, but I expect better service as I am a customer. Not impressed.

It is really bad service .. they just think how to get money from the customers. I had 3 problems with them when I told them u did the job wrong the said we have to charge u again .. also I got flat tier and the said we fix it and in the second day I got another flat tire . They did not check where is the leak where .. I dont recommend anyone go there ????

Took my truck in because my tire had a slow leak so they replaced the valve stem core and said the work was so minor they couldn't charge me. This is why I always go to Quality for quality service and customer service.

Went to Quality Tire for the first time ever in Nov 2019. Got a wheel alignment, tire rotation & balance, and driveshaft replaced at their Regina Cornwall St location. They went out of their way to source a used driveshaft from SGI to save me some $ and get me back on the road that day. Dealt with Rob who was super friendly, knowledgeable, and kept me well updated throughout the morning. Only downfall is their outdated website which shows several services they don’t offer such as driveshaft balancing, which is what led me there in the first place as a possible one-stop shop solution. Would recommend +++

Brought my car here a while ago to get the tires swapped. When I picked it up I noticed a substantial scratch in the bumper. I can't say for sure if it happened in their shop or out in their parking lot but it definitely happened while it was at Quality Tire. If I had to guess the bumper got damaged while loading or unloading the wheels from the trunk. I understand these things happen but they did nothing to try and rectify the situation. Update I got a response from Quality Tire to this review saying my complete satisfaction is important. They proved this is not true after I discussed my issue with three employees including the manager. They completely dismissed my concerns and only pretend to care now because of the negative google review.

I can’t say enough about Garth and staff at Quality Tire on Cornwall Street. They were honest, informative and accommodating. They got my vehicle in for the assessment ASAP and back for the work as soon as the parts arrived. They did my tires and my brakes for my last vehicle, and now needed brakes for my current one. I wouldn’t take my vehicles anywhere else! The best service, definitely QUALITY workmanship, service and staff!!! Thanks for everything QUALITY TIRE!

I had the worst experience here!! I usually go to Kal Tire as they will fix a tire for free, but had a customer tell me to try Quality. So I made the mistake of trying them. I paid for the fix, went all the way back to my business, where I was for a bit before trying to leave. My car would not start and I could not find my keys anywhere. Having a FAUB for my car I called them and asked if it was possible they were close enough to me the car started but they still had my keys. It was then, and only then, I was told their policy is to leave keys on the windshield of the car. Apparently it's because they would lock keys in cars. Nice!! I luckily found my $300 FAUB by retracing my steps and finding it 4 blocks away in the middle of the street. But when I phoned to express my disappointment to the manager, Jim, I was treated like it was my fault. I just told him with FAUB's being more common now they should change their policy. An apology for putting me through this would have also been nice and was really all I was looking for. Clearly I will not be back and will make sure I let people know of my experience.

Absolutely terrible place they installed a bushing incorrectly took back they fixed again realigned front end had horrible tire noise and had tires changed at another shop and alignment checked again found alignment out causing issue so had to pay once again for alignment after a month Quality wont do anything blamed it on Roads dont trust these guys with any of your repairs I will never go there again and will spread the word

The pricing is fair and they always call before they go ahead with any extra repairs. If you are looking for a repair facility that will look after you, this is the place! Very unhappy with this place. I am a journeyman mechanic. I just wanted a simple "toe" adjustment on my work truck. They called to let me know that in my truck needed a bunch of front and work before they could do the alignment. So I took the truck home and checked what they were claiming to be out of spec. Not only did they misdiagnose the part they were going to replace, The part had no bearing on the "toe" adjustment anyways. Not pleased, then when I tried to inform them of the situation, the man got really defensive. Decided to not waste my time talking to them anymore. Will definitely take my business anyplace else but here .
