My girlfriend took our SUV there June 30 to get a new set of tires put on and a wheel alignment well 9 days later the front end was having issues so we took it to Ford were her cousin is a mechanic,he found a pair of vice grips still attached to the tie rod bar and the nut wasn't even tightened he took a video of it which she plans to post all over social media because those hack job idiot's can't even call her back after she called to let them know, totally unprofessional and unsafe.

Jay's Mobile Tire Service literally saved the day for me. I had two flat tires on my car, and due to a personal emergency, I needed them replaced immediately, same day. Went here to get a tire repaired as the bead seal was leaking, I dont like leaving my car places and they accommodated me, I got to drive my car into the shop and stand in the back and watch while they repaired the tire (yes I am that guy) And they were totally cool with it and didnt make me feel out of place, Took them like 20 mins and they had to do a little extra grinding as there was some rust around the lip of the rim, and my car was to low for there jack so they had to get me to drive up on blocks so it was a bit of a extra pain for them. or so I felt, Not mention the price was super affordable, and there was no damage to my rim after which I was worried about as it was a low profile tire. Highly recommend them and will be back again

Best Tire and Wheel Service in Regina. Cheap prices, Excellent Service. I could watch them work on my car and they gave me honest feed back about what they were doing without pressuring me to buy anything extra. when I first move to Regina, I originally took my car to Kal Tire for a tire repair. They pressured me and another customer to buy a new tire for replacement even though both our tires were not that worn down and refused to put them back on either of our cars unless we bought a new tire and tried to justify it by saying it was unsafe and against their policy, while in reality the tire was still in good enough condition upon my own inspection that I felt it only needed a tire repair. Jays Mobile never treated me like that, which is why im mentioning this in the first place. You get Honest Quality Service here. I used them to get my second tire repaired and was able to watch them work. They never pressured me to buy a new tire, and to be honest if my car really did need a new tire then I would buy it, I'm more pointing out the fact that Kal Tire tried hard to sell me on a new tire while Jay's Mobile never did that to me. Pricing was slightly cheaper at Jays I also recently used Jay's Mobile again to fix an another issue with my car where it was shaking at higher speeds. They did a Tire Rebalance on all 4 of my tires and also cleaned the inside of my tires where I missed a little bit of mud and that completely fixed the shaking problem. Total cost was only $44.00. Lastly, I originally thought the tire shaking issue might require a wheel alignment before I brought it in, and called Capital GMC Buick Cadillac in North Regina for a quote for a wheel alignment. They said it would be $50 for inspection and $150 if they needed to do the actual wheel alignment work. After i got my shaking issue fixed at Jay's Mobile, I asked them how much Jay's charges for a wheel alignment in case i ever wanted one and they said they charge around $80. This just shows you more evidence that Jay's Mobile offers the best price. Overall, the Postitive Quality of Service and Price is why I bothered to take the time to write this review in the first place. I'll defeinitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to go for tire service in Regina!
