My first experience with these guys was great from start to finish. They're knowledgeable, accommodating, fair, and friendly. Every one of the guys i talked to while my vehicle was being worked on was pleasant and helpful. The girls up front are absolutely great to deal with and make the place feel very inviting. I highly recommend this shop for anyone looking for well proced tires and/or mechanical work.

I had a great experience with Billy and his crew! They helped me when my tire was going low all of the time and my other mechanic couldn't figure it out (needed to replace the valve stem). And they fixed my a/c so it works like new! I would highly recommend The Tire Guys.

Edit to post… spoke with the manager and he is willing to replace tires… will update post afterwards They made it right!! Replaced the tires and apologized… I realize hiccups happen, but it takes a great company to stand behind their service and product.. changing my review to 5 stars!! Bought a set of tires from these guys 2 months ago, and had to replace them already as they started to separate. They also kept my lug nut key as I found out that when I had to replace a flat only a few weeks after having them replaced … Now I can’t get in touch with this company to ask about a refund on a faulty product (the separating tires) … oh and the advertised price was wrong as well.. I asked if the price was per tire and they replied “nope that’s for all 4” (see text message) however after they mounted all for tires, the price was per tire ???? AND it took them 4 hours to switch out 4 tires????????‍♀️…

Above and Beyond service!! On Christmas Eve afternoon I was enroute with my sons for Christmas with my family and made a quick coffee stop in Red Deer. As I was about to off-ramp back onto the highway, a woman frantically waved me down (first miracle) to point out a near flat tire on my vehicle. The tire was hissing leaking air, it was -22c on Christmas Eve, and no repair shops were open. The kind gentleman at The Tire Guys showed us exactly what kindness, humanity, amd exceptional customer service is. They were closed and in the midst of a private Christmas celebration in the shop before goimg home to their own families and insisted on helping me so that we could get back home for Christmas today. I managed to hobble my vehicle over and they dropped what they were doing and replaced my tire and had us on out way within 30 minutes and at a most reasonable cost. This is not only what exceptional customer service is about but also a true example of Christmas spirit.

I am absolutely blown away by the standard of excellence this place has. The quality of customer service is beyond compare and every single employee has been kind, ethical, and goes above and beyond. From the front end to the guys in the back. The owner is accommodating and genuinely kind. This place has an amazing vibe, more than fair pricing and I would recommend to absolutely anyone to bring your vehicles here for whatever you may need!!!! Took my truck here at 10am for an oil change and fuel filter replacement was told to come get it at 12, then called at 12 and told come get it at 2, then called at 2 and got told 15 mins more, they weren’t done until 3:45. Just about 6 hours for a 1.5hour job. Would not recommend to anyone.

Blew a tire on way to Red Deer, from Edmonton, called and they had the size I needed in a good reliable USED tire, price was way better than expected, service was immediate and the guys were super friendly, recommend to everyone. Might be hard to see their address but once there you are king. ????????????????????

Had a horrible experience at this place lied to our faces about some tires We got then when we went back the owner was willing to solve the problem good on him, but the employees chose to argue with us, one chose to bring a hammer out of the shop and shake it at me and the two others with me, in front of my three year old taboot. All and all would not recommend.

These guys will always treat you right, tell you exactly what’s wrong and have the lowest labour prices around red deer, $80/hr. They sell quality, inspected used tires for around $300 for all 4 mounted and balanced. I have never had issues with the guys here, they’re very efficient every time I come in, straight forward and try to save me money whenever they can! Huge thanks to Billy and the rest of you guys for being amazing!

Williams Fraser on facebook is really unprofessional as he posted tires for sale and i messaged him literally 1 minute after the post asking when and where I could come for the tires, told me wait till the morning and i stated that i was from edmonton so i needed a heads up before hand. 930 comes by he told me we are open i asked for confirmation that they are all evenly worn and if he is fine with my offer, didn’t reply and then I texted his number that he posted and he answers and says i have someone else on the way in 30 mins. Really unprofessional as if i left and hit the highway and drove 4 hours just to get nothing and waste my time and money. Really disappointed and won’t recommend service from a company who are really unprofessional and ignorant.

They were so unprofessional and made us wait an hour when I called ahead of time for when we’d be there and they said that would be good. When we got there we waited in their waiting room for over an hour, didn’t take my name or anything I don’t have a proper receipt. And now I get home and a tire monitor error light is on my car. Don’t go here.

If I could give no stars I would. Gave us a quote on sand blasting our rims than when we went to pick up they were not done. Said would cost $100 per rim for what we wanted. Very unprofessional. Don't recommend.

At first I thought the price was great for a tire swap / balance . After installing the tires I noticed they were all low and had only been filled to 30 psi , then I noticed they were all the old valve stems and had not been replaced. Very disappointed guess there cheaper for a reason! I'd rather pay the extra 30- 40 dollars and get them done right a real tire shop. This shop has endangered me and my family and others on the road. I will never be back and I will go out of my way to make sure no one I know ever comes hear. Do your self a favor and go to legit tire shop!

I bought 2 used tires from this place, drove back home to Edmonton and not even 50km outside of red deer, my "new used" tire came right off the rim. Luckily they are giving me a new tire of no cost, however... I did almost die and it messed up my front fender. Just figured people should use caution when dealing with second hand tire shops.
