First off I'd like to say that they had a very cheap deal for tires so I went there paid 200$ for 4 tires. I thought that was great. 2 days later did I walked around the car and noticed 2 of the tires were almost flat. I called them to fix them. I had some time to hang out so I watch the guy work but he was trying to replace my two tires with leaks with 2 different tires both with different treads. As a customer (and a mechanic) I know the problems that can happen when you have 3 different kinds of tires all with different treads can do to your car. After getting into an argument about how he has been doing this for 13 years and wasn't listening to what I wanted, I finally got him to put my original tires back on and got my money back. I would rather got to walmart and pay an extra $100 to get better tires and service. It was a hassle and I will never go there again.

Had a small must fix and they were able to get it done the next day plus do a couple things I asked them to if they could get the time to, the price was more than fair, customer service was great and the mechanic came out to personally talk to me before he worked on my truck. I'll be back that's for sure.

I love coming To businesses like this the owner Cody, and his staff behave like business is used to in the 1950s. Your your family you can trust them you can leave your property and your money with them they know you by first name. I appreciate my grandparents generation and how they did business. It can be hard to find these days. These guys are not as old as my grandparents, but they behave like that, and they get every single one of my tires from now on ????

This place supercedes anywhere I have dealt. Used to buy my tires @ Kal tires . With this place using there suggestions on a good tire at half the price and is a great ride how can you go wrong. Don t let the name of the tire detour you warranty is good price is half and it s a great ride.

Absolutely the best place to get your vehicle serviced. Cody runs the best customer based business I have ever seen in this industry . I used to have just my tire needs taken care of here but now I do everything. Vehicle repairs, oil changes, I even got the most amazing LED head lights installed here.

I had so much trouble trying to find a tire shop that actually accepted appointments for a tire change over. I was so thankful to have found the Tire Garage. They were very kind over the phone, and booked me in within a couple days and at a specific time. Very impressed with their customer service. Will happily be back in the future.

Just thought I'd share cause I was really impressed today... (Not a advertising plug because promise I don't work there or even know them!!!) Costco may be the cheapest but the process of switching winter tires there is crazy!! People are lining up at 4:30am! Other garages are doing first come first serve as well. Thankfully, I called "THE TIRE GARAGE". I made an APPOINTMENT 3 days ago and I got it done today in less than an hour and it only cost $115 with tax to put my winter tires on the rims. The staff were very friendly and they have a nice waiting area. (Just bring a coat it's chilly!) Worth every extra dollar over the nightmare I had at Costco last year!!

I first encountered the people at The Tire Garage when I got some winter tires in February and the service and product were excellent. I returned today to have the oil changed in my car and the service was just as spectacular as the first time! I would wholeheartedly recommend The Tire Garage.

Be careful of what you buy here, it very likely is property of someone else. The RCMP identified wheels and tires as stolen property when presented to them for investigation. Choose wisely

Not recommending this place at all , owner quotes rotation for my car at 125$ and after job was done charges me 280$ just for rotation . Not going to this place anymore .

All staff were extremely kind, knowledgeable, efficient, professional, and not pushy in any way. Especially Cody Morin. They didn't take advantage of me not knowing much about cars as most shops would. They explained everything to me so I could make an informed decision, and I never felt pressured by them to have a service done/make a purchase. They had the best prices in town on my tires after calling all auto shops in Red Deer. The owner even offered to let me grab my car after hours so that I could sleep post night shift and not fall asleep in their waiting area. I recommend them 1000% and will be using their services in the future!
