They installed new rear struts. Little expensive but what mechanic isn’t these days! So 2 months later go to check my brakes... low and behold they installed the old torn up strut boot on passenger side! Nice thanks guys! Called them to see what they’d say. Secretary says they’re busy someone will call you back. Nope a week later and nothing. This seems to be typical mechanic practice these days. Kinda think the government needs to step in and start cracking heads on these guys. Hey manager ever hear of quality control?

Amazing place! My tire was not keeping air in it and so i just stopped in hoping someone would be available and they got me in and out in less than half hour with a fixed tire and it was super cheap! Highly reccomended place!

AMAZING!! It was the ONLY place in red deer open or had room to change my tire at only 5pm! The man there was so so sweet and nice, he changed my tire and it was just such a great experience! I HIGHLY recommend Kirk's to everyone!!

I took our Motorhome to the carwash and while washing I noticed I had picked up a screw in my front tire. Called them, they had a pleasant tech to me within a half hour, he pulled my tire, patched and plugged the hole. I was back driving within 45 minutes of his arrival. I was pleasantly surprised that the invoice came in at less than $100. Thanks for your prompt and great service!!

I'll drive across the city, passing multiple tire shops just to come to kirks. Every single time they impress me. This is my go-to place for anything tire, even small mechanical.. you can tell its a fair and honest business not only by the quality of work but the prices as well! The staff are friendly and the waiting room area is fully equipped!

I highly recommend going to see Paul and his team at Kirks Tire Craft in Red Deer. I’ve always been treated with respect whenever I’m in the shop or on the phone. Even though I was in getting new tires on my truck they had their mechanic Steve give my truck a quick once over to see if there was anything I should be aware of. I’ve been to several other mainstream shops in town and I have to say it’s well worth going past those shops and out to Kirks because you will be taken care of! Ps. they have access to ALL the tire brands vs other shops that are only previewed to a brief selection!

Had a seized bolt on my 5th wheel I could not loosen off even with a snipe. Stopped in and asked if they could get it loosened off for me. They had to use their big air impact, but they got it off. Went to go pay for it....they said no charge and have a nice day. Nice to see a business that is more concerned with keeping their customers happy over nickle and diming them for every little thing for a change.

I do not recommend.I came to do the wheel balancing, The wheels were tightened too tight. When I arrived home it turned out to be 3 pins they gone... The wheel was still very tightened. The company did not feel guilty leaving me with a problem. This irresponsibility could make it much worse... Thank GOD!!!

Great place. Very friendly, usually a painless experience. Are very up front if you have issues with your wheels and tires. Only issue i had was with low profile tires on 18 inch wheels. They did them, but they aren't super well set up for them or they just don't get them often, I'm not sure. I've had a couple minor scratches, but the wheels weren't perfect before taking them there so it wasn't a big deal. Otherwise i would give them a higher rating.

By far the best service I have had in a long time. I got there before they were open and they let me right in. I was getting all new rubber on truck and cargo trailer. There was a group of technicians. ...not one or two a Gang of Guys changing out 8 tires before they even had their morning coffee and by the way coffee is awsome. I was driving on the QE2 on my way to Canmore for a weekend getaway with my kids. My car started to make a weird noise and I thought there might be something wrong with the tires. This was the closest auto place to me so I called and asked if they could take a look at it for me. They got me in right away despite it being a very busy day. They did a test drive and took my car into the shop. They did an engine check and discovered I had a power steering leak so they topped off all my fluids. They also noticed my tires needed rotating so took care of that as well. When all was said and done they told me that I needed an alignment and that I should be good to make it to Canmore. When I asked them for the bill they told me to enjoy the weekend and it was on the house! This was just so generous of them, especially since they were so busy! Wonderful service and an amazing team. Thank you so much!

AMAZING SERVICE - I brought my car in after KalTire had left the donut on my car and rim in the back with no tire on it the night before after texting me at 2 minutes to close to say it was ready and left my keys across my cup holder in plain view (all I needed was a flat repaired). Jackie was amazing when I came in to tell her what happened. Got my car right in (since I was now missing work to get this fixed), got the tire fixed (which KalTire told me I needed a brand new tire) and I was out the door in 45 minutes. I recommend Kirk's Tire 100% hands down! Thank you for getting me going again!!

I drove from Calgary over the holiday to get my tires and suspension upgraded and I wouldn’t trust any other shop to get the job done right. One tire ordered in had a factory defect, and they had the replacement tire shipped in by 8am the next morning and I was on the road on schedule. I think that pretty much says everything you need to know.
