This was my third visit in the last week to cure a cooling system leak. Dons Tire fitted a new water pump, pipes and joints on the first visit but the leak was still there. It took two visits and hours of testing to find the new water pump was defective. They replaced it under warranty and waved the many extra hours of labour. Great job! I have used this shop for years. It says something when the faces in reception never change and they are always welcoming and expert in their jobs. And whenever I am in there, Don's other customers also seem happy and have a real trust relationship. Thank you once again, gentlemen.

This shop is hands down the best in Red Deer and surrounding. I called in the morning if they could replace 2 of my tires (I hit a curb pretty bad lol) and they had my tires in stock and they said to come on down so they could replace them. Very very competitive pricing and so much knowledge it’s incredible. They quoted me the cheapest prices out of all shops I’ve called. Friendly service, super quick, in and out within 1/2 hr. Will be coming here for any other tire/ maintenance needs. Will be recommending to all of my family and friends. Thanks again!!!!

My son booked me in here. I hear their jingle on the radio all the time but I've actually never gone here. My initial experience was 100%! I took my vehicle in with an alignment issue that another mechanics garage couldn't quite fix. I told Don's tire the diagnostic information they gave me and told them what they thought it might be. When I picked it up, they said I would be very pleased! And I was! They fixed the problem 99% (the best possible scenario) and I was thankful for their service!

Excellent repair shop! Quotes are always on par, work is finished quickly, and finally a shop where they are honest. Thought an issue with my car was the alternator, but was only a missing bolt. They could’ve changed out the alternator and made a couple hundred dollars from me but they were professional and only fixed what needed to be fixed. This is the only garage that I’ll take my vehicles to.

These guys are so awesome. Customer service is amazing. I work until five and trying to get over to their shop to make it before 530 it’s hard for me. I was really low on air basically almost a flat tire and I wheeled in there at about 5:15 PM . With only 15 minutes left they still accommodated me. Didn’t turn me away. I thought I only needed air in fact I had a screw in my tire and I needed a repair . They did it , they stayed late , they didn’t complain about it and made sure I was safely on my way. I so appreciated that last minute help. They have helped out my son several times as well I definitely give them an A+

Zero Star for Don's tire. my husband purchased winter tires from them and changed all the breaking pads . they charged us about 3400 dollars and after 2 weeks the squeaking noise is killing us we brought it back to them and one of them in the front said all the chevys make that noise!!!!! Go here to waste money.

Not impressed at all..... Wouldn't recommend if you have after market rims. Took it there 3days ago to get a leak fixed....driving home, there a hell of a vibration and the tpms light goes off again. So I check the tires. My front passenger side tire in my Nissan altima was at 80psi ( an aftermarket, z rated 18" tire I may add) . Unimpressed, I call. First they say. No there's no way.... So guess I'm a liar. Then it was my pressure gauge I used, then it's cause I run my tires a bit higher than OEM states. So I adjusted them all to 32psi. The lights still going off... Then I see they took off my rear driver side tire off the rim , without letting me know. Then I see the outside lip is scratched to s*#t, and there a gouge 2 inches from the lip where a tool was dropped or something. So I drop it off again the next day (yesterday ) . The guy at the counter actually took pictures and everything, but of course the manager and guy who worked on the car we're at lunch... So I pick up my car after work... Said they rescanned the tpms. Cool. What about my rim. Curb rash....... Yup. Curb rash. 2" from the outside lip and it's curb rash. It's about an inch long and gotta be 2mm deep in my nice $500 rims I just put on this year. Then he tries to tell me my rims are not reverse drop center....... Hahaha well believe it or not I may have worked a tire shop before and put the rims on myself...... I'm never one to write a bad review or go out of my way to do something like this, but I've also never had a tire shop screw me like this either..

Very friendly staff! They took a look at my car for free and managed to sneak me in very quickly , after finding out what was wrong they gave me a detailed estimate and also gave me all the education needed to make a informed decision and to understand what exactly was wrong. They did the work later on and again I had a wonderful experience they got it done quickly and the cost was exactly what they had estimated it to be. I would definitely recommend these guys they do wonderful work and don't try to sneak in extra things or costs like some places I have experienced before.

The worst service experience you could imagine. I had a flat and called for assistance they reluctantly responded with faulty equipment and promptly left me without helping. At least the chap told me he wouldn't help before he grumbled and left. I thought a local business would have some service, but they are just like all others. Who knew that when you call a tire shop, they don't fix flats unless you get it to them. No going the extra mile here. I will never patronize this business again..... Bye the way, spent $600 at one of your competitors this morning as a result!

Terrible. Had my front wheels balanced and 3 days later on the way in to get retorqued one wheel came loose and damaged the studs and wheel. Mileage was over 100km without a retorqued but when you live more than 50km away it will be. They refused to take any blame for the the damage or at least offer to help fix my truck.

I found myself stranded on the highway in Ponoka on the Friday of the long weekend, with not being from Red Deer I called every place in town and Don's was the only one that could even look at my car before noon. They sourced an new alternator for me and installed it the same day. As I was coming back through Red Deer on Sunday when they were closed they made arrangements with me to pick my car up instead of coming back on Tuesday. They were great to deal with and I only wished I lived closer so they could be my regular mechanics! Thanks Don's your shop and crew really helped me out in a pretty stressful situation.

I popped my front tire. Had someone put on the donut so I could get home. I called Don's Tire and they said bring it in. I did. They were quick! By the time I sat down. My car was on the lift already! They Y found a used tire that matched amd put it on. $54.00 that's it! Thank you Don's Tire for your honesty. Most places would have made me purchase 2 new tier! I phoned ahead to see if they stalked 4x16 inch new rims and 4x16 inch new tires for my '98 XLT F150 sport short box. And to my surprise (because that size seems to be hard to find now a days) , they did have them, so I confirmed I would be there in an hour to have them installed. When I got there, they had the tires on the rims and balanced and they had my pickup in the shop and out in close to 30 minutes. With a crew of 3 to 4 tire mechanics working on your vehicle, as I've always seen there. Its really amazing too see how this crew works so quickly together. I've always received fast and courteous service from this shop & crew. They're top notch. I will recommended them to any Tire job. Hats off to you guys.
