The worst place to get tires in town. I was told there were 2 tires ordered and they would be ready on Saturday. Brought the car in at 8:30, I asked if they brought the tires in I got told that they did not have any of the tires I wanted, then tried selling me their over priced tires. Took them 8 hours just to change 2 tires and at the end of the day I got walked outside and lectured like I was a 12 year old. They ended up putting 2 bigger size tires on the front; im gonna get the rest of the work done somewhere else. The worst store by far to have tires done. Only go here if it is a last resort and its an emergency.

Came in for a slow leak. Was told tire had a dozen slow leaks and was no good. Ordered me a new one but i got a second opinion and the other tire shop said it was fine and fixed it. Sketchy place.

Stopped in for some help with my tpms and to check the torque on my rims. I didnt buy my wheels from them, and they didnt hesitate to help right away. In less then 5 minutes, they had it complete and refused my money. That right there folks is great service. Highly recommended. Thanks again guys ????????????????????????????????

Went to get tired swapped they were too busy. Told us to come back 10am next day and can do it. Showed up 945, and we were turned away again. Seems they "decided" to open earlier. Bad business practice.

Asked everybody to not roll my front windows down. I need to fix them and they get stuck. Said feel free to roll back ones down, if need be. I mean, they drive the car from the shop 15 feet away to be parked. I go to pick up my car and of course, both front windows down. Stuck. Now after waiting 2 hrs to have tires swapped I have to spend an hour at home ripping my doors apart to get the windows up. Thanks .

Took my tire in to be repaired was told to pick it up tomorrow, went back and was told they could not fix it ,tried to sell me new tires. Took it to another shop and was fixed the same day. NOT GOOD TIRE CAPITAL

I bought tires from these guys about 3 months ago. The tires are great but the service was satisfactory. When I told the older gentlemen what I wanted, which was a set of tires and steel rims, he told me that the rims would be in the following week as they are special orders. I did not have time for that so I decided to just buy the tires and look else where for rims. As soon as I told him that, his attitude changed. He continued to try and convince me that I had to buy the rims from them but I kept explaining to him that I needed them that day as I was picking up a car that had flats. He finally gave up, sold me the tires, and sat on the counter sulking as I carried out my new tires from the floor. Regardless, I would buy tires from them again.

Went in to get a flat fixed. They told me it was a bead leak. Paid $30 to get it fixed and my tire was flat again less than a week later. They pumped it up and that was it. Was not fixed. 1/5 stars.

I have gone to them a few times now to have my tires switched over. I find when I drop my car off they are generally rude and condescending. Last time I had it done I went to pick up my car, they told me it was in a parking lot next to the shop, they gave me the keys and then it was up to me to go find this parking lot and search for my car. Found it and realized my other set of tires wasn't in the back so I had to go back and request they give me my tires. It always seems to be some sort of issue and it seems as though because I am a girl going in there they do not take me seriously. That's ok, I will take my business elsewhere.

Terrible experience. I ordered rims and tires which had to be delivered to the store. The delivery was way later than they told me. When I finally got my tires put on, I was driving and my steering wheel was shaking uncontrollably. We went back and they told us they would balance the tires... We left as they told us it would be about an hour. Twenty minutes later they called and said they needed to get a part for the car and it would be in by Wednesday. They ordered the part and it was indeed in on Wednesday. We took the car in again and left once again as they said it would be an hour. We drove back 45 minutes later excited to finally have the car back and fixed... NOPE! They ordered the wrong part... Once again we had to wait for the part to come in and they told us a few times they would call us but never did and we were always initiating the call. Finally, weeks later... The tires and rims are on and there is no shaking. I would not recommend going to Tire Capital unless you want to go there 10x in a row to get what you had paid $2000 for.

I had a bulging front tire. With a call was told to bring it in. Greg handled my transaction from start to finish. He kept me informed with what was best to do with winter approaching. I was set up with sweet rims, new tires with excellent service. Upon leaving he said to drive around pg for a bit before taking off out of town and come back for retorch. This is my second set of tires from them and I can't rave enough about the service and informative information and no pressure sales. Thanks Greg for the excellent service.

Where some places couldn’t be bothered to help these guys were more than happy to physically dig through the archives to chase them up and copy them for me. Service above and beyond in my books. I went to get my tire pressure checked before a 2500km road trip with my daughter. I said "Can someone please check my tires before I go on a road trip?" A man from the front counter, not the garage bay, walked outside, circled my car touching each tire, and pronounced "They're winters. They look good". Not confidence inspiring.

I've been there half-a-dozen times now and am quite satisfied. For the change-over between summer and winter tires, there hasn't been a long wait like at some other tire places. They get the job done within the time specified. Last time they were actually considerably faster than expected. I haven't had any problems. One time another place (non-tire specialist) had suggested that I had a problem with one of my rims so I asked the Tire Capital people to check it. That's an invitation for an unscrupulous dealer to sell a new rim. They told me it was okay and did not need replacement.

Associate tried bullying me into buying a full set 4 tires instead of just the 2 I needed for about 10 minutes before giving in, very rude, arrogant. Winters that were taken off as-well as a spare tire were tossed into car trunk destroying the spare tire's storage area instead of putting spare away properly.

Shop forget to give me my lug nut key back after they change my tires. Than gave me wrong key had to go back to exchange it. Good thing I double checked the key other wise if I had to change tire I would be hooped. ???? up the creek with out a paddle! !!

Terrible Attitudes! I was traveling through BC when I punctured my rear motorcycle tire. I was able to plug it but it still has a slow leak. I made my way to Prince George late Sunday night and checked into a hotel 1 block from tire capital. I looked online and saw that all of the motorcycle shops were closed on Monday. So, I pumped up my tire Monday morning and rode over to tire capital. A car tire machine can be used on a motorcycle wheel. I just wanted them to break the bead on my tire after I removed the wheel so I could then insert a tube into it and then pump it back up. The guy at the front desk refused to help me in any way! He told me to go to the Yamaha shop but I told him it was closed... He insisted they were open just to get rid of me. So I rode down there to see if they were open but they were CLOSED as stated on their website. But there was a tire store next to Yamaha, called OK TIRES. I asked them if they would help me... The guy said, "we will do anything to help you!" I then removed my wheel in their parking lot, they broke the bead for me, spun the tire around their machine, and lifted half the tire over the rim so that I could put the tube in easily, then put the lip of the tire back over the rim, pumped it up and I was gone after remounting my tire. This is an example of how two companies can approach the same problem;. Tire Capital's employee had a No Can Do, we won't waste our time attitude whereas the OK TIRES employees had a We Can Do attitude... Where would you prefer to do business?

Bought 4 studded winter tires (16') in Feb 2018 for a 2007 Ford mini van. Checked out all others in town-got written quotes from everyone of them.($1000.00 to $1200.00 quotes)-Tire Captials were $200.00 dollars cheaper than anyone for the exact same tires. I paid $800.00 for four studded winter tires for my mini van, installed. Fast change over, only had to wait a little while. I would check these guys out before anyone else. I will buy my next tires from Tire Casptial and do highly recommed them to everyone.

Drove into town from terrace, my wheels needed to be balanced called the shop at 4:30pm, they got me in at 4:45pm and had me out the door at 5:10pm, balanced. service was amazing and the people had great attitude as well. Definitely recommend it! And the price was better than any other shop!

Terrible customer service!!!! Took over a month to get a single tire put on a rim (previously purchased) called several times for updates and they had no idea who I was and informed me they had lost my rim. Very terrible business. Save your money and don't be swindled by these people.

Went to buy summer rims and tires...picked out rims and tires,tires were $40 cheaper apiece than Costco,so I said sure....$1200 later went for a drive on highway tire shake was horrible and the steering pulled HARD to the right. Went back and notified,was told I needed front end work. Old tires had O wear from a bad front end,but they were adamant that it needed work. Then I said I will take the rims but not the tires. Went to Costco put Michelins on and lo and behold....smooth like silk. They sell blems...was given the double talk constantly in a language consisting of English and punjabi. Drive on by.

Shopped around town for a set of new summer rims and tires for my pick up. Went to all the big outfits and got prices that were pretty steep plus they wanted me to wait for a few days till they could get everything put together. Went to tire capital and they had what I was looking for in stock plus at a much cheaper price. I was in and out within a couple hours! Was very satisfied with the service and pricing!
