If the bays are full, it's worth the wait. My wife and I have serviced our vehicles here for years. Not once have they provided anything short of excellent service. If you lack knowledge and worry about getting taken advantage of, this is the place for you. In 8 years, they have always looked after us without any magic tricks or suggestions to perform unnecessary services. It's the kind of place you can send your daughter and trust she will be treated with honesty and respect.

Went there with issues with my window after the dealership misdiagnosed it, the mechanic there was able to find the real problem, and the shop rate was cheaper. The part happened to be faulty and failed like a month later and they covered it under warranty without me having to ask

Aftfer seeing their ads on TV, I decided to bring my van here to switch over my winter tires. Not a mistake. They did it cheaper than anyone else and I didn't need an appointment. The nice part is that there is a burger place next door, so you can go get a bite to eat while they do your tires. Great speedy service

Had coolant flush and differentials done the other day, much cheeper for what i was quoted at other places using the same machine as well discouraged from doing work i assumed I might want to do as precautions (I'm not mechanically inclined). On top, showed me how to do a couple tricks and things to look for if I have concerns. Upper bay initials of employee was TJ i believe, thank you sir! Definitely will be back.

Very bad . I was thinking is locally owned but this young punks working in there very disappointed. I was at downtown location 945 am and a technician come out tell I have to wait 2 hours only one bay busy w tire and o e car was getting oil Chang . I was waiting there then another technician come our saying the machine what they have is missing a guard and will put a big gush in my rims and they suggested to drive up to hart locations got up here they tell me 3 hour wait one bay empty one is doing oil change one bay tires . .. Soo I give up . Np problem someone wants my business . Maybe they need a better supervisors. Till then in my opinion STAY AWAY .

I brought a Jeep I just bought into see Rob here yesterday for an oil chnage and he discovered I had a fluid leak in my steering axel. He got me in right away to deal with it and after initially ordering me a part he discovered it wasn't exactly the issue he initially thought and fixed it free of charge- not even charging me for the part. A real gentleman- very helpful. I'm a new driver, and he explained everything to me and was very kind. 10/10 recommend.

Today while driving home with our RV one of the wheel hubs/ brakes packed it in. They took us in right away and pulled all their technicians in from the jobs they were doing to get our trailer up and running again by closing time. I am super thankful and they did stellar work. I've been getting my oil changed here for a few years. I supply my own oil and oil filter and they change it for me at a cost of $30. + tax. They got me in right away and the whole process takes just minutes. They will also supply everything if you dont supply your own. Drive in, sit in your car, drive out. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

Wow, I was just here today, and not only did they do an excellent job at getting my tire fixed, but when I realized I had forgotten my wallet, I offered to leave my phone, run home (5mins away) and return, but they waived the fee. Not impressed. Went to get tires swapped over and was second in line first thing in the morning. "No appointment necessary" because they kept putting friends first.. Tired of waiting there so we leave. Six hours later we call and they say "Oh yeah it's been done for awhile".

I THINK ITS HALARIOUS THAT PEOPLE SHOW UP TO A TIRE SHOP IN THE HEART OF TIRE SEASON AND EXPECT TO DRIVE IN THE DOOR THE SECOND THEY SHOW UP. TIRE SEASON IS AN EXTREMELY BUSY TIME OF YEAR FOR ALL TIRE SHOPS IN TOWN. I SEE SOME REVIEWERS COMPLAINING ABOUT ONLY HAVING ONE BAY FOR TIRES?? MR.QUICK IS A SMALL 3 BAY SHOP (2 OIL BAYS AND 1 TIRE BAY) THEY CAN ONLY DO SO MANY TIRE SERVICES IN A DAY. IF YOUR UPSET ABOUT WAIT TIMES TO GET YOUR TIRES DONE IN THE MIDDLE OF NOVEMBER ALL I CAN SAY IS MAYBE YOU SHOULD THINK ABOUT GETTING YOUR TIRES DONE IN SEPTEMBER WHEN THE LINEUPS ARE MINIMAL. OH AND I'D LIKE TO KNOW HOW YOU KNOW THE PEOPLE IN FRONT OF YOU WERE "FRIENDS" OF THE MR.QUICK STAFF.

I always feel comfortable leaving my car with Chris as I know he won't complete and charge for unauthorized or unnecessary work!
