I finally decided to bring my vehicle in to Perry's Automotive after receiving a few recommendations and reading all the online reviews. I still wasn't totally convinced that it would be different than any other place I'd been to though. I was nervous, fearful and really concerned about the quality of the work I would receive for the cost. Was I ever wrong! I was very impressed with how timely they were, the quality of the work etc and the price I was charged compared to other places. I was also treated in a professional, courteous and friendly manner by everyone. I am now feeling much more relaxed about bringing my vehicle in for other repairs I'd been avoiding. I thank you all kindly for your honesty, friendliness and quality service.

I had heard great things about Perry's Automotive so when I purchased a Motorhome on a 1981 Ford 350 that needed some serious repairs I brought it there. I received excellent service. They did an inspection and sat me down in the shop to show me exactly what needed to be done. They also made a list of things to keep an eye on and even did a referral for work they couldn't do. They repaired the vehicle and called me to offer me options on the radiator which needed additional repair. When I picked it up it was like I was driving a whole other vehicle. Adam went over all the repairs they did and how it would effect the vehicle, he was extremely professional and patient. The price was reasonable for the work that was completed. What was nice is that the shop takes E-Transfer as payment. Highly recommend them to anyone that wants their vehicle repaired correctly! I will be using them again.

I was shopping around for a place that could replace the transfer case on my Yukon. Adam at Perry's was the first person who treated me with respect, gave me some options and advised me on the best way to go. The first day the vehicle was in the shop, they found quite a few more issues than I anticipated but Adam was upfront about everything. I got a loaner and they took their time making sure everything was done right and all buttoned up properly. I will definitely be back for future maintenance and repairs.

Awesome place, I brought my truck in at 9 and had it back by mid afternoon. They figured out was wrong with it and gave me a call. They explained the costs, what was wrong, and a couple things that could use replacing sooner than later. Awesome service, super quick, communication throughout the whole process. Definetly going to be my new garage, best one I've been to in Prince Albert.

had a lot of clunks, took it in, 1200 quote I said I will do some work my self, the owner then said "it might just be the bolt is loose on the control arm bushing"(not sure why they didn't check..) I took his word, ordered the parts online for 40percent of the price of his and took the car in again to have the steering shaft changed. The morning of the shaft job, I asked if they can check to see if that bolt is indeed loose before I change the control arm my self. they said, "the bolt was loose". and they tightened it free of charge. and turns out it was a good shaft, the rack needs to be changed now for 600( they told me this might be the case on the 1st day) well, all noises are gone now and it was just a loose bolt. Now if I wasn't the backyard mechanic that I am, and say I was elderly or a female, they would have paid the 1200 dollar bill, then the 800 for the rack and pinion job. So Adam would have made 2 grand when it was just a loose bolt. A 30 dollar fix. Now don't get me wrong, they do fine work, been here several times with no issues, but also this is the not first time I called perry's on their bulls&%t. I went back in that day to tell him this is not acceptable, and how he cost me a couple hundred in labor and parts ordered over a bolt. thinking he would just apologize like last time when he begged me to remove my last bad review(which I did, then he was a great mechanic for awhile) he just said it wasn't his fault, that he never got the go-ahead to check for a loose bolt(kinda why I took the car in dude) also he never asked if they could try tightening it nor did they suggest it until I was leaving and said I would do that part my self. Then he said he doesn't need my business in front of 4 customers, and that's the end of perry's for me I guess. It makes me sick that they tried this on me, and makes me worry how many poor elderly people he does this too.

Adam and his crew are amazing, they take the time to do it right and call to explain all the details including price. Adam fixed up my little 1970’s camper and did an amazing job. They’ll do everything, and it’s done well. Adams fixed up previous vehicles for me, and even done the little jobs like tire replacements. He gives great advice and he’s always so reliable. I’ll always go back.

I would definitely recommend Perry's Automotive to anyone needing work done to their vehicle. I personally brought my car in needing multiple noises diagnosed. They diagnosed my car, gave quotes on things that needed repair and walked through which items were more important. Took car in for repairs GM wasn't in at that time, and I was impressed with how well his crew and shop were operated while he was gone. All the guys I dealt with from Perry's.. GM to the young man who shuttled us home and back were all very professional and kind. Perry's fixed all noises my car had as well as corrected errors made at a different shop. These guys not only know car maintenance, they know customer service! Best experience I've had when it comes to shops and I'll be back for any future maintenance my car may need.

I had Adam order me in some new tires for my car trailer, I told him I just wanted cheap ones because it doesn't get used a lot. When the tires came in and were mounted, I really wasn't happy with the way they looked, and the tires overall appeared to be really poor quality. Keep in mind that I had requested the cheapest tires he could get. Adam agreed that they didn't seem like they would handle what they were rated for, he got in touch with the supplier, and very quickly got me a much better quality tire for not much more money. He got them switched over for me as soon as I brought them in and I'm very satisfied with the value of these new tires. I highly recommend Perry's Automotive to anyone who needs service work done. They're not scared to work on non run of the mill vehicles. They have all of the tools and resources they need to get the job done. Techs are all well trained and the shop is clean and well organized. Adam always explains everything to us and gives options when possible. Work is always done on schedule and communication is prompt and the price is reasonable for the work done.

We had the engine of our vehicle removed, and replaced, at Perry's: - The quote of the labour was competitively priced - Adam was transparent throughout the process (let us view the shop floor, and meet the mechanic working on our vehicle) - No large additional work was done without our prior approval - Perry's worked hard to honour quotes, even when additional work was required, which was work outside the original quote. - Perry's was open to me supplying my own parts. - Adam personally was accessible for troubleshooting, and questions, when we needed him. Colin was the Journeyman who took the lead on our vehicle, I understand - a special thanks to him.
