Crook and lair. Plain and simple took me for a run though nvm again!

SLOW, INCOMPETENT, UNRELIABLE, UNTRUSTWORTHY, RUDE I hired Shea to do three jobs that they said would take 2 hours. He had my vehicle for 4.5 hours and none of the work was fully completed. One of the jobs was not even started and he wanted me to bring it back for a full day to do it. (Flush the rad, change the thermostat) He quoted $110 plus HST and then billed me $130 - two full hours of labour plus HST and then couldn't produce an HST number. He didn't want to give me a copy of the invoice but I insisted. Then he tried to make it look like he supplied the auto parts that he asked me to locate and buy. I went by twice to pay him, the first time he was not there (that's not unusual, he's almost never there) and the second time while we were talking about the invoice, the lunch truck showed up. He simply stopped the conversation and walked away. 15 minutes later he was still yakking with the lunch truck driver and I left. MR Shea is not a good mechanic and certainly knows little about customer service. He keeps complaining that his customers are dying. The fact is, he burns a customer and they won't go back.
