I found Rick's Auto Sales via auto trader. We were in need of van for our growing family. We did a trade in. Rick was an honest, straight forward salesman. He has a small lot of cars, mostly middle class, with a few higher end models but what impressed me most was his integrity during the deal. It turned out that after we made our deal, the van I was purchasing needed some more work. Instead of letting me walk away with a car I would immediately need to put money into, Rick ate the cost did the repairs himself and made sure the car I was driving away with was the best it could be. This kind of honesty is applauded and well respected. I would recommend anyone to see Rick if you are in the market for a used car. His integrity alone is worth it.

Way over priced for small jobs. My dad went to get his wheel barring replaced and they messed up and got the wrong part and charged him almost $400 that’s ridiculous. Trying to say he needed a more expensive part when the part was only $100 so they made $300 on labour for something that should take an hour to do! Not impressed! Will never get business from me or my family again.

I did my research prior to going to see Rick about purchasing a vehicle from him and everything I read was positive. When we spoke on the phone he gladly accommodated us with staying later so we could view a vehicle I was interested in seeing. The 2010 Dodge Journey was exactly as shown in the photos he posted on Facebook marketplace. It was in immaculate clean condition which we loved as we had come across so many other used car dealers not up to par on cleanliness or with their descriptive ads. We test drove it and made an offer. Rick was reasonable in a purchase price and 4 days later we returned to Port Colbourne to pick it up. The next day the starter went on the Journey but one call to Rick and he happily paid for the tow truck to come get it and within 3 days he personally drove it back to me in Hamilton. He makes things right! We are very pleased with doing business with him and recommend him 100%.

i waited over a month to write this review, to make sure i had no issues with my jeep. That is the vehicle i was looking for, Rick had one exactly what i was looking for. This was to be my first vehicle purchase ever, he addressed all issues with the jeep, also did an oil change and rust proofing on my vehicle free of charge. Having had some bad experiences with car salesmen in the past I was apprehensive to when heading into the office. Rick was excellent and did far more than I expected - it needed some brake work for the safety and when I picked it up, it had new rotors and pads all around. My experience at rick's was a negative one. Brought my vehicle in for a diagnosis and told them to proceed with the fix. Not only did Rick not fix the problem that he diagnosed but didn't refund my money. Very disappointing .

Extremely satisfied Dunnville Customers! The first vehicle we purchased from Rick was a Mazda 3 in 2015. We purchased from Rick as newcomers to Port Colborne not knowing anything about him or his business. We took a chance i guess you could say hoping he was selling us a good vehicle. Well it turned out to be a great vehicle that served us well with no problems what so ever other than doing regular oil changes. Here we are three years later in 2018 and it was time for a different vehicle. I'll be honest we looked at a couple different places to compare before we made a decision but every other dealership we looked at didn't even come close to the price and low kilometers Rick's vehicles had to offer. For the second time we purchased from Rick and couldn't be happier with our recent purchase, a Jeep Compass. I really don't think of Rick as a salesman, he's more of a car guy who knows his vehicles and helps you find one on the lot that meets your wants and needs, unlike some salesmen working on commission who just want to sell the most expensive car on the lot and run with their payday. Rick provides customers with an honest, no hassles, no pressure sales experience and I believe that is what contributes to his success in auto sales and service. Would definitely recommend Rick's to anyone and will more than likely purchase a third vehicle from him somewhere along the way in our future!

Rick's is a small used car dealership with a decent set of clean, used vehicles. The cars there are very realistic "middle class" vehicles. Nothing too fancy and nothing too low end. I picked up a compact SUV from Rick for a reasonable price. The transaction went smoothly from test drive to drive home. Their location may or may not be the most convenient depending on where you are located but they do deserve bonus points for friendly service.
